There's a huge buzz around AI, you know, having computers do everybody's job for them. There's this huge buzz. And so we'll go to some of these self storage shows. The vendors there, they want to kind of push this, this AI agenda. But then when we sit down and talk to the customers, you know, the business owners and then even the people that are renting the storage units, they're not so sure about it. They still, they still want the personal touch.
It's interesting because I think in a world where so many things are moving kind of digital and no communication, I think, you know, there's an argument that, you know, actually having human connection could become so much more valuable potentially in future because people actually probably crave a bit of that as well. Not just about efficiency all the time. It can often be, actually, I want to talk to them.
