So the gold acquisition program is for the doctor who is purchasing a practice or has recently purchased a practice, could be within the last year, two years or right away before they actually ever step foot in it. And you all have been told, I'm sure, don't change a thing in the practice when you buy it. And our philosophy is practically pretty much the same. The only difference is that we believe that the team needs coaching prior to the sale and at least after the sale. If the sale is confidential, immediately after they need coaching on how to talk to patients about the transition, what has transpired, why did the seller sell, and so on. In addition, we like to coach the buyer and the seller on a transition letter, getting them accustomed to each other. And again, most sales are confidential, so this does occur after the sale. That would be that we would be coming on site. The gold acquisition program is we are holding your team and your hand for the entire year. We make that journey as seamless as possible for the patients, for the team and for the doctor buyer. And the reason being is that we find that you are buying into a culture that you don't know much about most times. And you don't want to change that culture overnight, but you do want to purchase that practice with the idea that you're going to grow the business. And part of that growth comes with us working with you on your vision so that vision can be delivered to the team so that they know this is this new owner's vision and we're on board with this and we want to make this happen. And then we come on site in that 12 month program for 10 visits on site, 10 days on site. And so the first visit is for four days where we're coaching the team on much of the languaging skills and looking at the existing systems. We typically will come in within one to two months after you take ownership. However, the coaching begins long before that, confidentially helping you with the transition letter and whatnot. Then we are there. Months two, three, we have monthly zoom calls with you and the team. Month four, we come back for a one day on site. Month five and six, monthly zoom calls with you and the team. Month seven, we come on back on site for another four days. So now we are at eight days. And then month eight, nine and ten we do monthly zoom calls with you and the team going over the KPIs, the key performance indicators. How are we doing as a team? What can we help with? We really are identifying and celebrating successes. Then month 11, we come back in again for another full day on site Visit and Month 12 we finish our engagement. And if you choose to move forward, you're more than welcome to. We have many clients that stay with us more than a year.
