My philosophy has always been, since the time I was chair side to front desk to office manager to into consulting, is that you must do what's in the best interest of the patient. If you do that, you're never selling dentistry. You're just simply diagnosing and doing the best as a clinician and, and telling the patient what they need. And to me, that's the best way to approach dentistry, and that's the best way to approach my consulting. We believe that if you do what's in the best interest of the patient, the patient will naturally gravitate towards the treatment you want to deliver. In that same focus, when we look at a practice and we're looking at how healthy the practice is or sick the practice is, we're looking at how are the systems of the business operation. And so the first philosophy, obviously, is, is it in the best interest of the patient? The second is, are the systems working efficiently? If they're not working efficiently, then and only then would we tweak them or change them. We don't come into a practice with a cookie cutter approach and just simply say, you're going to adopt all of our systems because we're the best consulting firm out there. That's really not the best approach. And it's also not in the best interest of the practice or, or the staff or the patient. So that's a little bit about us and our philosophy.
