Let's talk about the Gold coaching program. The gold coaching program is for any dentist that is either out and practicing for a year, all the way to 35 years, everything in between. And what we do is we find that here having more of a hands on approach in a practice is so important. So the gold program, we are on site in that year for a total of 10 days. How do those 10 days roll out? They roll out with first initially the staff filling out a questionnaire, as is all the doctors as well. And then we do a value call with each staff member to just touch base, introduce ourselves, say what our role is. Our job is to never fire anyone. If a staff member needs to be let go, we will coach the doctor how to do that. That's not our job is to fire your team. In addition, then we will have a value call with each team member, go over what we're going to do, as I mentioned, and then we come on site for a total of four days on site. And some of those days are with patients and without patients. And then we introduce what the practice is doing right. So we celebrate. Hey, you guys are doing this. Awesome. This is great. And then we introduce what is potentially some areas that we can improve upon or capture some opportunities. And then month two and three, we have a monthly zoom call with the doctor and the team. Month four, we come back for another day on site to make sure that everything that we've introduced we're doing and we're adopting and we're implementing. Month five and six, we do a monthly zoom call. Month seven, we come back for another four days on site and again we come in with some days of patient scheduled, some days not. And then months 8, 9 and 10 monthly Zoom calls with the team and doctor going over the KPIs, going over agendas that are set forth by the practice and the coach. And then month 11, we come back for another full day on site. And month 12, we're done. Some doctors choose to continue on after that and some don't and that's fine. We're with you in this journey, as long or short as you'd like to be with us.
