Enfoca tu 100% en lo que eres bueno 🔹 l German Castelo 2020
German Castelo delivers a motivational monologue urging listeners to stop spending time on areas where they are only mediocre and instead concentrate 100 % on their natural strengths. He argues that by becoming an expert in a specific skill one can generate income and later hire others to handle tasks where one is less capable, whereas spreading effort across many weak areas leads to perpetual mediocrity. He critiques the traditional university model, recounting his own experience of taking 72 courses without mastering any, suggesting that broad education prevents true expertise. Finally, he warns that fame and wealth can inflate ego, citing Jim Carrey’s comment about fame turning people into “typical dogs,” emphasizing the need to stay grounded despite success.
