TU EQUIPO TE ESTÁ MIRANDO

Matt Morris built 2.2 million people in his network over 12 years by staying in personal production mode, sponsoring 3-4 new members monthly. Leaders who stop recruiting and shift to pure management mode kill team growth. When stalled, going back to active sponsoring reignites expansion.

Hello guys, I'm here with Matt Morris. Latino, 2 million people in your network. What do you think is the best advice for have in digital space? 2 million people because you have 2 million in travel. Yeah, so the team grew from nothing to 2, 2.2 million people in 12 years. And so, you know, it's a combination of a lot of things, you know, it's having the right owner, the right leadership, you know, the right opportunity, the right products. But from a leader standpoint, more than anything, it's, it's always about leadership, right? And everyone confuses leadership because you think, well, maybe a leader have to be really charismatic, or I have to be good on stage, or I have to, you know, have these personality traits or this experience. Yeah. And none of that is leadership. Leadership is really only one word, and that one word is example, right? So you set the example. Okay. So the example that I said, and that company is an example, is I never got out of personal production mode, and I personally sponsored about 400 people over 12 years. Wow. Now when you do the math on a monthly basis, that's only about 3 to 4 a month. Wow. Right? But you do that consistently, month after month after month after month. So your team is looking at you as the example and they see, oh my gosh, he's sponsoring people every month. I should sponsor people. I love it. So what you gotta understand is your team's always watching you. They're looking at you to decide if they should go do something. And if they see you not personally sponsoring, they think, oh well, I don't need to personally sponsor. So the biggest trap that leaders get into, why they plateau and why they go backwards, is they get into management mode. They get out of production mode and into management mode because they think, oh, I'm going to be an amazing leader, I'm going to motivate my team, I'm going to be there, I'm going to do calls. But if your team doesn't see you producing, they don't produce. So I'll tell you, I'm going to give you a lesson after this. Is network marketing for 30 years, right? Number one income earner in 3 different companies. So I've tested this. Over and over and over. Whenever my team starts to plateau, when it starts to go backwards, I used to try and do all the leadership things. I'm going to do more events, more trainings, and like, I'm working harder and harder and harder. My team won't grow. How do I motivate my team? I need to be a better speaker. No, I go back to work. I go sponsor 5 people, I go sponsor 10 people, and suddenly the team starts to grow again.
