UNESCO Event : Launch of Finding Happy and proposal for a new Sustainable Development Goal (SDG 18)
In this UNESCO event, Ghislaine Bouillet Cordonnier, PhD, announces the launch of the book Finding Happy, co‑created with Harvard professor Ellen Langer, which aims to nurture mindful, kind, and confident children. The event then features a rapid‑fire "speed‑dating" panel of eight leading experts from neuroscience, artificial intelligence, the arts, and education, each delivering concise, high‑impact ideas for sustainable development. The Albatross Foundation uses the platform to unveil a proposal for a new Sustainable Development Goal, SDG 18 – “Respect and Goodwill for Humanity and Beyond.” Finally, participants engage in the Smiley Ball Game, a collaborative activity that generates concrete project ideas and actionable blueprints aligned with SDG 18, which will be compiled and presented to international decision‑makers.
