We're always very transparent. I want everyone in the mortgage process to understand that we went into this thing good faith. Y' all came in good faith. We have untold successes. We do have a few, one or two that have gone south on us. And as a result, you know, we're dealing with these things the best that we can. So the five people that I named, they are now sending in emails and threats, and they want to call the FBI and all these other sorts of things. So I want everyone to get out a pin, because I'm going to give everyone the number to the FBI if you feel like you want to call them, because I encourage it.

The FBI director, Cash Patel, has come out himself and said the mortgage industry in this country is a fraud. The banking industry is a fraud.

I think we got to educate people that the Federal Reserve is not a public government entity, it's a private entity. The robber barons that started this country who manipulate the currency to their advantage. And that needs to be tackled again. I'm not the economic guru. I just know it's a problem. And, And I don't. I don't. I'll be honest with you. I don't know what the solution is, but it needs to be addressed.

President Trump has said it's a fraud. The director of the doj, Pam Bondi, says it's a fraud. The Judiciary Committee, all these people are looking at all these things going on because the one thing that has happened is that our courts have swept common law under the rug and we're now under administrative law, which is unconstitutional and it's warring its constitution. So all those people that I just named, they're sending in these threats and these emails and so forth and so on. One such email said they're going to call and report us to the FBI. So I want everyone to get out of pin. The number to the FBI is 1-800-225-5324, and if you can't get that, it's 1-800- call FBI. So I don't know what these people think they're going to do as Far as, you know, some sort of claims or calling the FBI, I would encourage them to call the FBI because then that would just spotlight our mission. So whenever their own director is the one who is calling out the banking industry in this country, and I quote him as saying, everyone needs to understand that the Federal Reserve is not a division of government, it's not a branch of government, is a private banking industry that has usurped our money source in this country. And then he quoted, I quote him saying, he said, there's a problem. He says, I don't have all the answers to the problem, but we're looking into it. So what we do is we come in, once you get a, an audit from Joe, you see all the fraud firsthand, then we take it and we start assisting you with getting all that resolved. Now, coming up to the election, we had some lawless, I mean lawless attorneys for servicers and mortgage companies step up and say we're going to foreclose on you, then we would object to that. And in lieu of honoring our objection, these attorneys, the attorney himself would stand on the courthouse steps and facilitate an alleged foreclosure sale through a private server called auction.com or one of these other private servers. Number one, that's illegal. That's co mingling government and private sector in order to achieve an objective. They're doing it under the COVID of darkness because they're doing it on the courthouse steps outside, mind you, to give it the appearance of some sort of court or judicial legitimacy. Now, once these few properties have been allegedly sold, whoever buys the property then goes and files a writ of possession in some court. We object to all that. We file all these documents notifying the judge of all this lawlessness business, and the judge just simply ignored it. We took it a step further. We contacted the sheriff of these counties and we apprised them of all of this fraud. And I said, sheriff, it's right there in your own county recorder's office. Just go look it up.

So this magistrate was informed of all of the clerk's office refused the filing, which is a response to the writ of possession. Then they filed it. Then the magistrate ignored all the evidence and sign a rid of possession. That's mortgage fraud. It's conspiracy. So we want to file charges on him.

Okay, so you want to currently file. So. So what you would have to do would have a patrol officer come out to the residence and have them take.

And then the second, with my workload of evictions, I don't have a lot of time to respond to calls other than just schedule evictions, do evictions. Schedule evictions, do evictions.

There are releases of mortgage that our firm did for her. They were done lawfully and legally because the bank was committing bank fraud. So we challenged them on it. We won. There's two releases that are filed. They're still on file today. And yet here we are with a magistrate judge signing an order and your agency threatening to kick out of the house. But they have no right of title to. So we just want to know your intention before proceed forward.

Understood. If I have a valid writ of possession by the judge, I'm going off of the word of the judge that written possession is valid Even though there's.

That would be for the judges to tell me to cancel or not to cancel.

So we're just trying to see exactly where this conspiracy runs to. Because this is a conspiracy between. There's a part time magistrate. His name is Conrad Ziegler. He's a part time magistrate. He's not a judge. There is an attorney for the bank that has an office right down the street from him. There is communication between the two that we have record of. And then they're attempting to sell this home on the courthouse. That's their private server. And now they're attempting to use your agency, a law enforcement agency, to evict her unlawfully. Now we're making you guys aware of that. We just want to know if you guys are part of the problem or part of the solution. And again, I'm not being archaic. We just really want to get to the bottom before we move forward to see who we need to include in this federal investigation.

Yeah, as far as I know, I would have to look deeper into that problem.

So yeah, because again, we're not trying to involve people that don't need to be involved. I understand you guys have systems and protocol. We actually write legislation for that. But now that we're bringing this to your attention, we want to see what you're going to do with it. Because we are here to see who is constitutional sheriffs who are not constitutional sheriffs. And from what I understand, your sheriff claims to be a constitutional sheriff. Am I correct?

They ignored it and they went out and they pursued these evictions. These things are beyond anyone's control, and they're also beyond anyone's imagination as far as the lawlessness that's going on. So I said, I'll have to say this. In this country, our remedy is supposed to be in a federal court, but over the past few years, I have been filing these suits at common law to draw these judges out. And I want to show you something right now. This is an order that we received from the United States District Court, Eastern District of Texas, Sherman Division, signed by Amos L. Mazat, United States District Court Judge. I want everyone to see this. I'm going to snap a picture of it. Snap a picture of it. Save it for later. But I'm about to read it to you, and you're going to understand. Now, we have multiple orders from this one judge, and it says, and I'm gonna. I'm gonna omit the person's name on February 10, 2025, so and so filed a suit at common law with common law jury demand docket number one in this court along with a notice to court clerk indicating among other things, this is a suit of common law, not a civil action. He goes on to say a CV case number does not control the type of law applied. Rather, it is a standard indexing convention used nationwide for matters that are non criminal in nature and its use is important for statistical purposes and cannot be refused in favor of miscellaneous docket which is reserved for ministerial matters and matters ancillary to the federal court proceeding that do not receive statistical credit. It is therefore ordered that the clerk shall immediately close this case based on the filer's refusal to proceed under a CV case number. If the filer wishes to present any common law matter before this court, the filer shall present it for assignment of a CV case number along with the required filing fee or a motion to proceed. Informal paupers. It is further ordered that the clerk the clerk's office is directed to assign a CV case number for indexing and statistical purpose to any common law matter submitted by any part party filing in the future. It is further ordered that upon future filing indicating a refusal to have a CV case number assigned to any matter appropriately indexed pursuant to national practice pursuant to national practice with a CV number, the clerk shall return the submission unfiled to the person who presented it along with a copy of this order. Now I want everyone to understand what's going on. The seventh amendment to the Bill of Rights states emphatically all suits at common law when the value exceeds $20 are entitled to a jury. The Supreme Court in SEC versus Jar Kessy stated that all suits of common law deal with matters of private rights and they have to be adjudicated by a jury. They also name the chronological order for a suit of common law. They say in a suit of common law, the jury finds the facts. That's number one. The Article three judge presides while the jury is being presented with the facts. And the normal rules of evidence and discovery govern the litigation while the jury is finding the facts. Suits of common law preclude a judge from chiming in with their civil procedure, their discretion, all these things. I have cases and libraries of evidence where we have filed civil actions to test these people and every one of them. Whenever you're going against the government or a bank, get dismissed under 12b6 or other some kind of nonsensical civil procedure. Now we're proceeding with Suits of common law. And we're getting the same thing, the seventh Amendment. I want everyone to realize the seventh Amendment to the Bill of Rights uses the words common law. But here is a sitting United States judge who we just sued two days ago for $20 million, by the way, who is saying suit to Kamala, welcome in his. In his court. So my question to Amos L. Mozak Mazan, whatever his name is. By what authority? Show me the congressional act. Show me the civil procedure. Show me the statute. Show me the authority that gives a sitting United States district court judge the right or the authority to reject a suit at common law. Second, we also pointed out that this guy is so arrogant, he's blinded by his own ego. Apparently, he files this order into the clerk's office. Number one, it's a blatant lie. CV number does indicate the kind of law that's applied. It applies civil law over common law. He then files this into the court record, which is now fraud upon the public record. It's filing a false public document. But this judge, for some stupid reason, thinks he's immune from the laws that he imposes on people on a daily basis. He's also of the opinion that the clerk's office is just basically his personal library to house all of his inept ramblings and his, you know, his. His. His fraudulent orders. And he also believes that he has some magnanimous power to issue orders with no authority behind them. There's no congressional act, there's no statute, there's no civil. There's nothing that grants this man this sort of authority. I'm saying all that to say this. We are fighting against a lawlessness in our federal courts that I never thought we would see. No one in their wildest dreams ever thought that a judge, a sitting United States judge, would be stupid enough to actually put this in writing. But here we are. So all this has been escalated straight up to the Judiciary Committee, to the doj, to the dod, to the White House, because I'm moving for this man's impeachment because he is putting his war against the Constitution in writing. He is also stating, and this is all stated in the suit. It's filed in the Eastern District of Texas. I'll get everyone the case number. You can look it up on PACER for yourself. We're also pointing out the fact that not only is judge putting his war against the Constitution in writing, he's also using his position. He's weaponizing his position to suppress their dissent or their disagreement with the way things are. Going. He's also warring against their right to redress of grievance against the government. He's blocking all the remedies because this is a case we're following against a prosecutor who is a complete egghead and a police officer who's just as equal an egghead. They're doing things that are so blatantly lawless. And here's Amos L. Mazat, the chief judge in the Eastern District of Texas, blocking our remedies. Now, here's where the real hammer drops. He's also preventing, through his position, the free exercise of our rights under the Seventh Amendment. And he's putting it in writing. So the very definition of weaponization of government is simply this. Whenever you use a government agency, manpower, weaponry or some sort, to suppress dissent and to prevent the free exercise of rights, that's the weaponization of government. And that's why we have a Department of Weaponization of Government right now being formed. People don't understand. But back in 2023, Congressman Jordan, they actually formed the Committee for the Weaponization of Government, and it was disbanded In January of 2025, right before Trump took office. So now they're reviving that. So all that I'm saying that to say this, I am working tirelessly, tirelessly, day and night, trying to help people prepare suits of common law. It is the most daunting task that I've ever encountered in my entire life. Not only am I doing this, and I'm not charging anyone for it, I am losing money. I am going in reverse. I not only am I giving my time to these things, and I don't want anyone's sympathy. Please don't get me there. But not only am I giving my time and foregoing huge amounts of money that I could be earning, but I'm also paying out of my own pocket to overnight these things out, to ship them out. None of these things are coming back. So the people on this list, Gina Mundy, they received their release, they received their conveyances, they got all their stuff that they needed. They even got a suit at Common Law. And now they're in on this group who are threatening. So my message to all them is to please, by all means, 1-800-call FBI, call the FBI, do whatever you feel like you need to do, but every one of these people are out of the group, and I'm not helping them anymore. I will not succumb to these sorts of threats. Right. As a matter of fact, my first inclination is to send something to all their lenders and rescind everything that we did and just let them fend for themselves. But the better side of me takes over. I'm not vindictive. I'm not. I'm upset right now because of the amount of work that we have put into this university to try to help people and for people like this to turn. It's very disheartening. I want to point out John Herman, too, by the way. I love John Herman. To this day, I consider him a brother of mine, and I would love to have a conversation with him. But John ventured off on his own. Now, I understand John's position. You know, he didn't feel like the things that we were doing were working, and he was venturing off on his own by filing things into the federal suits, and things just. The whole thing got messed up. So these groups are being formed, and I want everyone to understand this. I don't need this. I really don't. I can go on about my life and live the rest of my life in peace. But God has incited something inside of me. He has given me the eyes to see this. He has sent me through untold imaginable horrors of. To purge all this fear out of me so that we can do something that there is no one else in this country that is taking up this mantle and trying to fight this. I am doing this on my own with the help of our staff and with the help of the university and some other people around the country, but I'm the only one who's doing this. And so my. My question to everyone here. I appreciate everyone being here tonight. Let me just tell you my focus right now. My focus is to get these federal courts beat into submission. And I use that term not loosely at all, need to be beat into submission. And the only way that we're able to do this is to file these suits. Let the magistrates chime in, let the judges become lawless, let them put stupid things in writing like this right here, because this is the evidence that the Trump administration is talking about, and we are gathering this evidence for them. Donald Trump and these powers that be aren't going through this right here. They're unaware of stuff like this. They're reaching out for this sort of evidence, and we're collecting it. Our next move is to bring all this stuff to Washington, D.C. in the form of briefing packets with all of the evidence that I've amassed over the years and is going to be dumped in the laps of all of these congressmen in the Judiciary Committee in the Department of Justice at the White House, in the Department of Defense, and anyone else who will give an ear. We have vehemently started locating the places these people hang out for social gatherings. We have this thing mapped out, and that is where we're taking this thing.

So that's where my focus is, is set. Because until we get these things done, because of this evolutionary monster that has. Has risen up, until we get past these federal courts, we're all just swinging in the dark. But God has laid out a very clear path. He's given me the. The intelligence and the directive of how to do this, and that's where we're focusing our attention. So my statement to everyone is this. I appreciate everyone's support because without you, we wouldn't have this. This wouldn't be possible. And the only way this is going to be overcome is through his power. So if nothing else, even if you decide to leave this membership and not support us financially, I understand. Just please give us your prayers. Because prayer is the. Is the most powerful weapon that has ever hit the face of this earth. It talks about it all through the Bible. Prayer, prayer, prayer. It says pray without ceasing. The definition of praying without ceasing isn't getting on your knees and raising your hands and praying. It's you're driving or you're walking through Walmart. You're just saying, Lord, you're just telling God what's on your mind. There's no right or wrong way to pray. But whenever you invoke the spirit of God and you ask anything of God according to his will, he hears you. And whenever he hears you, have whatever you ask. I believe in the power of collective prayer, and that's what I've been encouraging with Gianna. We put some stuff in the university. I really want to get back to the Sunday sessions. I just. I'm inundated without time right now to do those things. So I'm starting to do. And I'll start sending things to Gianna to put in the. In the university. But I want to. I want to encourage corporate collective prayer. It's not praying at the same moment in time, but it's just collectively praying in the same direction. In the heart, heart in the mind, and in the character of God's son, Jesus Christ. What's his heart, mind and character? His heart, mind and character are for love and peace and to do away with evil. He used to look at all the Pharisees and all the religious leaders and government leaders. He said, all y' all are twice the child of hell. You all put burdens on people that yourselves don't bear. This is the heart, the mind, and the character of Jesus Christ. And so whenever you pray, you just think, what am I praying for? Well, Lord, I'm praying that. That justice comes out. If you don't even know what to pray for, if you don't understand how the banking industry works or how these courts, if you don't really understand it, just say, lord, I want justice. Because you know what? If God himself came up and said, you know what? These courts are, right? The banking industry's pure and upright, I'd be like, okay, cool, I'm done. But he hasn't. He spotlighted and he spotlighted things in his word Revelations, chapter 18, and many, many other ones.

Romans 1:32. These are verses that God spotlights and he tells us not to partake in all this stuff. And so God picked me to carry this and God inside of me, and I can't let it go. And so I'm going to end. Tonight's going to be a relatively short zoom, but I just really want everyone to sit back, get in your closet, pray, and ask God, is this the place for you?
