Exposing The IRS Con

Gianna Miceli argues the IRS forces 163 million Americans to sign self-incriminating tax documents, violating their Fourth and Fifth Amendment rights. She claims IRS Publication 525 instructs criminals to report illegal income and urges viewers to stop filing as a strike against the system. Miceli promotes wealth-building through silver stacking and Legal Fauquier University classes instead.

All right, she hit.
Good evening, I'm Gianna Miceli, the founder of Legal Fauquier University and the author of Freedom: The Patriot's Playbook to Restoring Your Rights and Freedom. Sorry to everybody who showed up for this show on Thursday. I literally just screwed up. I didn't push the go live button. And we didn't know it. We had a fantastic show without you, so we're going to replay it tonight. And, uh, this is my co-host Patty. Patty, say hello.
Hi, hi, how's everybody doing?
Hi there. We'll get to Patty's intro. Uh, the big news today is that in 10 days— 10 days, right? The 7th? No, in, uh, 8 days. In case approximately 163 million Americans will voluntarily sign documents that violate their 4th Fifth Amendment rights. None of them was dragged to a computer at gunpoint. None of them was handed a court order. They will do it themselves willingly and voluntarily and consenting to do it. And some of them will even feel good about it. I'm doing my part as an American. And this is the greatest propaganda campaign in the history of the United States of America, more effective than anything the Soviet Union ever ever ran, more thorough than anything George Orwell ever imagined. Because at least in those systems, people knew they were being controlled. These 163 million Americans will file what they call my tax— my taxes, the taxes you own. Well, you don't own the taxes, but you own the money. You know, it's not your taxes, it's a self-incriminating It's a self-incriminating document submitted under penalty of perjury that they researched exactly 0% before signing. They will do it out of fear, and they will do it out of laziness, and they will do it because decades of propaganda have successfully replaced critical thinking with blind compliance. Nobody asked what authority compels this. Nobody asked what law specifically requires their signature except Joe Bannister. Nobody asked who wrote it, why they wrote it, or whether it even applies to them. They just filed and they clap like seals when the government announces that they are rewarding you with bigger refunds this year. Mike Johnson, bigger refunds. No, it's not a refund. You did not purchase something and then you're refunding it. It's unlawfully withheld money. They stole your money that was created by your life energy, the essence of your energy, and they withheld it from you. They withheld it from you using it, and you don't even make interest on it. And I would call that theft. I have spent 26 years watching this happen to all other people, and tonight I'm going to show you exactly what you are signing straight from the IRS's own documents. I'm going to tell you who built this system and how it actually works legally, and most importantly, what you can do about it. Because 163 million people will file. I want to talk to the ones who are not going to anymore. I see you, I see you on X, you're all flapping your gums. Let's have a strike. Okay, but how are you going to execute that? Because once you don't file and you get the first scary letter you're going to file. And I am not alone tonight. I want to introduce you to my co-host, Patty. Patty and myself is a regular woman, a regular American woman, not a lawyer, not a constitutional scholar, who made a decision a long time ago to build wealth on her own terms. I can hear your husband in the background a little bit.
Is that—
or your husband?
Turn down some. Thank you.
She built wealth outside of the system and outside of the reach of the government, outside of their definitions. And Patty is what we love to call a silver stacker. For decades, she has been quietly and methodically building real tangible wealth in physical silver, not paper and not promises, and not subject to Donald Trump's whims. Because one of my friends who's heavily invested in the stock market texts me nearly every day, I like Trump, but I wish he would shut up because the market is making his retirement go up and down. It's real metal held in her hand like I have right here. I just got this. This is not— I have more, but that's what I wanted to show people what it looks like. It's untouchable, untamable, and wealth they cannot freeze, cannot garnish, cannot inflate away, and cannot find unless she tells us where she hid it, you know. And by the grace of God, the metals merchant with the best silver spot prices in the country landed in her life. Which is remarkable on its own because here's the kicker: 30 years ago, that merchant spent 8 years in a battle with the IRS. The IRS claimed that when someone exchanged Federal Reserve notes for precious metals, that sales tax had to be charged. Who are you to rule over me?
That's about what he said too, right?
Think about what that argument really means. Federal Reserve notes are not money, they are debt instruments of course the courts aren't going to argue with you. They are IOUs issued by a private banking system, and the IRS wanted to tax the act of exchanging one form of currency for another. And he said no, and he fought it all the way to a jury trial where he, by the grace of God, got 12 ordinary Americans like me and Patty and you watching, and they looked at the case and they told the IRS they were wrong, and he won. And not only did he win, But they attacked him so viciously. There were 17 defendants wrapped up in his situation, and everyone was acquitted. Now imagine the game of chess that God has been playing by putting that man into the life of Patty, who was in the place of my life, the queen of exiting the IRS and winning traffic ticket victories. The story is sitting right there in Patty's world. Now Patty also exited the IRS 4 years ago. She did the work, she made the decision, and today she keeps every penny— you're so cute— of her W-4 income. I'm sorry that your introduction is so long because you're so popular. Yes, everybody, this is Patty, who's become my most fabulous co-host for the Legal Fauquier Show and in the university. Patty, what is going on with gold and silver today? Because I know you watch it 50 times a day.
I do. I think it, it ended up today, but it was down most of the day. I think it's going to still be volatile for quite some time.
Okay, Patty, what's your advice to the people?
Buy and stack. Just keep buying. Yeah, last week, buy the dip, buy the dip, you know, even buy when it goes a little higher, because I just think that in the end, it's going to probably— you're going to preserve your wealth. Yep.
And that's how Patty has wealth. That's how I have accumulated what someone could call wealth. You know, a lot of people, if you're saving, take, take that, take that cash and buy silver. It's, you know, and we have a class called Money and, uh, what do we call our class? Uh, Money and Freedom. We have a campus, then we have a class, Money and Metals, and Patty will hold your hand personally. You can book her for an appointment if you never did this before. We understand people are nervous and they've never made wire transfers before. It does have a $2,000 minimum as per the merchant, not us. There's no charge for Patty to help you, but we'd like to get you on your way. And not this class, but further down the road, we, we do talk about moving your 401(k) and your IRAs into metals, and it's a very, very good idea. Okay, so let's talk about what we're going— the IRS Con, which is the topic of the show tonight. Let's make sure that we're on, Patty. Are there— let's look at the comments. Let me see, um, let me turn the comments on. You will monitor them, darling. Okay, we got people here. All right, good.
We seem to be live.
Yeah, it looks like we're live. Oh, I was so embarrassed last week. Okay, number 1, I'm going to read you directly from the IRS's own published document and prove this system is so arrogant, so unhinged from reality, that it has an entire section dedicated to making sure that criminals pay their fair share. Because apparently when you are running the biggest legal robbery operation in American history, you cannot stand the competition. Number 2, I'm going to show you the difference between a law passed by Congress and a rule written by a bureaucrat nobody elected, because that distinction is the crack in their armor that they have spent decades hoping that you never find. God bless the internet, right? Number 3, I'm going to tell you who actually built this thing, not who they told you built it, who actually sat in a room and wrote the rules you think you are forced to live by. And the answer is going to make you flip a biscuit. And number 4, I'm going to tell you about the billions of tax dollars taken from your paycheck by force, kind of, handed to people who robbed the system blind while the people in charge did absolutely nothing. Because they were afraid of one word. And by the end of tonight, I hope that you're angry, and I hope that you're motivated, and I hope that our courage is contagious, because you're going to be laughing like we did last week, and you're going to understand something about this system that most Americans will carry to their graves never knowing. Now, before you tell me I am crazy, let me tell you why I am the IRS Queen. In 1999, when most people were worried about Y2K, I was doing something else. I was researching. I took the time, I did the work. I just read the documents. I asked the questions that 163 million Americans every April apparently cannot be bothered to ask. And when I was done, I made an independent, informed, lawful decision to exit the system because it says I'm I'm signing this under penalty of perjury that I understand what I'm signing. Now, because YouTube knows what I like and listen to, they shove IRS videos in my face from so-called experts and people that I would call experts in the statutory world. And all the legal fuckery comes from violating your Fourth and Fifth Amendment rights. I'm so trying to be wrong because I like to think I'm smart, but I cannot be this smart. But apparently I am, because that was 26 to go. I don't mean to boast. I know these people are sick.
Great, it's great, but it's true. I don't want to sign this.
And I didn't tell anybody.
Yeah, that's great.
I was hiding things. But I've never heard from the IRS since. Not a letter, not a notice, not a phone call, not an agent at my door, nothing. Because when you know what you're doing, when you understand the difference between a statute and a regulation, between a living woman and a legal fiction, I didn't even know that back then. Between voluntary compliance and legal compulsion, they have no mechanism to reach you. The machine needs your participation to run. People have been posting to starve the fraud, but you know what feeds the fraud? Your fear. Your fear feeds the fraud. When you lawfully withdraw that participation— lawfully, not legally— there may not legally be a way out, but there's a lawful way out. The machine is going to move on to easier targets. There's 163 million people, there's what, 80,000 IRS agents, give or take, and 163 of you are going to do your filings in— what do we say— 7, 8 days. So I'm not here to scare you or to sell you on a fantasy. I am here because I live this and I researched it in 1999. I made the decision, and 26 years of silence from the IRS is my evidence. Now let me show you what I found, and I'm calling this the top 10 most stupid IRS policies ever, very much like what David Letterman used to do. Starting with— I wish we had a band, you know, I wish we had a bit— maybe we'll have a band soon. Starting with the most absurd document the federal government has ever published. It's been going around X for a while. It is called IRS Publication 525. Don't you just love the names? 525, Taxable and Nontaxable Income. I don't even know if there was nontaxable income in It is real. It's live on the IRS.gov right now, and it's available in multiple languages. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you, IRS. It's free for anyone to read. The same government that cannot tell you what your rights are has a document explaining exactly how to pay taxes on your drug money. They do not teach you the Constitution in school. They do not teach you what a living man or woman is versus a legal fiction, but they will publish on their official website a step-by-step guide for how a thief should calculate the fair market value of what he stole.
Oh my God.
This is not just funny. This is a window into exactly how these people think. They built a system so total, so all-consuming, so convinced of its own authority that they sat down one day in a government building on government time and wrote instructions for criminals to pay their cut. Some attorney crafted this. What does that say about attorneys? Not to stop the crime, not to arrest anybody, just to get their cut and their fair share. So that's who we're dealing with. And here are the top 10 most ridiculous things the IRS actually tells you to rat yourself out about. The IRS would like to remind you that income tax from dealing illegal drugs must be included on your Form 1040. They built a specific line for it. They're very thoughtful. Number 2, the IRS would like to remind you that if you steal property, you must report the fair market value in the year you stole it unless you return it to its rightful owner in the same year. It literally says this, okay? So if you robbed somebody in January and you felt bad by December and you gave it back, you might be okay because you returned it and it's not taxable. Number 3: The IRS would like to remind you that if you receive a bribe— hear that, Congress?— include it in your income. 5 words, no caveats. They didn't even flinch. The IRS would like to remind you that kickbacks, side commissions, and push money must be included in your income on Schedule C if it is from your employment activity. I'm sorry, self-employment activity. They categorized your criminal enterprise as self-employment. I'm self-employed. I don't think it's the same thing. Number 5, the IRS would like to remind you that embezzled funds must be reported.
Well, those politicians better start reporting. You know what I just thought while I was reading this?
In Congress, in the room, they must be among friends, and that's why they want to do this.
Right. Right.
They literally built the form. So we are at 5 items only, and we've covered drug dealers, thieves, bribe takers, kickback artists, and embezzlers. This is their version of the welcome packet. Okay, now Patty, you are a woman who has spent her entire life building real wealth and silver and constitutional money. When you hear that the IRS instructs a person to report their bribe on a federal form, and you wake up at 5 AM every day to go to work, what goes goes through your mind?
Well, I really can't say what goes through my mind, but we're not ABC. No, no, we're not ABC. But you know, it's one big con.
It's one big con.
And it's one big con.
You could just trust in God at some point, you know, trusting God. And let's deal with Silver. So that's why Patty does what she does. You know, when 163 million people are filing documents reporting their baby city money and their jury pay, Patty Silver sits outside that entire conversation, not being taxable. Now remember this, I paid what, $71 for this this past week, but it was up to $120. It's going to go back up and there's no tax on it, y'all. So they have no form and no line item for my silver. And because Patty was smart enough to build wealth in something they never fully figured out how to control, and that has been tested by our silver merchant— yes, we don't give his name. You gotta come at the university into our class get it. A rainbow just appeared where I live. That's very interesting. Number 6: The IRS would like to remind you that if you find property that does not belong to you and keep it, what they actually call a treasure trove, it is taxable. You find somebody's wallet on the train, I mean, I hope you're honorable, but what if there's no ID? Oh, it's a treasure trove and it's taxable at fair market value in the first year it becomes your undisposed disputed possession. Number 7, the IRS would like to remind you that bartering is taxable. Okay, you traded your lawn mowing for your neighbor's plumbing work. Perhaps $0 changed hands. The IRS wants their cut of a transaction where no money moved, made up by arbitrary numbers. What if I just charge $1 for my plumbing services and he charges $1? So you want to tax us on that imaginary dollar. The IRS would like to remind you that babysitting income is taxable. Even if you only watch the neighbor's kid once, you are a child care provider in the eyes of the IRS. You file that babysitting money. You know, it's not like someone got an LLC and a permit and stuff. You know, that's commerce. Otherwise you're just doing a favor and private economic activity. The IRS would like to remind you that jury duty pay is taxable. They compel you by law to show up. They don't really. If you don't want to go, I have a document. It's 100% success rate. Get my document. Don't go there. They pay you almost nothing, and then they tax it too. Okay, I think we should have professional juries. Like, there's retired people that could be really good at this, and you know, that could be their 5-day-a-week job, and they get a decent salary, and that'd probably get them out of the house, and they'd like it. And then, and then they become educated in the law, and they do what's right.
And that's a good idea. Yeah, I didn't think of it.
I'm sure someone told me. And lastly, number 10, the IRS would like to remind you, which is my favorite one having lived in Vegas, illegal gambling winnings are fully taxed. Maybe that's why my boyfriend killed himself from gambling, because he was worried about paying the taxes. Oh, it's a long time ago, folks. We can make jokes about my boyfriend who died, okay, 25 years ago. The source of the income does not matter. Your illegal poker game profit goes on the return. Now I have a different ex-boyfriend. I have a late boyfriend. I have an ex-boyfriend.
Different.
Who would play poker once a week? He's not going to report this money. What if you lose? Does it work the other way?
You know, you're not going to get that as a write-off.
Write-off, right?
Right.
Okay, now here's the part that nobody talks about. The Fifth Amendment says you cannot be compelled to be a witness against yourself, but that document sitting on the IRS.gov right now tells a drug dealer to sign his name, list his earnings, and submit it as a federal document under penalty of perjury. Now, I don't know why people don't take this more seriously. My mother was a legal secretary and my father was a police officer. And when I sat down and read the line underneath my signature, which I never read before the age of 32, I was like, penalty of perjury. That's like a real crime. You know, that's a real crime. And it says that you understand what you're signing. And many people hire bookkeepers and accountants and CPAs. And I don't really know the difference between any of those. But if they do it for you, you're, you're committing the crime of perjury because you're still liable what you signed. So which is it? Can the government force you to confess your crimes in writing? Because that's exactly what they're asking you to do. They built a form for the bribe, a schedule for drug money, and a line item for the self-employed criminal.
They thought of everything.
Anything except leave me alone. You cannot compel me to perform. Now, all that applies to you, probably the person watching this, but exactly the opposite happened in Minnesota. And this is why you should put on your thinking cap and rethink your fear of the IRS. Now, there's probably nobody that hasn't heard about this, but I wrote this a week ago and I'm gonna just stick with the script. Um, while the IRS was engineering a self-reporting system for criminals You might not have heard this about the Somali fraud. Somebody in Minneapolis was reading the fine print, setting up LLCs and getting SBA loans and finding a much easier hustle. Federal prosecutors now say that half or more than roughly the $18 billion in federal funds sent to Minnesota since 2018 may have been stolen. That's your money they stole from you. And you're okay with it and sent it to Minnesota. And there's more. Okay. Check out the legal fuckery that immigrants who are smarter than you figured out. Okay. Two men flew in from Philadelphia to Minneapolis because word got out that Minnesota's programs were easy money. Imagine what's going on in chat groups for the last 8 years. You know, they enrolled their companies. Flew home. Well, they rolled their companies in Minneapolis and they flew home to Philly and they billed the federal government millions from their couch. And prosecutors gave it a name. They call it fraud tourism. How about that shit? How about that shit? One moment. I am sweating, getting so passionate about this story, and I must turn on my air conditioning, which I can do from my phone here.
There we go.
Okay. In the government's own words, they call it fraud tourism. And people were treating Minnesota the way normal people treat a vacation destination, except instead of coming home with the tan, they came home with millions of dollars that they just facilitated from the comfort of their couch. And you might have heard the number of autism therapy providers in the state grew by 700% in 5 years. They're having some really fucked up kids, okay? The money—
sorry, that's okay.
If you can't laugh, you would cry, right?
Oh, right.
The money paid to them grew by 3,000%, and the kids were not getting therapy, and the billing was immaculate. You know, one time I put in a renter's insurance claim, and being that both my parents, after they were those other occupations, they became Allstate Oh, you froze.
Oh my God.
No, it just It kicked her out. It kicked her out. I bet somebody shut her down. It's— she's gone. I bet you somebody shut her down. It says that I'm still— it's still recording. I just did. But she got kicked out. The IRS. Yes. It kicked— it kicked us out. What do you do? Oh, 100%. I just told Lonnie that.
It's—
it, it says live, like it says live that I'm still on, but You got kicked out?
Are you sure?
Again? No, no, I'm telling you, you— okay, okay. Well, how are you gonna— okay, no, no, it's not. I just told Lenny that. I'm like, she's— yeah, over the— over there, you're over the, the target here. Yes, she does. What's wrong, Lynn? Wow. Yeah. Well, no. What if you were just shut down because you were over the target? What does it say? Talk, Patty. Silver, stop until she comes back. Well, wait, so you guys can still see me?
Can someone answer?
Oh no, you're not. Yep, you're right, Patty. Don't get flag unless you're over the target. Yeah, yes. Okay, she's coming back, guys. Wow, that's what I said. Gianna's over the target, they shut her down. Says you're coming through 5 by 5. I'm looking at the chat.
I don't know.
Wow. Yes, yes, I just think that's odd that I'm still here. Yeah. Put her on with your phone speaker so we can hear her. No, I'm not gonna do that. Yeah, she's, she's trying to get back on, guys, but there she's not having luck here.
Gianna Miceli, you were shut down.
Do you have bars on your phone, like at the top? Okay.
Okay, let me try a different— I've got two different—
yeah, well Not because you've been blocked. All right, so hey guys, I'm gonna exit out. Thanks. Yes. See you guys on the inside.
