Gianna & Patti Interview Derek Johnson

Retired military officer Derek Johnson tells Gianna Miceli and Patty that a covert blueprint has guided U.S. strategy since the mid-2000s, involving executive orders and classified plans that created a military government operating above the Constitution. He points to the 2015-2025 National Defense Authorization Acts, Trump's "45-47" hand gesture, and the Space Force's role in communications as evidence of special-operations control coordinating with Trump.

An error occurred on X. Okay. Oh, I just so don't need this. Okay, well, we'll try once again. Uh, well, we are live, I believe, on, um, YouTube, so let's just go. I'm going to remove the X and we'll just have to replay it. Saving the changes. Hello everyone, this is Gianna Miceli from the Legal Fauquery University. All my channels are called Legal Fauquery, and I have an amazing guest with me tonight. Derek, you need no introduction. Mr. Derek Johnson, right? My co-host is Patty. She's my silver stacker in the university. She teaches people how to move their metals, move their 401(k)s and Roth and all that stuff into non-taxable metals, and she builds wealth. So she's awesome. Derek, how did you get into being Derek Johnson? Like, what first sparked your deep dive into military laws and the executive orders and the C-O-G.
Uh, well, I mean, my dad and my grandparents, my grandfathers, uh, my great uncles. I mean, my, my one grandfather, he couldn't be in the military, uh, back in the day when they would deny you for actually being flat-footed or hard or something like that. But, uh, all my family's been heavily active with military and some form of government my whole life. So it's kind of, it was almost like you got, not chastised the wrong way, but if you weren't interested in that, then you didn't find much conversation. And then also in the South, more or less, not everybody, but whenever you're a farm boy or cowboy or whatever, you know, it's, it's, it's it's expected in another kind of manner. But it's kind of just, it's built in your system. And I just happen to be and have traced it, one Native American, but then also, I, I'm a son of the Confederacy and the son of the Revolution. And then I've traced a lot of my, well, my family, thank God, had done 3 family trees already for, for our family. So it was so easy to read and go back to our history. And so it's just, it's a lineage, and you're supposed to be proud of it. Everyone's supposed to be proud of their lineage, whether they're, you know, a Native American or not. You're supposed to be proud of your lineage and your heritage. And then also what the Bible talks about that most people have forgotten about, and our societies have etched out, is respecting your elders. I just always listened to my elders, always listened to my grandfathers and my great uncles. I thought they hung the moon and stars and But it was back during a time too where I was still that last generation that didn't have internet and phones right in your hands. And so you had to listen. And, and they made— but they made it, they made it real. They made it fun too, in another way. Like my grandfather was like, hey, you better learn this trade because I won't be here the rest of your life. But when you're, when you're 10 years old, you're like, you think you're going to live forever. You don't really know the concept of death in its entirety. But I'll remember my grandfather saying, you better come learn how to do this, son, I won't be here forever. And it would be things that would be a trade that, that you could literally have your whole life. And so I just had, I had that. And then I always had a fascination with history. I love old graveyards and things like that. And just knowing that someone was, was on this very premise, and here's their stone. They've already lived their life, seen the world, and they're gone on. Um, and just having respect for that. And then going in the military myself, uh, after— I remember asking my one grandfather, I said, what was the Army like? And I was like 14. He's like, well, I can only tell you so much. And then I can't tell you, you just have to experience it yourself. And so there's a lot of things they can tell you, and then there's a lot of things you just got to go in if you want to go in. So it's a, it's a combination of a lot of things that I think are vitally important. Whether you're not military or not doesn't matter. You still should have that respect for elders, your founders, and, and be grateful for the nation you have and how it's here.
And people don't understand, like, everything that you talk about. Like, we're held together by the military. It's above the Constitution, basically. It's there to enforce it. Was it right out of high school you went?
No, I didn't. No, I actually went in in later life. But, you know, I always thought about it. But my dad, he wasn't discouraging in another way, but he was one— he was He was older when he had me, and then he was, he was a disciplinary. A lot of people don't realize that. A lot of the new age think disciplinary is barbaric or something, but he was real disciplinary on my education. Get your education, get your education, get your education. Now I know everybody's got a different view on colleges, and it's a different time now.
It's a different time.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And so, yeah, I didn't go initially and then I just on a whim just felt that calling and I went and did it. But just I shocked everybody. Yeah. So my family, I didn't really shock my dad. My dad was one of those when I told him, he was like, you should have done that a long time ago, you know? But everybody else was like, oh, you know, but my dad was just like, he was nonchalant. Didn't even go to the airport, didn't even say bye. In a good way. In a good way. He said bye, but he didn't go to the airport when I flew off. Nothing like that. He was just like, good luck, have fun.
Right on. Can you walk us through the key timeline of when you believe the blueprint of the military operation began and what specific events? Like, when did this happen? 2015, '16? I've heard you talk about that Trump was approached to run in 2012 by the generals. You know, what's the truth? What's the truth and the scoop?
Well, you know, he'll get to tell the full truth, but, um, well, you know, well, your perspective— do you think that the truth is ever going to come out? Oh yeah, yeah, it has to. It's— this is, this is world history, first off. Um, it's not just— and it's not just world history, it's biblical history. Um, well, I've just now started telling some people this, whether they believe it or not. It's whatever. My work alone— and not braggadociosely— but my work alone should speak for itself because it has all your visual tie-ins and your verbal tie-ins to laws and orders that back our foundation and Constitution. It's not like I wrote all these laws and orders. I didn't. I wrote and interwove how, like President Trump calls the weave, I interwove everything together where people can see it as a blueprint in a chronological But when I graduated college, I did my undergrad at the University of Alabama, and I stayed there a little while, uh, just a few months before I moved off, uh, to Virginia. And then I started moving states. Well, I went to a church one night, and I'm gonna call them and see if they still have this, because sometimes when they have celebrities or special guests, they'll keep a tape or something. And it just so happened the church that I was at was in Northport, Alabama, right across the river from Tuscaloosa. And the guy was— he was— I knew him because of the Crabbe family, who I know. They're a Southern gospel group, big, big Southern gospel group. A lot of people know them with the Gaithers. And I had met Perry Stone through them at TBN Studios years ago. And he married a girl, lady. But when they were younger, he married a girl from that church, and he was doing a special revival. This was 2006, and I don't remember the month, but it was in a revival, and it was private, meaning they didn't advertise it to anybody because they didn't, they didn't have the capacity to fit everybody, uh. And he was, he was big at this point, all over, uh, different, you know, seminary colleges, etc. And so he was preaching, and I mean, he is Pentecostal preacher now. I know a lot of people don't like Pentecostal, you know, it's a whole different world, uh, but he wasn't speaking prophetically. He didn't— he wasn't making predictions. He didn't say names, uh, in the sense of, you know, oh, Donald Trump is gonna— he didn't say that. He just said that where we were in the timeline, what he thought of the Hebrew timeline, and then the origin of Christ and the origin from that manner, paired with United States of America and it being a chosen land on behalf of God, etc. He did it from that angle, and he said, I am privy to information that there's an operation coming that's going to exonerate Richard Nixon. He didn't say anything about President Trump or nothing like that, so You know, so a lot of people, they can, they can choose where they want to believe that. I have— I would have no reason to lie about that. I was 22 years old, um, and you know, that he had me more on the edge of my seat because the other things he was saying versus that. Now the other portion is where I am privy to some things that I won't tell yet because the audience is not ready for that and they're not going to be appreciative of that. And it also don't need to be about me either from another manner, because I don't worship President Trump the wrong way. What I try to tell people is that, look, I'm retired military. All right. You can Google whatever you want on me. Most of it's false if it's idiots. But, you know, there's, there's ways to find the facts. Right. And, and then also just knowing simple things. There's certain things I could and couldn't write without being one, sued. And then two, also as a retiree, I still fall under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, which is military law, which means I can still face a court martial, right? I don't want to face a court martial, right? Anybody with their right mind would not want to face a court martial of any capacity because once they find one thing, they could tie anything. And that's, that's just how the military works and they operate fast. So I am privy to certain things. What I can say is because when I got— I didn't retire with 20 years. And you got a lot of veterans out there. God love them. I love you, brothers and sisters. But some of you are quick to judge because you don't even know yourself. Not knocking your service, but there are ways to retire, fully retire in the military, not VA, not medical, full branch retirement without doing 20 years. And mine was a unique situation that most people wouldn't believe. Well, when I got out, had to be forced out. Wow. I started reading everything that Obama did, court martial-wise with the military, and everything read that it favored a terrorist. If you want to look at it that way, it didn't favor us. The military. I thought it— well, then, then the other portion was me going to people I knew congressionally and high-ranked military. And I, and I just told— they know, they follow me to this day. They root me on, right? I have full-fledged salutes, everything. But what's this? I said, look, if, if I have this blueprint And this— it was early. I only had a little bit because we were, we were still like— it was 2016. So it wasn't a lot. And President Trump wasn't even there yet, obviously. But the escalator was there and other things that he'd already said that, that tipped off basically, hey, I know what's coming. One, from 2006. Two, from my service, things I heard in my service. There are things that generals were saying in service that would have been massive military bearing breakage, not just military bearing, but they could have been court-martialed on a whole different level had there not been something going on. So I took all those things. And then when I sat with these certain people, we, we went miles down the road, no phones. Right. And I told them I wouldn't ask anything that would weigh on their conscience. Guilty conscience, you know, your conviction levels that people forget about too with Bible and spiritual conviction. I said, I'll ask you, I'll ask everything credibly on my side to not make you feel convicted on your side, but I need to know. I gotta know something. And that's when I said, I know this, this, this, and this, and this, this, this, and this. And I said, are we— are we— we're, we're going— we're about to go into a military government, aren't we? And they were, they just, they were just kind of—
this happened in the church?
No, no, this was out.
Just started in the church?
No, that's what you heard it about. I first heard the operation, so I'm saying this is after that. We know we're not in the church anymore.
No.
Okay, this is, this is me sitting with people I know in a private spot that no one would have ever known or we were there. Right? No phones, nothing that could intercept us. And I asked these specific questions that tied in with everything else. So it tied in with the church, it tied in with my military service and everything I saw there. And then what happened to me uniquely, all right? And I'm just one little person, but there's other people out there. If I can exert something real quick for the audience, when I was in Idaho last June speaking at Old State Saloon, I had a military service member who was twice my age said, hey, can I speak to you in private? I think I have some. Well, it was a lady, right? And we went over to the side where no one could. And she said, if I say it, will you say yes? And she— everything that happened to me happened to her years ago. Veteran, veteran. All right. So it shows you. And once people know what it is, it's basically anybody who followed the letter of the law. Exclusively to the law, but also who had contacts like I did while you're in the service, had contacts. It ties in something like that. I'll let your minds wander. But this was me sitting outside the military. So this is me being, you know, like, didn't want out of the military, trying to figure out what the heck was going on because I was fresh out and I wanted back in. So I thought via my big contacts that we could get me back in some other back channel way. So I was going to them for that, right? Because I thought, my God, no one's going to believe that I did X amount of time and I'm retired and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, and this, that, and that, right? Because of the negativity out there already, just in a general sense. So that's why I was sitting with these people, right? And they're big people. Everybody know their names. You know their names. And so, so I'm sitting with them and I'm like, And I said what little bit I had at the time that I had, you know, surveyed and had gotten. And when I asked those questions, they confirmed that, yes, everything I had assessed was 100% accurate. And then also they told me that you're going to serve again, it's just going to be a different capacity. Very cool. And naturally, nobody wants to think it's cyber. I guess it's like, that's not, that's not manly. You know, that's not kicking doors and running around and doing, you know, hopping in a tank or whatever it is that all of us military always think. But it is in a different capacity because in reality, that those things weren't supposed to ever happen as frequently and often as they did with our military, which is going to expose a lot. So we do have to be delicate because of veterans out there. Who did see massive combat, especially Vietnam era, the ones, the Korean, Korean vets still living and the Vietnam vets still living and some of the Iraq, Iraqi vets, some of the stuff they've seen. And of course, I'm not leaving out Somalia and Bosnia and Kosovo and all the other conflicts that we were involved in that were real ugly as well. But there's a lot of veterans that they they want to believe, a lot of them, but they just don't have that blueprint in place. And it requires work and reading and studying and comprehension and weaving it together, piecing it together. But that's— now, when was President Trump specifically walked up to and approached? I'm not privy to that. No one would be privy to that except for him. However, you can see clear visuals of Special Operations, Mission Tip of the Spear. By the way, you can't buy this on the internet, ladies and gentlemen. You have to be awarded this. But so if you flip this over, this is what President Trump does with his hands. Now, people would say Space Force. It's not. Now, I'm not going to argue with someone with Space Force because they're a part of this. But this is Tip of the Spear. This is Special Operations. If you go back, look at the photo with him and Diddy. I mean, everywhere he's sitting there just like this. Don't let anybody— ladies and gentlemen, when I can show you by every single military law and federal law known to man that makes up a military government, a military occupation, a government in exile, a puppet government, the continuity of government, the whole of government, and continuity of operations, which is what they call it now— when I can show you every piece of that that outlines 45-47 on his ball cap,. They always keep handy. All right. How come they never show this photo in the media, ladies and gentlemen? How come every photo is always focused on the 45-47? When I could show you that via special operations, this is not what some people say, oh, that's just where you rest your hands when you're sitting there and you're stressed out or you're tired. No, it's not. It is not. That's the biggest crock of crap. And then Eric on January 20th, 2025, on inauguration day, His hands are way up here. It's not down here like resting your hands. His hands are up here doing the same thing. Why? Because President Trump couldn't do that when he was walking out to take his oath, right? Eric's standing over there and Laura's looking over his shoulder and he's got his hands way up high. I saw that. All these are proclamations. See, it's going to make up the movie later. There's going to be movies for this, right? Like Melania's documentary is a kickoff to it. There's going to be movies and then they're going to have all your proclamations, which are timestamped and recorded in history now where it all flows, where every aspect. So when you get to the hindsight 2020 and you look back, you're going to have all these markers. 17, 17, 17. Today, another article. 17, 17. Q, Q, Q. Now, the thing that ticks me off about people, certain people out there who still do this, they call themselves patriots, but they still say Q's conspiracy. Q is a high-level clearance in the military, ladies and gentlemen. So when you say that, you're disgracing every veteran who has it. And it is hard to get a Q clearance. Like, you— I know a guy who has a Q clearance, and he is one of the most brilliant guys you'll ever sit around. So you just— if people would look at it that way, that if you don't understand it, it don't mean it don't exist. And you better be glad that we do exist at this capacity because You know, most of it's been covert, clandestine, because people can't accept it and won't accept it.
Were you told to talk about it, or how did it come to be that you would make this public?
Oh, well, I was told that I would be serving at a unique, different capacity, and you'll know when you know kind of deal. And I'm like, at the time, I was still just as Like, what's that mean? You know, just like anybody else, but it's kind of like the Coca-Cola formula or any other kind of formula, right? And that's another thing like Area 51. I was on a military panel not long ago. And we were asked about Area 51 and the alien files that President Trump's releasing, etc. And we had Colonel Sellers who forwarded my books, who was a full bird colonel. Retired special operations, the former deputy commander of Delta Force. Right. And I'm trying to— I try to make sure people know, look, he— the guy above him was the full commander of all of Delta Force. So he's the deputy commander of Delta. He was. And I'm trying to get people to understand that it's a big deal. Right. Well, I flipped it. I wasn't the host, but I flipped the question. I said, hey, can you just tell them briefly a little bit about You know, Area 51, it's like he says, it has layers of clearances with it, right? It has layers. So everything has layers. So it's like the Coca-Cola formula. You wouldn't have everybody— you, me, all three of us wouldn't have the same formula, right? Or two or three different formulas. We'd have the same formula of what we need to know that goes in and puts in when we're supposed to go in. So it's kind of the same way like that. Military is a a ranking system on purpose, right? And it's camaraderie, but also everybody has a role to do. Everybody has a job to do, right? And so naturally, when I heard that, I was like, what? I don't even know what that means. Like, what was— because you don't know what— how they're going to do it when you're up here, general and admiral level, right? They're there for a reason. And obviously President Trump, the commander, all right, they're up there for a reason. And then they can pick anybody. That's why I tell veterans, hey, look, if you have the capacity to think like me or whatever, some of them could have gone back as well. There were callbacks that were involuntary callbacks. And then there were voluntary callbacks. A lot of veterans could have gone back and served at a certain capacity. Back really heavily in '22, '23, '24 when they were doing it. And a lot of veterans didn't even know it, didn't even see it, and could have gone back and got active duty pay had they met all the criteria that they were looking for, that you still had to be fit and certain things. But you can also be recruited outside of military, outside of active, Guard, and Reserve. You can still be recruited Even special operations can recruit you if you think a certain way. It all it takes is one operator that's active to recognize that and they can pull you in and then get you ready for a spot. All right. And, you know, so it's a lot of things that people don't really— even veterans don't realize is this out there for them. It's the same thing with benefits. A lot of them don't even know the benefits. So it's always an educational tool and topic, but But even as a regular veteran, just a regular veteran, you took an oath. That oath doesn't expire. And a lot of veterans walk around saying that, but it's trying to get them to say, hey, it doesn't matter if you're sitting on your computer or around your family and friends. You need to be telling them, hey, here's the three branches. Here's our foundation. Here's how it operates. Here's how it functions. All right. And if you don't know that, then you're really failing your oath. And I don't mean that in a condescending manner, but it, it kind of is that way, right? Because you took an oath and that oath is supposed to be serious. But it's the same thing President Eisenhower talked about. A lot of veterans only know President Eisenhower, one of the genius strategists out there, right? He was a 5-star general. He never saw direct combat. And that's why he made the comment he made about the military-industrial complex. He didn't expand on it, but you could kind of see what happened after him. The military went what? Hardcore open up, everybody come in, join, join, join, join, join. Oh, and that's when also not being racist, but you got to bring it up. That time period was when segregation and integration was starting to happen. All right. Everybody come in, come in, come in. And they were doing what? Money, money, money, benefits, money, money, medical, dental, housing. You don't pay a bill in the military. You don't ever pay a bill in the military. Not one single bill. It's an easy job as long as you don't get injured or killed. It's pretty easy, right? You just show up on time. Don't get counseling statements. Don't— if you get past 3 counseling statements— used to— if you get past 3, Well, you get hit with a court-martial. Hey, why can't you show up on time? I mean, it's pretty serious stuff, right? So it's pretty relatively easy as long as you do what you're told and then you know certain regulations when you're supposed to know it. So money, see, privileges, medical, dental, housing, all that, that's supposed to be a privilege. It's not supposed to be a reason and intent and a motive to serve, right? It's supposed to be a privilege. And so many people have taken the very little things for granted, right? And they flipped it. And that's why you'll hear the attitudes out there. I've served my nation and this is all bullcrap. It has nothing to do with service, right? It has nothing. The laws read the way they read. They mean the way they read. And military law, if you go read William Withrom, Colonel William Withrom, who was a military genius, that's what they call him, military guru of military law. I was just posting about it today. If you'll go read his military and military law and precedents books, 1,127 pages, but it outlines every entity. We were first. We were before the Constitution, right? And we're separate. We're not— we're separate from federal. And but because we were first and because we're separate, but the Constitution in the latter years, the Congresses have recognized that. Then they put it in writing that they recognize military's first, military law separate. All right. And there's no specific massive jurisdiction around military law. And it reads this way, which means it goes back to what generals, admirals, and commanders' assessment on what it looks like with the enemies. All right. And that's why everybody should be grateful because there are way more generals and admirals who are on the good guy side, not just US. World generals and world admirals because they know the whole playing field. And there's a lot more good people who want to do right by humanity than there are the alternative. It's all of those who put this plan together. It's not, it's not like it's firing at the hip as we go. The whole thing is preplanned. And that's why a lot of my stuff and the colonels I'm on with, sometimes we can say things, sometimes we can't. We just have to face it. And then let it come out and then we can talk about it. But, you know, that's part of it. But it always does. We're either 3 to 5 weeks ahead, 3 to 5 months, or 3 to 5 years depending on what it is. We're not in the years category now because most everything's already full circle and we're in a partial continuity of government by law. So we're on the ladder and we're moving towards the bigger light, the golden age. So we're getting more towards the end of the military government. But it's still there.
How will we know when we're there?
Well, you'll have President Trump who will have these massive resolutions, which he's already resolved. That's what people are seeing and they don't realize what they're watching. But Iran, Ukraine, Yemen, Somalia, you know, those are the nations that did not capitulate. So just like South— Sudan, Congo. There's a bunch of those that Obama had open that President Trump— so that there's a lot that people like the Yemen. Yemen's the best one to pull because we were air striking Yemen from March to May 2025, right before we hit Iran. And no one was saying— the RINOs, all these people jumping ship. No one was saying, oh, we're not sending our children to war in Yemen. They weren't saying that then. We were— it's same airstrikes and massive airstrikes. No one was yelling then, oh, we didn't vote for this. See, they only know Iran because of Iran's history, right? They don't know that Yemen, it was— it could have been just as easy another Somalia if it was real time. It was. It's all preplanned. But all these actions that President Trump's taken, every bit of them are executive orders with national emergencies from Obama, back to Jimmy Carter, right? They were nations that did not capitulate. They were like, we're going to stand our ground, the hell with y'all, da da da da da. Okay, well, guess what? You want it, we'll bring it. All right, so kind of like that. Other than that, everything else is, is just all basically a, a pre-planned bit. And you can't lay this all out to people because people don't already appreciate little things.
Well, they don't My next question was going to be, what do you believe most Americans misunderstand about the current political system? Now, for my purposes, what I talk about every day is our rights. And people always say, oh, are you allowed to do— no, no one allows me to do anything, you know. And so they don't understand the hierarchy, you know. And you're telling us that— I already know this, but a lot of people don't— the military is first. It is above the politicians. It is the glue that holds it all together. So when are we going to see some of them marched in and, you know, sent to the woodchipper?
Well, coming off of the last part of that question, the first one coming into this one. Yeah, it's still the resolutions. And then President Trump, this will be a full out— the only way he can be exonerated and then also go into history. Yes, he'll remember he's still a human, right? And he's— he'll be 80 years old. This July. All right. I mean, excuse me, this June. All right. So I'm thinking of July 4th, because that's gonna be a big day. But when people think about the '80s, my grandparents and everybody, my dad, he's in his '80s. We were talking about that today. You know, your '80s are your years, right? Let's just be honest. Very, very few make it to their '90s and their hundreds. And it's those cherishable years. Right? So in order for President Trump to be sitting in his private establishment with the First Lady and his children and his grandchildren, people need to remember that you don't let a man like that die— the real President Trump— in his private— you don't let him die not seeing his honoration, right? And not seeing the glory, right? The end of the occupation, right? Because he did put his face on it. He put his face on this. He's not the sole author of this, but he was willing to go, I'll do it. I'll put my face on it. I'll take the ridicule, the heat, the mockery, the hatred, and everything, right? He put his face on that. So people need to think of that first, then know that, look, that means for that reason, and because it is on news, every shot is the.45-47, not the American flag. That is the emphasis. If you go watch Melania, spoiler alert, they zoom in on the car, 45-47 license plate. All right. The movie's supposed to be about her. Well, she's obviously married to the most popular man on the planet. All right. So there's that. There will be resolutions. All right. First and foremost. And then the second question, what did you just say again?
Can you repeat it? I don't even remember.
I'm sorry.
You don't remember? When, you know, when you're What will we see? So when we're saying resolutions, that those are things in writing, you know, when Donald Trump holds up the executive orders or the resolutions with other countries, the countries that didn't capitulate. Well, what would we— are we going to see military in the street? What are your thoughts?
Well, look, first and foremost, military does not do things to scare the crap out of you on purpose. It's not like we're sitting back here going, oh, they're scared of, you know, whatever. I bet they'll believe us now. It's not how military works. Uh, can you get scared? Sure, people do. People get fearful every day, and they shouldn't be if they knew the strategy behind it, right? That is the 45-47. It is unique, and that's why I put brackets around it when you see me posting on my pages, because I'm like, look, look at it this way. It's a playing field, all right? That 45-47 has a unique set of laws and orders, even though they're not unique from the standpoint of brand new or nothing like that. But it's a unique formula and application. All right. So now I make predictions. I don't make predictions where people get hung on it. But to me, the only way you could flip humanity, right? Because if it were going to stay the way people are right now, where it's just dog eat dog and everybody wants to believe everybody and anybody, I mean, there's so many moving mouths out there and they think everybody thinks it's so— oh, they're playing a role. No, they're not. If they're not military or former military, no, they're not. Military don't work like that. And that's what pisses off veterans and all kinds of veterans. That's what pisses— and that's why a lot of veterans don't want to get involved because everybody thinks that there's somebody. Now, going back to what you're saying, I know I remember what you said a while ago. Like about the Constitution and knowing your rights and knowing that there's a fine line between being a patriot and knowing your, your rights and your individualities and how to fight, right? Versus making people think you're an influencer, making people think that you're somebody with the military on the operational side. There's a lot of influencers trying to just mislead people that way, right? And it's like what we're trying to get people to do is like, stay in your lane, know what you're supposed to know, be active in your family, your friends, your community, your town, your town hall, your city councils. That's where it starts, right? People don't realize the power of the county first. The county seats, right? And then the county seats lead to your state capitol, and then your U.S. representatives and your Senate represent that bigger entity. That was your question a while ago, is that this ties into that. People need to know that first. You need to know your basic core functions and operations of the three branches, your local representatives, and how they work up here. And that'll solve— when people learn this one simple thing, that will solve the whole, oh, the presidential powers and the congressional powers. The Congress did deem that Congress can declare the war. But they also deemed in the Constitution that the president, the commander-in-chief, is the commander-in-chief of the Army and the Navy, which in military law specifies the commander-in-chief is the only one who can handle military law. So see, when we came to a crossroads, this is what happened to lead to this operation. There came to a crossroads where there's been so much abuse of the judicial branch heavily and the legislative branch over whatever you want to call it, overjumping, superseding, etc., the executive branch, it became so heavy on those lawyers and money. Right. And not all lawyers are bad. But that's a, that's a big heavy—
talking to the right person here.
I would never have a big heavy— that's, that's a bit— that's a small little pool of the but that ain't right because they're in a bar, they're in an association, they're in a good old boys club and they're in a good old boys money club. Right? And so that's why you needed a billionaire who don't give a flying monkey's ass about their club, who says, I got money, but I don't need your money, right? That's why you needed him. And also you needed the guy who wasn't in the military because he's a neutral setting where I didn't do this and I didn't do this. So guess what? If you're corrupt here, I don't give a you know what. And then if you're corrupt here, I don't give a you know what. And I can't be bought. So you needed that. That's why President Trump was such a unique— and if you go watch an interview out there of Daniel Pena, who is also rich, I like him. He nails it on the head about President Trump in a particular interview where he says a lot of people don't realize what President Trump— he don't give a— you know what you say about him, what you're talking about him, he don't care. Like Tom Hoban. When he walked out, he said, first and foremost, at CPAC, first and foremost, I'd like to say I don't give a shit what you say about me. You can write 1,000 hit pieces on me tomorrow. I don't care. Same thing about me. I see— I have seen my name. The same thing with President Trump and Tom Holman. Everybody I've seen, oh, he said this and he said that and he said that. And I'm like, you people, if you were truly about the operation, one, you're exposing yourself. You're showing that you don't know anything about laws and orders, period. Then two, you're focused so much on things that you already don't even know about, and you're just trying to get a little buck and a nugget from somebody, right? And we're going to expose you. We're going to get you. And time's going to do it already. But then the laws and orders and operations going to get you. So you have those entities there where people are. So they're just looking for a new answer. There's not a new answer. The blueprint is the answer. The laws and the orders of the 45, that is the answer. There's nothing new. And President Trump said this in 2020. And too many people do what? They get caught in the era or the period, the time where they thought it only applied to the— I'm not going to say the word— of what happened in 2020. Right. It didn't. But President Trump said the cure cannot be bigger than the problem. Well, take the word cure out. Let's put resolution in there. The resolution cannot be bigger than the problem. See, so many people think that, oh, it can't be this simple. It can't be this simple that this one guy's got this blueprint. I'm like, well, I'm one guy that's a part of a team. I'm not just one guy separately, individually. I'm one guy that's a part of a team that's been recruited in a unique situation. And I've been given press passes and military passes and all because I've already proven that in the military anyway. And the Department of War says, hey, we already know this guy's got it. He already had a DOD number anyway. So here you go. Right. So, so many people don't realize that, hey, All you need to know is what President Trump's working with. What is the commander working with? So I've made some things that I think that by military, from what I've been hearing, and then what I know, some things I can and can't say, don't know if they will use this. I mean, there's a lot of variables that military can do, whether or not they will do is another situation. But what they've shown people already that most people probably haven't paid attention to is the Army, the Navy transferred all communications back in '22 and '23 to the Space Force. All right. Then Elon launched 60 to 90 of his satellites yearly up in whatever you want to call it, space, orbit, it don't matter, the sky. If you don't want to believe in space, then whatever, do your thing, boo-boos. I don't care. Like some people out there, they just want to— I don't believe in that. Well, okay, well, wherever you think it's going, it launched somewhere., right? So it's up there. You can see them flying at night. All right. And then I have Starlink myself, and I live in bum freaking nowhere, and I get the best internet like nobody's business. It's there wherever you want to call it. All right. So, so many people, they're so finicky about the dumbest things, right? Things that don't matter.
All right. So the internet, the internet, the internet, the Army and the Navy, they transfer.
Then all kinds of other— you have this BEE program, you got the FCC, and all these different communication systems have been integrated and working in certain things. And that takes forever to explain. So I'm just doing the layman's here. But how do you, how do you flip society? How do you flip negativity, hatred, ridicule, mockery of people who don't even realize what they're saying most of the time? Right. They just want to be spiteful, hateful. Or remain brainwashed. So how do you flip it? You got to do it at once. Right now, people have forgotten when President Trump was out on these rallies. There's no such thing as a midterm rally, ladies and gentlemen. No such thing. There's no such thing. Who was paying the money for President Trump to go all these locations? All right. While he was a quote unquote former president, he wasn't a former. But for the people that thought that, see, military government takes over elections. Well, the only time in United States history has there been deployments from the National Guard cybersecurity teams are 2018, 2020, '22, and '24, immediately following Executive Order 13848 with a national emergency for election interference. Oh, what a coincidence that is. And the National Guard, they don't, they don't deploy for long-term deployments. All right. So why are the National Guard teams active 2018, 2020, '22, '24? There's your visual there. All right. So then what do you do? How do you get people? Well, they've shown people communications have flipped. It's going to a Space Force. Who started and invented and established the Space Force? JFK. But President Trump is finishing what JFK wanted to do, right? December 20th, 2019. What is December 20th, 2019? It's also Title 50, Chapter 33, Section 1550, which is the War Powers Resolution Act, which is unconstitutional, but We're taking all their unconstitutional bullcrap and using it against them. Right. Why did 2026— why are they just now talking about a resolution for the War Powers Act to try to stop President Trump from Iran? Ladies and gentlemen, I can tell you why. Why didn't those of you that thought Joe Biden was real, which he wasn't— that's a puppet government itself— why didn't they in '21 to '23, when they displayed to you and the whole world that Joe was a Democrat. He had a Democrat House and Democrat Senate for '23 back to '21. They couldn't terminate a single thing about President Trump. They couldn't revoke a single thing about President Trump. They couldn't make a deal with Iran again. They couldn't seek a deal, you know, negotiate anything. And all these other entities, right? So why couldn't they resolve the War Powers Act then with a full Democrat House and Senate. They could have passed the resolution. There's nothing the Republicans could have done. Right. See, I get excited. People think I'm mad. I'm like, that's it. It can't get any more clear than that, ladies and gentlemen. Why didn't they do that? Because it wasn't real. It's a puppet government, government itself. So how do you flip people that just will not see absolute right in your face? But because they don't know that's true, they don't know it's facts because they don't know how it works and they won't listen how it works. So you do what? What did President Trump— what they advertise on the bottom line when he was at these rallies, or they advertising, oh, get your emergency radio. Yeah. Oh, what would you need an emergency radio for, ladies and gentlemen? What's going to happen? We're not going to do anything on purpose. We're not going to— oh, we're not going to make a tornado happen or a storm happen to you. We're not going to do it on purpose. Right. The deep state could do that. All right. But we wouldn't do that. All right. So why are they advertising it? One little key thing that people forgot about. One thing they gave 50 US senators emergency satellite phones. Satellite. People forgot about it. Oh, they said that was just a little article and people are, oh, I don't, I don't get that. That's out of my head. Well, guess what? If you were sitting where you are and I was sitting where I am and everybody was where they are. I love using a bar because a bar would be fun. You know, people are out drinking. Party and trying to de-stress from their day. And oh, Susie said this at work and I want to slap her, but I can't. I'll be in HR, right? If everybody's trying to de-stress and they're at the bar and they're drinking, all of a sudden, boom, TVs, phones, internet, everything. Boom, emergency alert system. When? When? But guess what? It's a win. It's a win because of what? You can put your phone down, you can walk out of the bar, you can walk down the road, go out in the pasture somewhere and get away from it. But you're not going to escape what your friends, your family, everybody's going to— it— that's what they could do. They could use the emergency alert system, which that would be why they transferred communications. That'd be why they gave senators phones to be because there'll be a 10 days of darkness where they get— you could do it all in 10 days. Why are they been showing you things that would be a breach of national security? President Trump, JD Vance, everybody, all his cabinet in one building at one time at the quote unquote Charlie Kirk Memorial. That would have been a breach of national security. That'd have been stupid. First off, just, just being a, you know, not knowing much about laws and orders, that'd be stupid if you knew anything about security. Not even, not even enemy-wise. What if, you know, a monsoon took place? Arizona is known for monsoons or even earthquakes and things of that nature. Why, why would you have everybody under one location? Because it wasn't real, ladies and gentlemen. And I show you that visuals. But they're showing people things that are not normal, not real. But they're showing you also what President Trump says. He says, well, we got to give them what they want. Unfortunately, people love drama, right? So you got to give them how they'll receive it, right through TV. The other thing, I'm not going to get completely on that subject, but Things like Charlie Kirk and this shooting in Austin. What have they been showing people? Blood on TV. They're showing blood. They're showing bullet wounds. They're showing all kinds. What are people doing? They're not focused on that. They're not. Oh, no. They go straight to emotions. They go straight to, oh, that's— I love Charlie Kirk. They go to that. They're not going, oh, did you— why did they show that on TV? They didn't do that. The majority of people didn't say, oh my God, why did they show that? Why didn't they censor that? They're not— so they're not saying that. So what are they ready for? They're ready for tribunals. They're ready for what they call the firing squad, ladies and gentlemen, that a lot of states— Idaho and different people, their governors have been signing back into law the firing squads, right? For what? Executions. Well, you got to see what— when you're flipping through a revolution like this, you got to do what? You got to reset the standard of the punishment levels moving forward into the future. Like, this is what's going to happen.
Okay.
Because if it doesn't—
and we don't—
if that doesn't change, nothing, nothing can change if we don't do it.
And I'm saying that justice—
we need— now, I know, I know certain things that I can't say, but I'm just going to say it in a hypothetical. Nothing's going to change unless we do something drastic where everybody has to watch it at the same time. Yes. And where no one can go, well, I don't believe that. That's AI. That's it. See, they got to get—
I don't know if that's possible.
You know, it is possible. It is possible. You know why it's possible? There's, there's all kinds of Mexicans, legal Mexicans, all over the South right now putting down 5G lines and all this fiber optics everywhere. And they'll do— they'll work till 7, 8 PM on Saturday, Sunday, everything. Right? They're working hard. They're all your communications. It can happen that because that's why they've tested it. And that's why they also had the test where they made it where they made all the redhead way back, Psaki, and all that. They made them go, oh, did you hear that? Oh, you know, and the people, they got everybody involved when they talk about people putting their phones in their trunk, they put in the tin foil and put in their trunk. They got everybody involved, right? No one's ever done that. We've had emergency alert tests before. You've been watching TV at 3 AM. When you're supposed to be in bed and it doesn't, right?
We've had that. What about, what about the emergency alert that happened in Hawaii? I think, well, that was in 2022, wasn't it, that they had emergency alert? And I think that went on for an hour.
They were saying that a missile was coming or something. So all people too have to do is this. Why would Hawaii be such an important factor outside of what happened in Pearl Harbor? That's, that's true, etc. But why would Hawaii be such an important factor to be included in the 2021 to 2025 National Defense Authorization Acts? You go read them there. It's all Hawaii is a topic in there. Right. And I've been showing the NDAA from 21 to 25 because they solve everything for people for special operation purposes. Especially Iran. For example, like '21. So for people who don't know, the National Defense Authorization Act is the national defense budget that Congress passes monetarily for whom? The Commander-in-Chief, Department of Defense, right? The defense budget. It's a defense budget. Right. So they're passed normally the month before the next year. So like December '22 will be for the fiscal year '23. Right. So the '21, '22, '23, '24, '25 would have been signed the month before. Some of them are in January, but they're rare. But still, '21 NDAA, it's got Iran mentioned 13 times in there. Nothing specific. Nothing specific. '22, you get to '22, that's when the percentage starts. 60% uranium enrichment. That's a number. That's a trigger number. Ladies and gentlemen, Obama's great deal was supposed to be 3 decimal points, 6, 7. So you round that off, that'd be 3.7%. All right. Which is midway of 5%. So not a lot. That's what Obama's great deal made in 2015, was supposed to last till 2030 with Iran. The great deal where he gave all your taxpayer dollars over there and all this. Right. And then Fordo facility was supposed to have 0%, not, not any enrichment. The International Atomic Agency assessed and our generals assessed and our joint partners assessed that Iran had 60% on a minimum. Now, why anything from 90 to 3.67. So 90 would be the number. They say 80 sometimes, but 90 would be the number for a full nuclear bomb capability. Of all numbers, of all numbers from 3.67 to 90, why 60? And how did they assess that in June 2025, but the NDAA of '22, '23, and '24 say 60? 60%. Come on, ladies and gentlemen, it's all preplanned. All right, now let's take to 2023 and 2025 NDAs, which have been signed in '22 and '24 for those fiscal years. Jordan, the Kingdom of Jordan. Now I'm the one that shows through a lot of the aircraft over in Jordan, the Middle East, etc. We have heavy operations. It specifically says in there that Jordan will be one of our key allies. With our— with their, but also our help with the missile defense systems, the Golden Dome. All right, why are they only mentioned in '23 and '25? All right, also in '23, the only one— not '21, '22, '24, '25— '23 has the assassination in there. So they signed this in December 2022, and then the quote-unquote assassinations on President Trump was July and September. But the 2022 NDAA talks specifically about assassinations. This is— come on, people. And guess what it's under? It's under whom? Iran. It's not anyone else. It's not a category of assassinations. It says Iranian plots to kill U.S. officials. Mm-hmm. And there's mainstream articles which they're, they're captured, ladies and gentlemen. Mainstream, some of them are captured, some of them they're free to roam to see what idiocracy they're going to put out to punish them. All right. And to defund them. But it's all preplanned as well because the president controls that when under a wartime scenario, which I can prove by law. We're in 47 U.S. Code Section 606, which is 1934 Communications Act. All right. How many of you were alive in 1934? Not many of you. All right. So that the headlines read that the Iranian plots to kill any US official, but specifically President Trump, was all what? Conspiracy theories. And it's all made up. And they're lying. They're trying— this is what some articles read way back. So see, it's showing people all along the way who you can and can't trust. And then down the road, they'll come out. It's the bait here and the switch down here. So people have to get involved with things that matter, leave the drama portions out of it. And then that's the way they could flip it, though, is to go— I mean, think about it. Are you looking at people who can look at Joe Biden and go, that dude went from this to this, right? Earlobe attached all of a sudden. And the people out there go, well, he had surgery. He had surgery. I'm like, look, come on, women. Now, a lot of women follow me. It's mainly my heavy demographic because you read, you study, you— and you'll pick it up. You'll read it front, backwards, sideways, diagonal. You'll take a forensic and look at it. You know, you do everything right. Because when a guy says— when a male— when we say, hey, that's a fact, what's a woman gonna do? A real woman? Well, we gonna find out about that. Well, you do, right? And you read everything. And not only do you read everything, that means this, ladies and gentlemen, but specifically gentlemen out there, what a woman to do, a real woman, a real lady, a real female. They see all the references in there too. They go look at all the references as well, right? And they go put it together. And then I go, because if I was wrong about something, or if I was half the stuff that I'm getting accused of, like President Trump and everything, I've been found out by now by woman, right? And women do rule the planet for a lot of reasons. All right, for y'all that do cook, and then the ones that still do the hanky-panky, well, you can starve— you can starve your husbands. I like to bring humor into it, right? I tell people, you want to flip this country around? Women, start starving your husbands in every aspect until they read the Constitution and understand it, until they read the three branches and understand it, till they read everything and understand it. That's how you flip the nation around is when women go, all right, no more. Right now you can let your minds wander, let them wander. But that's how you do it. And so many people, if they would learn the humor side, but the aspects of that and then get into, you know, like President Trump, why would it be so controversial? Like, why of all times would be so many people be so engaged too in politics? Right. Look how many people they're engaged, whether they're smart or not, they're engaged. Right. And so it's like giving them what they want, unfortunately. And then the Law of War manual talks about this. When people say to me, well, why would they do it this way? Why would y'all do this? Why are you playing the game with us? Well, you're the ones that played the game. You voted in Obama all those years. You're the ones who let Congress— now it's not you individually.
It's everybody. Derek, do you really think Obama won and they didn't cheat?
Oh, no, that's— that, you know, no one's ever won outright. No, this has all been— Every election we could go back even before digital. This is— they've been rigging elections for years, probably because money. Yes, because money, right? Money, materialism. Right. But still, but, you know, yeah, they've been, they've been rigging that for a long time. But you just got to get to a place.
What was it?
We have lots of questions. Oh, that's all right. Well, No, I had— I don't know. I don't even know what I was saying.
I had something. I love when you rip though. I love when you rip. But, um, look, can we take a couple of questions? What is the script between the Iran or Israel and US?
What's the endgame here? Oh, well, people, that's another thing. Yeah, you go ahead and talk. Well, there's two things that our founders, founders plural, unanimously, almost the ones that wrote it down said there's two things that Americans should never argue over. That's politics and religion, right? And it's because— and that's why military is so unique and different. That's that. We tell racist jokes, homophobic jokes, fat jokes, skinny jokes, your mama jokes, your daddy jokes. Dead jokes. We— because it's a high-stress environment already. And, and when you know that your, your brother or sister beside you really don't feel that way, then it's a way to de-stress in a lot of ways, right? And it's, it's that camaraderie, right? And I say that to say is that so many people, that's where they don't get the respect of the military because they've never been in it. That's okay. But, you know, it's a— it's— anyway, well, one of the—
I mean, but one of the Q quotes specifically says they're saving Israel for last.
So, so what does that mean? Well, that's what I'm saying is that so many people, if they could see that, that we don't— I don't care if you're gay, Buddhist, atheist, whatever you are, right? The military don't care. That ties in for one reason, is because Israel is such a— uh, you have the people out there against the Zionists, and then you have the people over here saying— most of these people can't even put Israel on the map, right? They're, they're arguing over things they don't even know about. It's things they've been told, and it's the stuff they want to believe depending on what aisle it is that they want to be told. What we're trying to say is the same thing President Trump was something up with the 2020 quote. The cure can't be bigger than the problem. Getting people to understand where the corruption has been, has been, past tense, is the key thing. Okay, you hate Israel, you hate this, great. But why? Let me show you why, right? And then let me show you how we take certain people and then we make them capitulate. And then this is a unique operation. This is not just another operation with Iran and another Middle Eastern operation. This is the 45-47, taking what the deep state, the cabal, whatever you want to call them out there, did for all these years. It goes back to Iran. Jimmy Carter signed Executive Order 12170, November 18th, 1979. I can brag a little. I wasn't born then. All right. So that's how old this executive order is with the mass mercy. Is it an emergency anymore, ladies and gentlemen? 47 years old almost this November. No, that's not an emergency. So what were they doing? Naturally, people say money, money. Okay, but you got to follow the money. Like President Trump says, follow the money. Let's get to the intricacies. Quit just yelling some massive thing, right? Let's get to the intricacies of it. Here's what Obama— and not just Obama, it's been a 10-year thing. However you want to go back, But they have a thing called a memorandum of understanding that Obama re-signed 2016, but it didn't go into effect until 2018. And it would be a 10-year memorandum, which means it runs to 2028. All right. So all of your taxpayer money, whether you like it or not, has already been spent starting way back here in 2016, right when they recut the deal. And it already had been spent as well, because it was a 10-year before that and a 10-year before that. All right, so what you do, you don't rip the rug out. You say, oh, the heck with this, why are we still paying them? Oh, we get our money's worth is what we do. We say, um, look, we know what you're doing with women and children. We know all the rings. We know all the underground operations. We have that. We know that. We know what you've been doing. All right, now we have a takeover. We have this nation, this nation, this nation. That's what President Trump would have been doing behind the scenes. This is what people don't respect about operations, period. President Trump didn't do this as a regular president. He would have had to have the teams that he has around him to protect him, massive military, right, to be able to walk into a room and say, oh, you're going to capitulate, or— and the or is what you're seeing with Yemen, what you're seeing with Iran, what you're going to see with Ukraine in a different kind of manner. All right. But that's what you've been seeing, right? So you take that money and you say, all right, let's utilize our money. Well, what did you see with Iran? What did they say? They said F-35s were some of the main aircraft used in this operation. F-35s. Go read the memorandum of understanding from 2018 to 2028. F-35s heavily. All right. So the money was already spent. So in business, they call that a sunk cost. You— they are— we— the US had already sunk that into Israel. So we get our monies back. All right. And we make them take a lot of the brunt with the actual operations. All right. So that's what people don't comprehend, that it's a— it was Iran. Obama, his quote unquote great deal. Iran was supposed to be at 3.67%. Now you hear what the target audience will do. They'll hear someone like Elizabeth Warren say, oh, well, Trump tore up the deal. That's why Iran did what they did. Okay, so if Iran was humanitarians, if Iran loved women and children, if they actually cared about their nation, if they cared about their people, then why wouldn't they, on behalf of humanity, not want to chant death to America and death to Israel and rebuild their nuclear facilities? See, so people don't— if you apply that, right? So we had to hit them because they didn't capitulate.. And so we use our allies. And that's where the Abraham Accords come in. That's the 2023-2025, but 2023 NDAA, it lists all the Abraham Accord countries. Jordan, we got Syria, we have Morocco, Sudan, Bahrain, and then UAE, we have Saudi Arabia. So all these nations are, are also with us there and more coming. There's more coming on. Algeria and different places coming on board. Right. So it's— if people would understand it's strategy. All right. And you've already— your money's already been spent there. So chill the you know what out. Let us in the military do what we do. All right. On all aspects everywhere. It's a— it's a top-down operation. And so many people naturally just want to point a finger and then they think it's just another war. It's not another war. It's a— it's all of the— what— whatever Obama and John Kerry and Mitt Romney and all these people were promising these nations for all these years that just didn't want to capitulate, going, okay, well, guess what? You wanted it, we'll bring it. And then the other thing you do with that, real common sense. The people out there thinks this is a war. I'm pretty sure the nation who chanted death to America and death to Israel for 40-plus years When we hit them last June with their same ayatollah and those same 50 leaders that just got their ass annihilated, all right, I'm pretty sure they retaliated then, right? They wouldn't have waited from June 25th to February to get their ass blown up if they had weapon capabilities and they were going to retaliate. Well, guess what they've been doing? If you want to think this is real time, guess what they've been doing? They've been doing that, and then it's what happened. They ain't got that no more. When do their 40— I hope it works with their 40 virgins.
Derek, you know this moment in time that's on my book. Where's the camera? There, where the military came down. You talked about what's on their hats. I saw you talk about this is when Donald Trump was at, uh, the inauguration 1.0, at the moment he said, we are transferring power back from Washington, DC and giving it back to you. The people tell us about what's on the hats and what happened at this moment in time.
Well, it's the first time anybody's ever seen such when President Trump walked down. Well, you've talked about it. Yeah. And so they hit at the same time. So everything's about timing and sequence. At the same time, he said, we're going to take the power out of D.C. and give it back to you, the people. And he did that with his hands. That's when the military walked down behind him. And then you have this insignia, which the, the baby blue, uh, would be your military intelligence, and then the yellow and black would be the judge advocate general. Which, for people that's new, it's not going to make complete sense until you go see all of my timeline and then the chronological order and the blueprint. But read the book, read the book, read the book. There were, there were three 3 things, only 3, that were real and consistent from 2021 to 2025 that was seen around quote unquote Joe. Now what this entails is the military government, your government in exile, and puppet governments. My grandfather, one of them, served through the most popular at that time period up to date puppet government in United States history and world history, the Second Philippine Republic, 1943 to 1945. So it's where, when we were in the World War, all right, the president of the Philippines came to Washington, D.C., where Roosevelt had him right there. It wasn't long, but it was, it was a brief moment, but had him there. So he had direct control of military. The person that the media thought was the president Japan installed All right. At that time period, Japan installed them. They only had control of civil affairs only. All right. Which is a puppet government. Military government has military. Puppet government has civil affairs. That's why you heard President Trump in the quote unquote debate with Joe, quote unquote Joe, where he said, why did he— why did he change the inflation? Why did he— why did you touch it? Why did you move it? You didn't have to. So it goes back to the simple saying, if it ain't broke, don't try to fix it. See what we're supposed to look like, ladies and gentlemen, in a regular constitutional government where we the people are the actual government and then the representatives represent us. They're supposed to do it. It's supposed to move, flow, flow to flow with new presidents. The other thing, though, Alexander Hamilton and James Madison, James Madison, the sole author of the Constitution, And Alexander Hamilton, one of the authors of the Federalist Papers— only 3 authors of the Federalist Papers, which were promotion papers of the Constitution to the people back then to say, hey, this is why you want to adopt the Constitution. All right, Federalist Papers, 3 authors: John Jay, Alexander Hamilton, and James Madison. All right, James Madison and Alexander Hamilton in their other writings, uh, heavily felt that presidents should serve as kings as long as the people wanted to vote them in. All right. Meaning the people power. But if the people like, you know, me, let's say I was 45 years old and I run for president and I get it. If I wanted to serve till I was 90 and I was capable and the people wanted to keep voting me in. So it's a lot of that. Nowhere in the Constitution, ladies and gentlemen, the original Constitution, nowhere in Article 2, Clause 1, Section 1 does it say anything about term limits. It just says 4 years in a term. So what Congress did in 1951 was really a violation of the Constitution. All right. So, so many people don't even— they have no idea about any of that. So, you know, anyway, I can't even remember what we were talking about.
How is the power going to be handed back to the people? For instance, you know, one of my big flags that I fly is getting people out of the IRS, which people say, oh, you can't. I've been doing it for 26 years. I've helped over 1,000 people. They don't understand how the administrative state has taken over the government and everything's a contract now. You know, it's all contractual. And they mock me. And I'm like you, I don't care what people say about me whatsoever. I know the life that I live, and it's fantastic. Oh, it is. You know, will it eventually be open? Like, because right now I feel like, you know, people in my university were like tiptoeing around like, hey everyone, it's supposed to be like this. And they're just like, Gianna, oh, what about this?
They—
how are you allowed to drive without a driver's license? How are you allowed to not pay the IRS? They're going to come. No, they're not coming to get me. Nobody's coming to get me.
Nobody's coming to get me. No. Yeah, no, I know I was going with all that, but, uh, I'm on par. I'm just— is it—
is it going to be— oh, you're fantastic. No, I love your energy. Is it going to be like the For instance, I show the hierarchy of the state of Florida website where it says the people, then Ron DeSantis, then all the little offices. Okay, if I'm up here, why am I battling for traffic tickets down here when I'm not driving in Commerce? When are the people going to be able to just be the people?
You know, it's gonna happen. Yeah, there were 3 consistent things around Joe. That's the thing.
Let me get that.
Oh yeah, okay. Headbands. Now, it's— what's funny is when I post, I'll rehash stuff on my pages and I'll post stuff people like, you'll see the angry face. And I'm like, if you're putting an angry face, you're showing you're not comprehending. There's nothing to be angry about. During '21 to '25, they were showing people what was not real, that, hey, if you, if you know what you're looking at, then that's consolation, right? Hey, you confirmed. So there's 3 things. You took the military intelligence, the baby blue, and you take the black and gold, the Judge Advocate General. And one more thing that was consistent around quote unquote Joe to show that was all theater. It's all preplanned. I like— they added one. It sounds like 2, but it's only on— it's on one command. They added one insignia that you can see, and I've shown it all over in photos. They added one. It's called Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations. It's— but it's only one command. All right. So Civil Affairs, that would be on your federal. And then you got your Psychological Operations, which would be your covert and clandestine operations until we want the public to know about certain operations, psychological operations. All right. Which it's a vast Right. And we're using more hybrid warfare than we are just one specific warfare, irregular, unconventional, etc. But the laws show this and the laws more specific. You can't get any more clear that they show it that way. So that, that was that. And so that's what President Trump was showing you then. And see, people forgot about it. And that's what they wanted in another way, because a lot of this, we had to be to where we could operate where people didn't, you know, like rubberneck, but You see it on the interstates and whatnot. When people have a wreck, people always stopping and looking instead of keeping going. So if President Trump was a forecast every time we were going somewhere, we're going to do something, what would people do? They get in the way. Liberals already do it with an ICE event or something of that nature or National Guard. They already get in the way, right? And that's why they get treated the way they should be treated. And they actually being treated a lot more with dignity than the old school militaries would. The old school militaries would have punched them in the face. And, you know, I'm probably more old school leaning, but whatever. We'll leave that for a rainy day. But then get to the power to the people. People have got to get it. Either they're— either the military is going to do something, like I said, to the extreme, not to scare people on purpose, but to get everybody's attention all at once. Or They gotta just keep laying out, but you can't, you can't do this forever. We cannot, right? The un— is what people need to focus on. We've already gone through the worst part of the undesirability. That was '21 to '25. That was the actual heavy part of the operation, the government exile and the puppet government. So now we're in that partial continuity of government. The law shows this, ladies and gentlemen. Partial continuity of government. The law shows it. All right. You don't have to like it, but that's what the law says. So we're in a partial— means we're on the ladder. So where we are right now, it is atrocious where we are. Now, I don't walk around and I don't know the way to poll how many people know the three branches of government. But the data shows— you hear me quoted all the time— but data show that 68 to 75% of Americans can't even quote— can't even just say the three branches of government, the names of them. Not tell us what they do and how they operate, just name them. So personally, I think it's going to be an integration, like a hybrid kind of situation, where if they don't do that, then you do what President Trump's already said he was going to do. He's already said this in the 1776 Commission report, which they made— they showed Joe terminate on purpose. They did this on purpose, because why would you want history told So that was all part of that theater back then. But President Trump reiterated that if the colleges and the schools do not teach our history, we will defund them. We will federally defund them. Well, when you lose your money, right, and you claim you're a teacher, you claim you're a professor, you claim you're someone who loves what you do. All right. And you don't want to change your curriculum. All right. Then They defund you. We'll see how quickly you love teaching, right? We'll see how quickly you're passionate about the actual welfare of Americans as a whole. Not Republican, Democrat, conservative, liberal. That has nothing to do with that. All that stuff was the brainwashing portion, right? And so how do you do that? That's somehow we got to get Americans appreciative of what they have. And where we are, so many Americans are so materialistic. Some of them are desynthesized in another manner though, because you look at Instagram, some of those where it's just like visuals, uh, I mean, women don't respect themselves at all on Instagram and some of those. They're just half naked all day long on there. But it's desynthesized some people though, to where it's like kind of become this desynthesization of a norm. Where some people don't see that anymore. But what are they still not doing? They can't name the three branches. They don't know how their local representatives operate, how they're on the whatever podcast. You know, they don't know how to talk to them effectively. And I'm not going to listen to you if you're yelling at me. You're not. No one's— you're not going to come at me with some kind of yelling and kicking and cussing and screaming. That's why I tell people, you want to be criticism? You want to have some credit. It better be constructive, right? It better be something that shows, you know, whatever it is you're talking about, the in and out, the forward, the backwards, etc. And so many people don't know that. So I personally think obviously that's why they've been showing, you know, Jim Carrey and different people and James Wood. You know, look at James Wood. There's a great example. Now, you could have been that person out there that knew James Wood and been a fan of him. But most people don't know James Woods as an actor, right? So why has he been such a heavy visual figure and voice around President Trump? All you gotta do is look at it. You can see what portion of Joe he played at a certain phase of the Joe Biden face. And then look at Jim Carrey. So they get people with Jim Carrey all of a sudden, they're like, people are seeing it now because Jim Carrey was more of a popular actor And now people are starting to see, wait, this guy, you know, they don't look the same. So see, it's slowly getting into the ones out there. And then that's another thing you do. You have the emergency alert. Everybody's got to see it at one time. You have all these characters walk out, pull their mask off all at the same time. Is that going to happen? It's got to. Well, it's got to because we're in an AI world. We're in a technology world. No one's going to believe it unless it all happens to everybody, right? Uh, now I could be wrong. I'm subject to be wrong, but that'd be, that'd be a fun one to be wrong about. Uh, but it's, it— look, Melania documentary, President Trump, we got to give them what they want. People love drama. They love it. They love TV. They love, you know, social media. Well, you got to go with like Charlie Kirk. They said how many billions watched that? How many people even knew about it? We're talking about worldwide too, right? So we're talking about a bunch of people who never knew who he was, but because it's a popular subject, what was in their palm of their hands, their phone, social media, and the internet system? It's all over the world. It's not just the United States of America. That's also why President Trump alludes to Iran when he says free up the internet, free up the internet. So they're giving you all these comms, what we call comms along the way. Yeah, I think it's— we're not supposed to be hating each other about your difference in God or Jesus or spirituality. And see, I get it from both sides. I call the Great Spirit because Native American, and then I have my God side, right, in Jesus and God. If God created me in his image, He knows every one of us, right? That's what I tell people. He knows what we think, what we really feel, what we really believe right here. This is the body of Christ right here. He knows exactly what we think. He knows if we're truly passionate. He knows if we're truly doing things for the greater good of humanity. Like Native Americans, we, we believe the 7 generations out, right? We live today for the 7th generation. And if everybody will adopt that spirit then the next generation would be living for the next— that, that other— it'd be the 8th to me, but it'd be the 7th to them. And if you always kept that, then that's how you have people like me who listen to my grandfathers, who listen to my great uncles, who listen to my elders. And then I took theirs plus my experience, and then I'm gonna give it to the young generations, and they're supposed to take it and keep it going. And that's how we flip that. And that's what our military law talks about. Military law talks about prevention.. And it talks about like Hugo Grotius, all right, 1625, is in our military law books, a quote from way back then that you don't judge a man on his past, you prevent the sin in the future. So see, it's a mindset and it's an attitude, but it's also a skill set. And if everybody knew what they're supposed to know, then it would be pretty easy. And that's your— when we talk about constitutional rights, that's straight up your amendments. But even, even then People don't even know that the Anti-Federalists, they presented the amendments as a second Constitution because they didn't like the Constitution. Not all of it or not. They weren't like, it was like, oh, tear it all up. But they just— so James Madison and that Federalist said, well, why don't you draft something and bring it to us and show it to us? Right. And James Madison actually, he actually handwrote the amendments. That way nothing got crossed out or crossed over. You know, that he wrote those himself by what was presented to him and said, well, these are more individual rights. These are not really— because the Anti-Federalists wanted more states, right? And that's okay. People can think state-wise or federal. I'm not a big federalist, right? Well, I'm not a federal government because it's a federal government, but because of our, uh, population where we are, we can't just rip the rug out. So we gotta, we gotta ease it down. Right? Got to bring the temperature down and teach people all the way. And this kind of basic training in the military. Anyone who's ever been to the military that's listening knows this. In basic training, they break you down individually and then they build you up as a team, right? And everybody's on the same mindset on basic level. A cook in the military can take an M4 or M16, break it down, you know, put it back together. And shoot the thing. Alright, so that it's everybody's on the same wavelength, the same frequency, per se, there's always gonna be smarter people, that cream always rises to the top. But everybody's got to know what you and I know, in order to make sure in the future, the skill sets, we identify who is being compromised, who is being bought out. That's how the swamp grew. And it goes back to what said earlier about, you know, people knowing what they're supposed to know, and then how— who puts people there? People. Come on, people. We established law enforcement. We established the judges. We established everything. We gave them power. We gave them the authority because not everybody wants to study the law or be a judge or, or be law enforcement. But that don't mean that you say, oh, I've heard it my whole life. I know you have to, every one of you. I've heard it my whole life. Oh, that's what Congress gets paid to do. It'll just work itself out. No, no, it don't just work. Did it work itself out, ladies and gentlemen? No. That's why you had the undesirability of the military government. That's why you had that. That was the crossroads of civilization. Like Elon said, we came— he was giving everybody a calm that the military came. We came to a crossroads of civilization where we had to go, okay, do we save 10 million, maybe lose 10,000? Or do we save $10,000, lose $10 million? And that's where the average person has the utmost disrespect and no gratitude and respect whatsoever for the military, because that's where we came. It's going, okay, you the people have no idea what you've been voting for. The corruption in the elections, the corruption in the money, the corruption in the judges, the corruption in the lawyer, the corruption in the court, that system, their system. They created their own democracy. That's why they say the word democracy all the time. We are not a democracy. We are a republic. It's in Article 4, Section 4 of the United States Constitution. So when you hear people saying, oh, I'm a constitutionalist, and they say democracy in the same sentence, you can't be. That's a contradiction, right? So, so many people, you know, the simple things, but they don't realize we're the power. So here's the, here's the lineup. Military came first. We kicked off the war. We started the war with military law. Then the Declaration came. Then the Constitution came. So ladies and gentlemen, a military government is the last line of defense before we go to an all-out revolutionary war, where it would be a literal war between the people. Not— it could be a civil war, but it would actually be a revolutionary war in this context because of what power we're trying to destroy, you know, take away, and then also say, hey, people, we are the government.
We determine this. How do we get there? How do we get there? Are we going to see military on the streets? How do we get there? My rights are being violated. I can't get in federal court.
Pardon me. You might say you've always seen military on the streets. What a military government does in a military occupation And the military, so the government exile and all that. We took heavy to trafficking. That's why all the trafficking rings and all the different things, the underground tunnels, the underground facilities, all these things. I have buddies and people. I mean, I know all kinds of people on those things. All right. That's why people who are— I've had— I've heard President Trump and Tom Homan and me and everybody saying that we're all in trafficking. And that's— you are absolutely a moron. You have got to be the stupidest, lowest imbecile on this planet. There's people out there calling themselves like influencers saying this stuff. I'm like, well, I'll tell you what, we got the dumbest military, we got the dumbest law enforcement. That's the case because people like us, we're all in your face, we're transparent. So you got to make a case that we're stupid and low IQ. That's how dumb. And people follow this trash. So it seems like you got to shake people sometimes going, hey, I don't want to be this way. I don't like being condescending and rude and sounding that way.. But look at what you're listening to. You're listening to a bunch of people. Most of them aren't Americans, but most of them have never been in law enforcement, 99.9% of them. They've never been in the military. And you're listening to people. I'm talking about people out there. You're listening to people who don't know anything but what they've Googled and what they've researched on a.org or a.net. And it's, you know, it's bottom-level basement dwellers, right? We have shown you what's going on. So you— the trafficking, we took part of that. President Trump's the first to establish a subterranean warfare strategy, which is all underground. And you can read this in the Defense Intelligence Agency publication about Iran. All right. In 2019. And it talks about North Korea tunnels and thousands of miles of tunnels. We've taken to that. All right. I've been on a military panel with General Paul Vallely, who was Fox News's analyst for 11 years. And he told everybody in April last year, We have special operations all over Mexico, all over Central America, South America, and we're taking out the cartel. He said this way back then. Nobody wants to listen to people who actually know. They love drama. They love shit. And I have to use that language. They love shit because it's drama. They don't love truth and facts. And then they want to degrade the military. That's what they do. You put me in the same context, you're trashing me. You're trashing— you're stepping on all of my lineage, but you're also stepping on me as a retiree. And I'm actually a disabled veteran as well. So you're stepping on that. And it's not about me, but they put it there. So then trafficking, then all of your money, your banks, the central banks, decentralized that, also making gold and silver and everything, everything. So we had to follow the money there. We had to track the money here. And we're talking about money, money, money, money. Somalia, President Trump in the State of the Union said Somalia and the connection with the state of Minnesota would give us a balanced budget. Just Minnesota and Somalia fraud alone will balance our budget. All right. So there's an executive order with whom? Obama again. Somalia. All right. So all these things had to happen that way. And we had to track all that. That's why the tariffs— another humorous, humorous subject— tariffs. All right. Joe Biden, quote unquote, for the people that thought he was real, why didn't he terminate the tariffs from '21 to '23 when he had a full Democrat House and Senate, which. You don't need the Congress anyway. That's a congressional— that's congressional authorized to the president, the executive branch. But just for the sake of it, why couldn't he terminate a tariff? President Trump said in the debate, he said, what? You notice he didn't take out my tariffs? The tariffs were put into place, ladies and gentlemen, January 23rd, 2018. Why didn't he terminate the tariffs? He said that because it's a what? It's a statute authority under a national emergency. It opens 120 statute authorities. Which one of those? Oh, regulating commerce. Uh-oh, the IEPA, the International Economic Powers Act. And so when Congress says what people see right now, people float to Congress because they don't know what a military government is. They don't know what a military occupation is. They don't know anything about strategic plans as such. So they hear Congress. Congress is in a continuity of government, ladies and gentlemen. They're in a partial one right now, but they're still in the continuity of government, which means they're not operating constitutionally. They're under a military government. All right, so you can't focus on them right now. They don't matter right now. But if they did, what you do is say, excuse me, but they didn't do a resolution. They waited until Republicans are back in. All right, visually to the people. And then also the tariffs. You wait, you wait till now, you wait to 2026. Come on, people. You got to go with what they visually gave you, even though I know it's all theater. But for the people who think it's real, how come Joe couldn't terminate anything when he had a Democrat House and Senate? 21 to 23, everything. The border, you name it. 8 executive orders with 8 national emergencies by President Trump from 2017 to 21 that quote unquote Joe continued. Doge. He, he funded Doge. They made it show in the American Family Rescue Plan Act in 2021. That he funded Doge, but President Trump is a king Nazi dictator. Come on, people. It's not this difficult. So it's hard to say how do you do it? Because, well, the war plan, they have the plan. I know some things that they gonna do, but we gotta wait.
But it will, it will work itself out. Because it's military. That is a wonderful ending. What could we do? What could we the people be doing? Everyone should read your book, The Midnight Ryder, what could we do to get more people awake?
Well, the first thing they need to do— I've, I've thought about this. I've thought long and hard. Now, how can I get people to think like me?
You know, because that's hard to— it's hard to do. You're very unique.
That's not going to happen.
Yeah, well, but how about we pose it like they care?
How can we get people to care? What people need to realize is when you struggle, when you're reading something or studying, struggle doesn't mean you're failing. Just take a break. And so many people, they'll see the work and they go, whoa, where do I start? Well, you start little. Now, my books are, you know, if you can't afford them, it's all— everything that's in these books, it's all on my pages with no subscription. Yeah. It's, it's at this point when I first started and they first launched and all this other— when I first got out there, it was chronological. But now where we are now, my posts are for people who have been following, have been reading, and get what's going on lawfully. So the first thing you need to know are the terms, right? You need to know the key terms. Now I'm not trying to advertise here, but I did, I did this book where it's called the Midnight Rider Bible. And it's so— I mean, it's selling literally like hotcakes in front of a Weight Watchers event. But, you know, you take— it's all of our foundation. And so, you know, I don't know why no one has ever done this in history where you put every key thing, not individually and separate, which people have tried to do, but just the basic core functions and operations of your three branches of government. Title 10, Title 32, Title 50. Like, it's all of our federal and military terminology. The National Defense Authorization Act. Who does it? Who signs it? What does it entail, etc.? Continuing resolution, this, that. It's got all that one place. People need to study their basic core functions and operations of your three branches of government, then study the Federalist Papers. And get into the minds of your founders first, because that's what we're operating with. We're operating with their ideology integrated with where we are, where we've progressed the right way, integrated there. But get into the minds of your founders and understand why they made the three branches in the sequence they did. They're all in a sequence for a reason. Legislative, executive, we vote them in, and then the president nominates the judges of the Supreme Court, and then the Senate confirms them. So if the Supreme Court is not doing what we voted in legislatively and executively, then they're doing what? They're violating whom? We the people, the government, right? So it's real simple. If people would go learn that basic thing. Now, not many people teach it from that manner, from a simple context. And I do it a little bit on my pages. I try to integrate everything in one video. That's why mine end up being too 2 or 3 hours long.
No, because you can't—
much longer than we anticipated here. Yeah, but we have some where it's like you, you just, you can't have one portion without the other. So I always integrate everything, but people need to know the definitions first, you know, and then what all that it entails. And President Trump— all this stuff is not complicated, ladies and gentlemen. They're not working with, you know, they don't need Michigan law, they don't need Massachusetts law unless they're dealing with something in Massachusetts or Michigan. What they're dealing with is military and federal, and then what makes up a military government, what makes up a, a continuity government and everything else. Those are the things you need to know. All right. And like I tell people, separate the rest right now. Like, block out all the noise and all this other stuff. 45-47 is what President Trump gives you. All right. It is specific. 45 through— when he was with the generals not long ago, he said, I'm 45, 46, and 47. I don't want the results of 46, but I like having it? Well, because it's going to be unveiled in history. All right. And it's all going to— you know, they will unveil it when people are really ready to accept and respect and appreciate and have gratitude to everybody up here that put it on.
I love it, Derek. I'm sorry, we can't— we did not get to hardly any of the questions. We have so many questions. Would you come back sometime? Would you come back sometime? And maybe now that we've got— we've laid a foundation, we can just like get to Derek questions. I know Patty's going to lose her battery so soon. You are an absolute pleasure. And we have such a good time shooting the shit with you before we started the show. And if people were looking for us on X, I couldn't get the StreamYard to connect to X. So my bad. Sorry about that. Thank you, Derek. I will put links to your books.
You too. Thank you so much. Yeah, it's an honor to be here and I enjoyed it.
Sorry I rattled a little bit past. No, that's what we want. Now we understand rattles Rattletrap. Yeah, Rattletrap. I'm gonna end the stream, but hang on for a bit.
Okay, bye everyone.
