How To Keep All Your Hard Earned Money!

Gianna Miceli and Patty discuss wealth preservation strategies, including a $6,000 experiment splitting money between silver and index funds. They critique Trump Baby accounts as tax traps limited to $5,000 yearly, break down Florida's school-supply sales-tax holiday, and cover federal student-loan defaults affecting 2.6 million borrowers. They also highlight new silver tax exemptions in Florida, Maryland, and Texas.

Hey everybody, this is Gianna Miceli with the Legal Fockery University with my We the People show with my co-host Patty. Yeah, we're laughing because I'm in the dark.
No, I was bouncing my head because I was listening to AC/DC.
Oh, right, right. It's so good. As I was just setting up, the camera fell and my iris setting will not go on. And I'm like FaceTiming my guy like, I'm going to be on in 7 minutes. Can you come on? And he did not come through. So, hey, the show must go on. And, you know, we are not ABC. We are just two fabulous gals on the internet trying to make a difference in the world. Patty, how are you today on this fabulous Monday?
Doing well. What about you?
I'm very well. I'm good except for this. Let's get right into the, uh, you know, let's chat a little bit because people come on a little bit late and, you know, we have to do our Freedom Fund, uh, weekly catch-up. So let's do a little, uh, a little chatting before we get to that. Hey, so everybody, last minute on Thursday night I got invited to speak, to speak at a mastermind of a really, really, really known guy. I mean, not most people would know him, but he's very well known in the spiritual circle He was Oprah's spiritual guru, and he was on Oprah's Super Soul Sunday, and it's like the highest-rated episode. And he was saying that she promoted it like crazy and played it like literally 36 times, he said. And the guy is so funny. I don't want to say his name, but we're doing some work together, and I'll talk about that after it's done. It's not a solid deal yet, but he's very funny because he could just be talking, and he's like, I was talking with the Dalai Lama and this and this and this. And he's like, speaks in like 85 countries, and his largest audience at one time was 85,000 people, which is pretty amazing. And then he, he knows Kanye, and he counseled Robert Downey Jr. And like, and he's not this bragger guy. It's like in his 60s. He's this great story that he came up from Compton to be a success story, you know. And his main jam on the internet is your Patty's Babysitting Dogs this week.
Yeah, you can hear him.
Oh, of course.
You know, he's on attack mode.
His main jam is, you know, Your story isn't your— like, it doesn't impede you. And, you know, most of the people that go to these events have really great comeback stories, and that's what it's about. And so when I spoke, I did not know what the audience was going to be. You guys can hear me, right? Is this good level?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Okay, good on the microphone. Yeah, I got 3 dots. Okay. I don't know what the audience is going to be. It was in Austin. Could be anything. I'm wearing my 1776 necklace, of course. And I was getting people. These people were all in a group together. They all know each other already, like 50 people. It was in this big house and the presentation was in the living room. You know, like they set it up like a, you know, like a seminar, but it was in the living room.
A dinner party, kind of.
Well, yeah, it was like that too, but it's a very large living room that fit 50 people and it kind of went into the kitchen. And most people when they're doing these things, I don't know, they need a lot of training. They need training. They've never had audiovisual training. And I have, you know, when I set out in my late 30s to get trained on what I wanted to be trained on. So they always hold the mic down and you can't hear them and they're inarticulate and they have bad diction. Well, mine is like, hello, hello, I'm Gianna Miceli. And so it amplifies in the room. Now, Sean thought I was too loud and I didn't really get the sense because the entire audience was sitting up looking at me. On my number 2 slide, which is kind of announces what my entire talk is about, which about the COVID takeover and all our rights that were violated and the 4 wonderful Supreme Court rulings that we've had since then that prove it was legal fuckery. A mandate is not a law and it should never happen again. And so that was very, very interesting. And so when it ended, I spoke for like 30 minutes, you know, I don't know anyone there except Shawn. And when it ended, you know, you get a feel for the room, even though everyone was paying attention. And it's a good sign that people are paying attention. They're taking pictures of my slides. But I believe it landed like a 50/50 in the room. Some people voluntarily wore masks, you know, and I talked about the 15 days.
They were wearing them in the room?
No, no, no. But they probably did.
But I—
my slide comes up with the mask and it said mask Vax, close, obey. Like, there's no words on that slide. Everybody knows what it refers to. But, you know, in a room like that in Austin, there can be people who did it, who thought you should do it. My mask protects you, your mask protects me nonsense.
5 foot apart, 5 foot apart, right? And follow the arrows, right?
And so Sean was, you know, conversing with me like Gianna, have you ever polarized an audience before? And I'm like, well, probably, you know, this is what we do. This is who I am. This is what we talk about. If the guy who hosted the thing, all I cared about was, well, if, if he likes me, I want to impress him with my talk and obviously join the ranks of his network. And if he doesn't like me, I don't care. But you know, someone likes— I'm very polarizing. No, certainly. And well, I was like, well, I don't know, I've only spoken twice so far. And the people— I've been on a lot of podcasts, but those people invite me on those podcasts. I'm sure people don't invite me on podcasts who don't like my message. And then I'm reading a very interesting book called The Algorithm, and it's not about the algorithm, at least not so far. It's really interesting because we all think that there's people so much smarter than us, right? I go to— I'm in Patrick Bet-David's Elite Mastermind, so we had a big networking event. I'm going to an event tomorrow, and, and, you know, I don't want to be the smartest person in the room, and I don't ever think I'm the smartest person in the room. I want to be in rooms where people are smarter than me. I love being in the PBD environment, Patrick Bet-David, and listening to this book. This book is my homework for my mastermind this month. Well, It's about the— well, it's about— let me, let me read the title so I get it right. Uh, oh, here it is, here it is. Let's see, it's very, very interesting. The Algorithm: The Hypergrowth Formula That Transformed Tesla, Lululemon, General Motors, and SpaceX. So that's an interesting group of people, right? And so I'm still on the first part right now, and when there was a time when Tesla was Fucked up, you know, like so much remarkable inefficiency. Like you can buy one on the phone, but it took 88, it took 88 hits to get there. Unless got it down to, I believe the number was 8 and something brilliant that Elon did. I mean, where have you ever ordered a car from the phone? And he got it down to 8. He merged with Experian for the financing application.
Smart, very smart.
Like, you know, I'm sure you probably just put your social in or something, but you do that and boom, it's all autofilled. And that increased sales 20%. 20%. Now I do believe the university works that way because that is something I assessed like a year ago, but if anyone thinks it could be more efficient, my ears are open. I cannot stand being in the dark right now. But okay, Patty, we got, we got some groovy people hanging out now. I like to give people a few minutes until they see we are. The first thing we are going to do is address the Trump Baby Fund. It's Money Monday. We do this show because there is so much legal fuckery in the world and what I am now referring to as the quasi-government, where everybody needs to just start standing up as we the people. Count your money, get out of the structures because there's so much legal fuckery happening. Okay, Patty. Where is silver today, ma'am?
I think we closed about 34 cents higher.
You don't know what's coming on at 6 o'clock? R&E, dude. Yeah, you gotta look that up right before we go on.
Yeah, well, yes, but I mean, I know, you know, it's, it's 58.79, it's down 11 cents.
I know what it is, but I want to give you an opportunity to be featured because you are our silver stacker. Patty's got a tremendous clientele happening now that come through the Legal Focker University. Well, where is the Trump baby accounts versus the Gianna fund. I will recap that, uh, 3 weeks ago when they launched the Trump baby accounts with every freaking stupid influencer and, oh, you got to do this, it's an IRS structure, it's just creating tax slaves, it's very limiting, it maxes out at $5,000 a year, it's untouchable for 18 years. There is a law passed this past July that these funds have to invest in volatile stocks such as SpaceX, which went boom and boom, which I don't care. And so I created a Gianna Freedom Fund experiment, if you will. It's right here. Here's $6,000 worth of silver. I, I loaded up, up, I front loaded it. It's right here. So this week though, we're 3 weeks in and we both began with $6,000. And today on the 3rd week, the index fund stands at $6,019.90 and the silver is a little bit down at $58.21. 28. I have no worries or fear. I am 100% confident that in 52 weeks the silver is gonna smoke the index fund. And so I had a good time talking about this with people this weekend because people don't know. So at 18— this run, the Trump Baby Count runs on an app made by Robinhood. So you can see it for 18 years that your baby— I gotta turn this around— that your baby's money, your $1,000 that the Treasury will give you that was created out of thin air which causes inflation. And you can only, you can only max out at $5,000 per year. And when your child turns 18, you will have no say in the matter unless you're a parent that your child respects, because they can take it over, they can pull it out, they can use it for things. But when it's pulled out, it is taxed. And if they are living in your house at the time of the pull-up. Patty, what's it called?
It's called the, the, the kitty tax.
Kitty tax.
The kitty tax.
Did you see them talk about that on July 4th?
There was no mention of that. So, you know, who figured that out? We figured that out.
Yeah, we did. We researched. Yeah, I know. God forbid. I mean, I'm not perfect. I try to be perfect, but I would— I, if I made a mistake on something, I would absolutely own up to it. You have to do that. And so we're trying to show you that This dollar— well, this silver was purchased with tax-free Federal Reserve notes. I exchanged fake money for real money, tax-free. Fake money for real money, tax-free. No capital gains. You can touch it anytime you want. So right now we're neck and neck, and every week now I started the challenge that I was going to give away $1,000 to 10 babies. They have to qualify for the Trump baby. It's going to be equal, neck and neck., and you have to be in the university so you could understand how to be tax-free. And we have no babies that have taken the challenge so far, but there is still $10,000 available because I'm a woman of my word. We have older people— no one's had a baby born, you know, in this time.
It—
that goes until 2028. I'm sure me and Patty will still be here. So, you know, if this is something— you're pregnant now and you want to get into this, there we go. So let's get into some legal fuckery news that I have to share. On Money Monday. So this was very interesting. The Florida Department of Revenue's guidance sets it from July 20th through August 20th, where you have some items are sales tax-free only during this time period. Is that legal fakery or not, Patty?
Is it— is this during, uh, is it— is it before school shopping?
It is a school discount, but here's what it is, because I want We can get you Amazon tax-free. It's a class in the university. I don't know if anyone— I think somebody once had success using it at Home Depot or Lowe's or one of those things. Amazon says yes to our affidavit of standing that the Sales Tax Act does not apply to us. Other places make it complicated. So It's legal fuckery because so many people just don't know. And, and I take this story today because listen to what is included and what is excluded.
Oh, so they get to pick and choose?
Well, some things are, and I want to talk about the definition. Here's what's included: clothing, footwear, backpacks, and bags at $100 or less. School supplies at $50 or less, learning aids and puzzles at $30 or less, and computers and accessories at $1,500 or less. Who sat around a conference table? Lawyers, attorneys. Okay, fucktard, fucktard attorneys. And, and selected these dollar amounts and selected the— the state of Florida has suspended part of the sales tax Act during this time for certain items. So do you understand that it isn't a blanket thing and it's not one size fits all and it's just complete legal fuckery. Now here's what is not included. Jewelry, watches, umbrellas, non-prescription sunglasses, printer paper, computer bags, smartphones, tablet covers, and game controllers are all still taxable. Why, why, why some and not others? Okay, and then, uh, here's this.
Okay, but why wouldn't, why wouldn't a computer be included? Why wouldn't computer paper or a printer?
I mean, that would be my question as well. Printer, paper, computer bag. So the computer is $1,500 or less. Where the hell— I mean, there's some computers that are— computers are kind of decent price now, but why not the bag you're going to carry it to school in? Well, a backpack is, but a computer bag is not. Do you see this? Do you see how stupid this is? Do you see how stupid attorneys are? Because the attorneys that go work for the state are the dumbest attorneys that couldn't get jobs at Fortune 100 and 500 companies, okay? This is all stupid, stupid, stupid, stupid. Now this sort of segues into my second story. Roughly 2.6 million more federal borrowers went into the default resolution group in Q1 of 2026 and defaulted on their student loans. So their credit scores dropped an average of 91 points, and then they're at risk for wage garnishment. Okay, okay. Does— do people know that until there was what are we calling that? You would get a student loan and it wasn't federally protected, that the tuition was less money, that the tuition only has risen the 400% that it's risen because it's federal protected money. And, and so these people can buy out now. They're harmed by their credit, you know, but there is no real money. Those loans were made out of thin air. That increases inflation. Those loans were sold to REMIC trusts, and they were sold and paid off. And Patty and I are doing some test case right now. Yep, we're doing a test case right now to extinguish a federal student loan. It's not, it's not the Fannie Mae ones, right? Which one? Correct. It doesn't—
correct. These are, these are private, private student loans.
They were still sold, and we cannot wait to give you the results of those. It takes a little while, but you know, we don't like this. This is legal fuckery, and we've learned so much about mortgages and things like that. And the reason you can find out is you can get a forensic audit of your student loan. And I never took one, thank you God, at 17 when I was looking at going to college. And it's very confusing. And I was surrounded by Chinese kids. No offense to Chinese kids. It was just something that I was like, why is everyone Chinese at this college? I don't know, 1983, whatever. I don't know. I don't know. But I looked at those loan papers and I said, let me see, I'm going to take out this loan. I really don't make a lot of money. I work in a restaurant. I'm gonna go to school part-time. I can't get all the credits I need, so I have to take these other classes even though they don't count towards my credit. Why am I going to do any of this? Thank you, God, for making me so smart.
Because look, yes.
Yeah. And then this is very interesting, Patty, and I think your state is doing this as well. As of July 1st, 2026, the state of Florida no longer taxes you for buying silver Didn't I just tell you the fake money bought the real? This is money. This is not a consumed good that should have sales tax. So we used to have sales tax on it, and as of July 1st, they no longer tax you for buying silver at any size. And as of a month ago— are you sitting down, everyone? Because you're not going to see this on Fox.
Nope. They're not going to talk about it.
I don't watch Fox. I doubt it. That's why regular gals who are smart—
yeah, well, I'm just telling you, I watch Fox just for that very reason, and they're not going to talk about it.
Yeah, well, I've never seen it. Okay, as of a month ago, the state of Florida no longer taxes you for buying silver at any time. And as of a month ago, qualifying coins are legal tender. Now, I don't know how this is gonna work. Am I gonna go to the CVS and buy toothpaste With this, I don't know. Patty, what do you know about it?
Uh, you know, it's, it's kind of up in the air. They really haven't laid any, you know, strict rules or guidelines or reference to how it's going to be rolled out. I do think that every state is going to govern itself, which intent— which it should be. It should— nothing should, should be mandated by, by the federal government. And that's what's happened over the last 100 years. You know, the federal government's just kind of eased their way into every state to create all these rules and regulations, print money to oblivion, and just, you know, devalue everything. I don't know. I don't know. But I, you know, so we'll see.
We tell people to buy silver. We tell people to move your 401 and your IRA into metals holdings, or you can hold it right here. Okay, so here is a silver. These are equal in value. I got an American Eagle, and I don't know what this is. It's got a name of some sort, but you know, it's one try.
That's just— yeah, it's a bore.
Yeah, I got a little Indian on it. Uh, Native American. Okay, now gotta be PC, right? Okay, also, as of, uh, jewelry and non-US coins are taxable. Now they could be the same as— you could have a silver bracelet, 0.999, but this is legal fuckery. Do you see this? Jewelry and non-US coins are taxable. All qualifying bullion is now exempt regardless of amount. A 1-ounce silver round is ex— as exempt as a $50,000 gold bar. It also dropped— this is very interesting, very pro-constitutional, and maybe Ron DeSantis is getting his shit together— it, it dropped the single transaction requirement and removed the statutory mandate that dealers keep specific documentation as a precondition of the exemption. Now, the gentleman that we prefer as our silver merchant, who shall remain a secret until you're a member of Villagofacker University and work with Patty. He fought the IRS and his state tax, which was Tennessee, for many years because as he— he opened up a bank, but they were, they were claiming, oh, you're not charging sales tax. And he said, I'm not selling anything, I'm trading fiat for constitutional currency. So we're headed back that way, and that's why we love him because he's a pioneer. Now, the whole situation is that sales tax is designed for consumption. I'm not clear as to what that definition is, but as the Sound Money Defense League— so I saw them on TikTok or on X today— they frame it: computers, shirts, and shoes carry sales tax because the consumer— okay, the consumer, you consume it, but I don't consume precious metals. Okay, here we go with the definition. Precious metals are inherently held for resale, not consumption, which makes taxing them illogical from the start. Nobody uses up a silver bar. However, however, however, in the Legal Focker University, we do teach you that household goods are sales tax-free, and your automobile is included in that, in which I purchased my $42,000 Jeep Rubicon from a dealer in Louisiana, and I paid no tax, no title, no tags. I have the receipt. I paid exactly the sticker price.
It can be done, people.
It can be done. It should be done, and it could be done if more people would go to dealerships and start demanding it. Look up the laws for your state. Now, we could get into this more, you know. I wasn't really prepared for that, but I just thought what a great idea it is. And so gold and silver were the We're one of the only asset classes carrying sales tax since investors, uh, don't pay on stock or bonds. And so brokerage firms have launched ETFs for gold, silver, platinum, and palladium, but not for art, antiques, or gems. And so metals are allowed in the IRA, which those other things are not. And Patrick Bet-David had a very interesting story today that there are older families. You know, when I say families, like, I met people at the PBD event on Thursday and, hey, what do you do? And you can do that at the PBD event. It's not like you're in a bar. Oh, what do you do? Like, everybody can ask anybody, what do you do? Because we're all there to network and meet people. And, oh, I manage— what do they call it? Like, family businesses. And what they mean is families who have wealth and trust funds and all those kind of things. And so there's a story that Patrick said today where there's lots of them that have art collections because they are hide— not hiding, but like you know, putting money into art and jewelry and things, and nobody wants the art. It's going to like lose value. Even museums don't want it, and I don't know the reason why, but that was a very interesting story. And then my last story, and then we'll get to you, Patty. Did you see this? Hackers have stolen more than $100 million of Bitcoin from over 5,000 wallets in the last few days. Now I got this from Anthony Pompliano, who I like. Greek, but he loves Bitcoin and stuff. And he— this is from his blog today. This theft is particularly noteworthy because it is happening to users who were using cold card, a type of cold storage device that was previously thought to be the most secure way to store your Bitcoin. The only way someone's getting my silver is through that front door and then my safe. I mean, I have a little bit out for our show, but it is in my safe that they don't even know that I have. And so he says it's important to call out that Bitcoin was not hacked, nor does this hack disprove the importance and efficacy of self-custody and cold storage. I have to disagree. Uh, what, what happened was the hack was due to a software flaw with a specific vendor.
Okay, so who, who did that?
Who, who stuck that? We don't know who did. Right, yeah, yeah, that's right. Okay, because it's not on me, allegedly not on the internet. Yeah, and that's related to the way their random number generator works. I don't think so. My silver has no software flaw. Okay, Patty, what you got? What do you got for us today?
Well, let's kind of, you know, go off the back of what you were saying with Florida and, uh, creating, you know, constitutional money constitutional money. So, um, Texas is actually doing the same thing through Scottsdale Mint, the future of physical precious metals today. Yeah, so we're going to discuss how Texas selected Scottsdale Mint and why this matters for precious metal investors. So the key takeaways for this was Scottsdale Mint has extensive experience in producing bullion programs for government and sovereign entities, which I thought was very interesting. But I have read some great articles, um, from the person that owns that. I think his name is— I think his name is Scott. It is Scott.
It is Scott.
Yeah. Yeah. So, you know, partnering with— partnering with an experienced private mint allows Texas to move more quickly on building its own mining operations. Texas already operates the bullion— Texas Bullion Depository, creating an ecosystem for buying and securing and storing precious metals. Why does this really matter? Well, I think it matters a lot. This developing does not guarantee higher prices tomorrow. However, it does support the long-term growth of institutional, um, interest and precious metals. So, you know, I just see—
I just threw it into Grok when you started, and it's still thinking. Okay, how many states— I said, how many states are moving to constitutional money? Around 10 to 12 states have explicitly recognize gold and silver, nice minted coins, as legal tender. With more advancing— I'm going to just skip to Korea. Where did it go? Uh, related sound money policies. Numbers vary by source and exact definition. That's what we need, full tender legal status versus— here's where it's gonna get tricky— tax treatment at— fuck you.
Yeah, fuck you.
Okay, sorry, I'm sorry.
Mm-hmm. Well, that's what Maryland used to do. As of July 1st, uh, Maryland stopped taxing gold and silver. So I saw that too, you know. I was, I was having gold and silver shipped to Delaware to a FedEx there in Delaware, you know, or I would go to Costco in Delaware and, and buy gold and silver because of those. Yeah, you know. Oh yeah, this, this very nice.
Oh, it's just gotta all be about the taxing, the taxing, the taxing, the taxing. Kill you and super fuck you. Wait, if I had a light— I can't get any clips from this show because it's so dark. I have a meeting tomorrow with the producer. I need a producer. Oh God, what else, Patty? What else?
What else do I have? You know, so I was reading this article today, you know how sometimes they'll, they'll talk about how strong the dollar is? Okay, so, okay, okay, so if the dollar is stronger one day, does that give you more purchasing power that day? So think about that.
So define stronger.
Okay, so, you know, they'll say that it's, you know, it's stronger. So if the dollar is having a good day, then typically they'll say that gold and silver's down. And sometimes that trend is, you know, is like that. But, but again, so if you're— if the dollar is stronger, can you purchase more with that? No, no, you can't. And most of this is misunderstood under financial headlines, that the stronger dollar automatically means Americans are becoming more wealthier. No, they're not. No, you know, so in the reality of all that, the currency exchange rate strengthens as its purchasing power are two different concepts. So if you've got, you got the dollar, you got the euro, you have the yen, the pound, exchange rates can also rise because of other currencies weaken. And typically China is a big culprit for that. Especially when, you know, on all these tariffs, because when we were shipping stuff to them, they would devalue their currency.
And what could we ever do about it? Nothing.
Nothing. I was up, you know, I mean, Trump did— Trump, Trump has changed things, you know, in reference to the tariffs.
So I think he's trying. I was up at like 5 today and I just was still laying in bed and started rolling through TikTok because I'm an idiot, and I came across some videos from an economist, and I watched like 7 of them, and they're very interesting, explaining we are not a superpower anymore and how that happened and how the BRICS came to be. And so it's just not going to work unless we all get it together on the same thing. The only thing we can do is silver and gold, you know, and that's all that there is, right?
That's exactly right.
We— it can— it's not going to be oil. The— it's very complex though how they sent out the dollar. And why do we Like, why do we give money Japan and then they lend it back? I don't understand. I try very hard, I don't understand the lending, but I don't want to understand. But I just want we the people to rise up. So we do this Money Monday to show you that there's not reality to things. The laws are not laws, they're statutes, they're, they're, they're fluid, they're inconsistent, they make no sense. And what do you want? You know, what do you the people want? Don't you just want to be left alone and you want your money to mean something? And that's why we're really pushing the silver and the gold. And so we have a, um, a whole campus called Money and Freedom, and there's like 10 classes in there.
And then Patty leads the charge with the moving, you know, you know, instead of putting money into your savings account, instead of taking this, right, and put it into a savings account, take this and buy 2 of these.
Just today, but they could be more. They were up to $120, and I was hoping— yes, just that they drop. It's only because it's manipulated. This is the number one mineral in demand. Yes, for SpaceX, for military defense contracts, for AI centers. You know, whatever your opinion is, this is where the world is going and it's in demand. It's going to be amazing. And it's only being manipulated right now because of China and the BRICS and blah blah blah. It's going to work itself out.
Yeah.
You got another story, Patty?
Uh, you know, I kind of do. And this, this really— this really talks about, you know, what's gonna— what's gonna happen this week because there are some important economic—
do I need to get my hair done for these activities?
What's happening this year?
Maybe, maybe.
You know, so Monday, the ISM Manufacturing Report, which measures factory activity. Stronger data suggests a stronger economy. Okay, so we'll see, we'll see. But see, I just think for years that they've lied about this shit. I just think that they lie, they lie, they lie. The data is incorrect. Which—
which—
how does the stock market react to that? Because the market reacts on data. Right. Yeah. Yes. So, you know, so if the data is good, oh, we're going to have an update.
Now, you know how I know that, how that's new information to me since I've had CFO Silvia for a couple of months now, maybe like, I don't know, 4 or 5 months. CFO Silvia is an online app that's encrypted. So it's not, you know, as much as we can know anything safe, I feel safe about it. But I like it so much because I connect it to all my accounts and every night I get an email at 9 PM Eastern, and it's a dashboard of my net worth. I know exactly what happened to my silvers that day, what's going on in my checking and savings accounts. I will know at the drop of a dime. I don't have stocks, but if you do, you can connect all that stuff. And then Sylvia, you can like train her. So I've told Sylvia, oh, Gianna, you have all these capital gains on your silver. No, I don't.
I mean, are you gonna sell your silver?
So it doesn't, it doesn't matter, you know, it doesn't matter because the account, if to be the— I've improved a lot since I started purchasing silver. I now have wealth.
Yeah.
So, and, and so Sylvia, well, what she does on a daily basis, what's so amazing about this product is it is in tune with the news of the world. And so if you do have stocks, it's— I don't care so much about gold and silver. If you do have stocks and maybe you want to think about selling, you can train Sylvia to put an alert or give you advice. And if you, you know, maybe if you're— I don't do that kind of stuff, but if you want, you can train Sylvia to be like you. So I like it, you know. Now Gianna does not have OnlyFans. Fucked hard. No, this is what Gianna does. These guys, they think it's like having a Facebook account, right? They're so— whoever you are, I'm gonna block you wherever I see you. You're such a moron.
Oh my gosh.
What else you got? All right, so I'm 59 years old, okay? Yeah, this ship has sailed.
All right, so Monday is the manufacturing report, Tuesday is the jobs Report. Wednesday is the Private Payroll Report. Uh, Thursday is the weekless jobs claim.
How am I this old and I've never heard of this schedule before?
That's what I'm saying. And Friday is the Nonfarm Payroll, unemployment rate, and average hourly earnings. This week's biggest event. These numbers often create the largest moves in gold and silver.
Okay, what does that mean?
Well, they're saying depending on what these numbers are, how silver and gold—
oh, oh, okay, I didn't preface that unless I missed it because I was very annoyed by Stupid Billy. Yeah, so very interesting.
Okay, again, news moves the market. News moves the market. So, you know, and why should silver investors care? Okay, expectations for lower interest rates may increase The dollar could weaken and silver and gold could often benefit. You know, look, my stance on this is that it's manipulated and it's really not going to show its true value until the manipulation stops. So, right, you know, people that want to work hard, it's in the work. I do, I believe in the work. I believe things are going to change.
I just think it's Sylvia and yeah, to put you on silver alerts around the world. Do you have any more stories?
Nope, those Those were it.
Very good. We're trying to keep it at 30 minutes, so I think we did that. Are you having any questions? Um, no, just, uh, Billy's being an idiot, and, uh, I don't care about you, Billy, so I'll stop talking about you. Uh, we promote buying silver, like hard metals, not paper. That is not real stuff like the terrible stock market. And so if you want to learn more about what we do, please join Legal Fauquier University. You know, I made, um I made a— like, people don't know how to spell it. Sometimes they're not that bright. What I'd love for you to do is go to my text messaging because then we can talk. My text messaging, if you text 1776 to that number on the screen, maybe I can slow it down. Let's see, I don't know if I can. Oh yeah, that's— I'll put it on slower speed. How about that? Let's see, I have to save that. Show the ticker.
There we go.
I slowed it down a little bit. A lot of people are— unfortunately, Patty, it's I feel badly. Like, I talk about exiting the IRS. That does not mean I will help you with all your IRS problems because you signed a filing and didn't pay. But people are messaging me terrible, terrible stories. This one man didn't pay for 8 years. I'm like, bravo, right? Then he gets one scary letter. He's 68 years old, one scary letter, and he goes to his he did call Freedom Law School. Well, wait, let me back up. He did go to a CPA who had— oh, you better file these. Now he owes $88,000. So then he—
so he did, he filed, he filed.
Yeah, he filed. Now he's been following Freedom Law School, which all they tell— don't file, don't file, don't file, don't file, don't file, don't file. And then he called them, and— but they're like, too, you know, we can't do anything for you, you're already filed. You can make an offer in kind, I believe it's called. And I did offer to help him I would like to try to see if my paralegal skills can be put to good use to craft that offer for him, but he has not responded to that. It's been like 4 days now, but you know, that does not mean— please don't message me.
That old man's probably still in shock. I mean, good God.
And another lady messaged me. Oh, they had problems during the COVID lost your job for not getting vaccinated, things like that. And then had a like $291,000 tax bill. They used to make a lot of money and she just ignored the letters, and it was on a filing, and she ignored the letters and now she has a levy and they took money out of her account. I can't help with that stuff. Exiting the IRS is from a clean slate. You— I don't want to clean up messes. I'm cleaning up one for a member, but you know, you can come in and learn about them. I'm going to— I'm going to a very interesting tax class tomorrow and people are like, well, why are you going, Gianna? Because I got to learn the The Other Side, but this one is hosted by Julio Gonzalez, who owns the largest tax firm in the whole USA. And I met him 2 weeks ago at the Yankee lunch I went to, the Yankee game lunch I went to. And he sits on the committee that helped President Trump craft the big beautiful bill tax cuts, which, you know, we disagree with because they're just all— it's all stupid. It's all stupid.
And well, and they're, and they're They're for corporations, not people like us.
Well, you know, they have the Social Security and the tax incentive, which all have parameters, you know. Like, for instance, when I asked my— now we're, we're getting into Tax Tuesday, but that's okay. Tomorrow we have Tax-Free Tuesday, and on Friday we do Legal Fockery Friday. So when this came up, I was talking with my— my mother has Social Security, but she also has investments and some other things and some stocks. So, uh, and I think she has an annuity. So, you know, she heard, because she watches Fox, she heard about the no tax on Social Security. But let me tell you the truth, that tax deduction is up to $6,000 because that's like, if that's all the money you get, which maybe that's $28,000 a year for somebody or maybe less for others, then you get all those deductions. But you probably don't even qualify to pay taxes in the first place. So my mother makes far too much money to even qualify for— I'm gonna have to ask her how that turned out.
See, that's, that's That's, that's pretty fucked up.
That's legal fuckery. Yes. Julio's my boy, okay? Julio's my man. So when I was in the luncheon, I met Ollie. Ollie asked me what I do. I talked about tax. He goes, you got to meet Julio. I don't even know Julio Gonzalez is part of this PBD world that I am also a part of. So he goes, he's right over there, go walk me over to that table. So I go up to Julio, and I told the story before, but I go up to Julio, I said, hey, people have been telling me for 2 years I have to meet you. And he's a really, really nice guy, great energy. And I said, I'm Gianna Miceli, I have Legal Fuckery University, I tell people to exit the tax system I said, what is it you do? He goes, I own the largest tax firm in the whole United States. And I said, why would you tell people to exit the tax system? Obviously, he makes a living with that. He goes, why not? Which was very, very funny moment. We had a big laugh. We exchanged numbers. But when he spoke in the mastermind at the Yankee game, this is very interesting what he spoke up and said his company does. He's not— he doesn't do your taxes and doesn't audit or anything like that. He works with the tax professionals such as your CPAs and shows them like the loopholes, the loopholes, yeah, the legal fuckery as I like to call it. Um, small business owners and entrepreneurs where they can get tax cuts and tax breaks and all those things. So that's the class I'm going to tomorrow. And so I'm very interested in learning that. And then I may get a tour of the studio. I think that's what we're going to do. I didn't ask him yet, but that's what we talked about last week. So that would be very, very exciting because he did invite me on his podcast, but You know, I've been thinking, but thinking, I've been thinking, you know, people are asking me how loud do I want to be about this, and it can be a wee bit scary. I'm pretty loud, but I think the moment in time is here to be loud. We do not have a commissioner of the IRS. The IRS has no clothes. The emperor has no clothes. They are violating their own statutes, and no one's paying attention in Congress or the Senate. They're violating their own statutes. So when I say this is legal fuckery, please wake up and start to learn about— at least just watch our show, you know. If you want to join the university, that's great. Send me a text if you want. Tomorrow's going to be a fantastic show because I will have— I'm taking that class at noon, and I can talk about it by the time we get on at 6 PM here. Thank you everyone, we'll see you tomorrow. Bye, Patty.
Bye, see ya.
