This is a transcript excerpt from a presentation introducing Eric Mitchell, a paralegal-led forensic audit specialist who offers document-driven legal/forensic services focused on equity, trusts, and mortgage-related disputes. The speaker frames Eric's approach as complementary to existing common-law strategies (e.g., Carpenter v. Long and Scott’s teachings) and highlights his paperwork-oriented methods for challenging banks and loan holders.

Coming up on two years.
If you had not seen yet when, you know, we had the breakup, the divorce as people's calling it, I had the wherewithal to call Joe and Joe recommended Eric and the forensic audit people. We spoke to him last night about what he does. We're going to touch on all of the things that he does and we'll be incorporating them into the university. And I love it because he does things that we haven't had before. So that's very exciting. And we find him to be fabulous and honorable and confident. Yay. This is Eric Mitchell. Eric, since there's new people here, can you want to just give, you know, a two minute background on yourself? Absolutely. Well, my name is Eric Mitchell. I. I. Sorry. Sorry. Oh, you're okay. We are a group of paralegals that decided that basically enough was enough. We've seen a lot going on and we are strictly in an aiding capacity. We don't have any platforms where we teach or we telegrams or anything like that. We just work to help as many people as we can with as many people as we can because there's a lot going on out there. We've been doing this for about two years now. Been working with Joe for coming up on two years now as well. And yeah, from we work to specialize in the equity realm as well as trust, to show how they can work together and pair together to really try to overcome what's been happening in the climate today with these mortgage companies and vehicles, credit card loans, all different types of student loans. Student loans, yes. Okay. So in a nutshell, Eric is similar to what we had before. It does a forensic audit from Joe, but in a very different way. Now, if you've been here for a while, you've seen we absolutely believe in things that Scott told us about the common law. Eric also subscribes to the Carpenter vlong and the reason that the note and the mortgage are separated both become null and void. So that curriculum is excellent. But Eric doesn't go about it in the same way as Scott. As we all know, they evolve, they are bastards and things like that. You know, they are a goliath. But Eric is. Is brilliant in his passion for the law and the constitution, except he knows how to sharpen his knives in their arena. So he comes in with paperwork that slays and will scare the banks down. And he has a brilliance in using what they're presenting because as you know, and things that Scott said that were very real was they're always going to skirt around the issue. So. Okay, okay, you got your forensic audit that proves that this loan was sold and is no longer active. Let's say lawful. And. But they're. You know, they dance around the whole subject, so. Eric has a brilliance in putting his paperwork together, which he would do for you. It's. It's paral writing services. And you would go into your cases, should they get there.
