Gianna Miceli reports that 13 community members became non-taxpayers this week and five joined the group. The legal team sent IRS rebuttals on three notice types and received a 288C closure letter. They're building an administrative record using the IRS's own language as what Miceli calls "ninja swords" against the agency.

What is fabulously going on for this week? What's happened in the last 7 days? There's been 13 new people became non-taxpayers. Bravo, bravo to the new people who took the plunge to become non-taxpayers. And we had 5 new members this week. Welcome to the new members. And we did IRS rebuttals. This is very exciting for me because I'm a geek. I am a legal geek. We did a response to an LT-26. Oh, we didn't get your filing this year, you know, because it's like when you stop shopping at Walmart. They want to keep getting you to come back. We did a CP-59 response letter. We did a response to a lock-in letter challenge. Nobody has come to me yet in the 30-day window of the lock-in letter, so we probably sent 5 or 6 at this point. And I'm sure that the legal team at the IRS is shitting their pants not having any idea what to do with this because our standing is so strong and current. There is a 288C, and that is a letter from the IRS that confirms your closure. And so what's beautiful about the new and improved IRS class is that we're building an administrative record. You know, we, we can do things the way of, oh, our rights, our rights. But okay, we also, if we can win in a statutory way, let's win in a statutory way using their own words against them like ninja swords. Okay.
