Money & Freedom

Gianna Miceli and Patty Swiger argue that gold and silver are the only legitimate money and that banks and the IRS are tools of oppression. They detail an Arkansas dealer's decades-long legal battle over a private gold bank and promote courses on converting IRAs to bullion and IRS deductions.

Hello everyone, this is Gianna and Patty. Patty, I have to, um, I have to produce as well as talk and look at the camera and manage you, and we're trying to get a guest on here. Everyone, I'm Gianna Miceli. I'm the founder of the Legal Fockery University and all things legal fuckery on the internet. Legal fuckery is all the way the government tries to screw you and they trick you and they lie and they get you to consent to being governed. If you follow me, you know I talk about this all the time. I'd like to introduce my co-host, my new co-host, Patty Swiger. Yay, Patty! Welcome, Patty. Patty is our, uh, we call her our silver stacker consultant. This show is called Money and Freedom. We have a campus inside the Legal Focker University we just started a couple months ago called Money, Metals, and Freedom. We want to teach you how to build wealth. We want regular people to build wealth. Patty a regular gal. Patty, tell the people what you do, if you don't mind.
Well, I sell gold and silver. I've been stacking since silver was $9 an ounce, right? You know, what is it now? $70. Let's say it's around $70 an ounce. So yeah, thank you.
And Patty can be found— if you've never purchased silver, a lot of people have fear because they've never made this purchase. They don't know who to trust. Patty knows everybody, and Uh, some people have never wired money or done ACH transfers, so they're nervous. Patty gives you a Ritz-Carlton white glove holding your hand experience, uh, when you do this. She will make the 3-way call to our— what do we call him, a broker, merchant? What is he?
Uh, well, he's a merchant.
A merchant. Okay.
Yeah.
Okay. Well, Patty is so fabulous that she found the most amazing priced and, and family-run company where we get the best prices on silver over spot. And so That's the topic of today's show. So I want to, I want to ask you a question. What if everything you were taught— I'm trying to use my teleprompter here, but it's not working well. It's a new feature here in the StreamYard. Okay, what if everything you were taught about money was a lie? I mean, some people are aware of this, especially the kind of people that follow us, people who have been in the freedom world. Well, one man spent 15 years in courtrooms jailhouses, and federal crosshairs to prove that metals are not taxable. You should praise the people like him and us who stand up, because in a few years, maybe even less than a few years, you are going to be thinking, where's that girl Gianna? Where's that lady Patty? And we're paving the way for IRS-free life. Everyone's been bitching since the Somali fraud. Oh, just don't pay your taxes. Okay, that's great. What are you going to do when you get the scary letters? Well, I have the answer to that. If you've never seen me before, just watch the posted the pinned video on my X. So there is a book called Capitalism: The Unknown Ideal, and it was a collection of essays about a philosophy of freedom. Two of them dealt with the American monetary system, and the author explained that nothing, no gold or silver, backed our currency. And he argued that sooner or later— listen, listen, listen— sooner or later, this fiat money system would lead to disaster And that only money backed by real value, gold, could last. And in the absence of the gold standard, there is no way to protect savings from confiscation through inflation. There is no safe store of value, and deficit spending is simply a scheme for the hidden confiscation of wealth. Gold stands in the way of this insidious process. It stands as the protector of property rights. You have rights, you have property rights. You know who wrote this? Alan Greenspan. In 1967, Alan Greenspan was already a fairly well-known economic consultant. I can't talk today. In the 1970s, President Ford appointed him to his Council of Economic Advisers. In 1987, Alan Greenspan was appointed chairman of the Federal Reserve Board of Governors, and the rest is history. Funny, he doesn't talk about much about gold anymore. So Patty, how did you find this gentleman we're going to talk about, our fantastic silver source?
I found—
how did he come into your life?
Well, um, I was helping someone, a friend of mine, roll his, uh, IRA over into metals, and we had called a few dealers, and it just so happens that we You know, got a hold of this one dealer and, um, his prices were just amazing. On 100-ounce bars, he was $500 cheaper than any other distributor. $500.
Everyone wants to save $500. Yes, per bar.
Yes. And he was able to probably buy 15 more 100-ounce bars because of the savings.
That's amazing.
Yeah, right.
So I started— you know, it's so brilliant you put it in those terms.
You know, started talking to him and I've been, you know, he just— I was intrigued by his prices and how he was able to maintain his business with such cheap prices. And it, you know, it just comes out to be he doesn't— they don't have a lot of overhead. They don't use credit cards, Venmo, PayPal.
It's ACH or wire or wire, not even certified checks or money order.
No, you just— or, or you write a check. And you mail it. As soon as they get it, they will release the order after it clears. Of course. Yeah, after it clears. And they, they work off of honor. Your word is your honor. And if you are dishonorable, then you're not going to do business with them.
No soup for you, right? Right. For you, like this. He, he's the nicest man on the planet, but you know, don't mess with him, he'll turn into the Silver Nazi. So I made a purchase the other day, got him on the phone. He's just wonderfully humble and fabulous.
And did you Yeah. Did you think that you were going to get a, a little essay on why you should purchase?
No, I, I was just— I made plans with Patty. Hey, we're going to talk at 4:45. I'm going to make this amount of purchase. And I just thought she's— she makes the three-way call and we facilitate it, and then you get an email follow-up and you do the wire transfer. And he's so nice, he started telling me about some deals on silver rounds and things like that. And I was just multitasking. I had a very busy day, and I was just like, I just couldn't even process what he was saying. And then you explained it to me. That's what Patty's if you don't know anything, then you will learn to know things. She posts every day in the Legal Fauquier University. I told her today you are like the Jim Cramer of silver, like for our— especially our university. But she does post on her social. We're gonna get Patty a number so you could subscribe to her text list, because once you are her customer, she updates you daily, weekly, whatever, you know, every couple— so whenever there's important news. So we're going to tell the story of this gentleman right now because it is compelling what happened to him. And then Did I read the part? I'm sorry, I'm not doing well here with— where's my— no, it's my notes. Okay, you're going to read the part where he opened his own business. So we would not normally read, so just read slowly and you can read with dramatic flair. This man's story, I'm going to give away the end a little bit because you know we're also the IRS Queens. He beat the IRS in court. So all the people— oh, sovereign citizens. Oh no, my friend. Oh no, you are sovereign. Patty, please begin with the— in 1980, he opened his—
okay, so in 1980, I opened my own business in West Memphis, Arkansas, across the Mississippi from Memphis, selling physical gold and silver. First thing I did was write to the Arkansas Attorney General to explain that I thought exchanges of gold and silver money for paper money weren't subject to sales tax. Since they were exchanges of money for money, what was his official position? He never bothered to answer my certified letter or the second or the third time. When he finally responded, it was only to say that he would not answer. I wrote to the Commissioner of Revenue and told him what I was doing. Nobody ever bothered to answer that certified letter. Letter either. So I responded to all my sales as exempt every month.
He sent a letter, and imagine that, uh, that person— who did he write to? Did it say he wastes his time? Just like, I'm not going to answer your question, you know?
Right. Well, he wrote to the commiss— to the Commissioner of Revenue. Yeah.
Okay, go ahead.
And then, yeah, and then so, um, a year later in 1981, a revenue officer showed up to audit my books. I told her what I was— why I was— you know, I wasn't paying tax, and every trade contract contained a confidentiality guarantee to my customers. She could see them if she would amplify me in case some customer sued me for breach of contract. He didn't want to cooperate. So she just multiplied all my exempt sales by the tax percentage and added penalties and interest and billed me $30,000.
Let's pause for a moment to talk about what he said in this. He has a private business. He did not ask the state for an LLC, S corp, DBA, corporation, none of those things. He just opened his business, which is his private right. This is everything that I've been telling, and I've already been doing this for over 25 years. I have had several businesses. They are 7-figure businesses. I do not ask the state for permission. And when I talk about this with people, like, whoa, well, how do you do it? Do you want to know how I did it? I make a decision in my head, uh, this is what I'm going to do to earn money. And, uh, other places I work from home now on the computer, but other places I had 2 hair salons. I rent a space, I sign a lease, I pay a guy. I start a website, I start Google Ads, I open the door and the money rolls in, and I just keep all my money, and all of that is lawful and legal. Please continue. So wait, I'm sorry, so when you said— hold on, wait, then he says he has a trade contract contained a confidentiality agreement, a guarantee to my customer, because it's none of their beeswax what you do. You have unlimited ability to contract Unlimited as a sovereign. You don't have that limit as an LLC. You think LLCs protect you? Just ask Alex Jones how that worked out. Please continue, Miss Patty.
You know, maybe he should have just not contacted the Commissioner of Revenue. He should just left it alone and proceeded on, you know.
Did they come to him? They came to him though.
Yeah, well, they came to him, you know, he, you know, because he, he contacted them No one answered him.
But wait, I thought they came to him first.
No, he contacted them, then no one answered him.
Why did he do that?
Now, now, well, you know, I'm not sure why he did that.
No, he's, uh, okay, yeah, he did answer the— he has to ask the guy first. Okay, you know, yeah.
So then he says, thus began my merry pilgrimage through the courts. I had landed smack in the middle of a legal never-never-never land. Monetary law. Of course, Article 1, Section 10 of the US Constitution says no state shall make anything but gold and silver coin a tender in payment for debt. Of course, the definition of money at the head of the Arkansas tax title says the term money or monies shall be had to mean and include gold and silver coin. Of course, the U.S. Code Title 12, Section 152 says lawful money means gold and silver coin of the United States.
Of course, of course, of course. It goes on and on. State and federal constitutions, state and federal statutes, state and federal court decisions, U.S. Supreme Court decisions all speak with one voice: gold and silver coin are money. Banknotes are not money. So essentially what we're doing today is we are trading our Federal Reserve notes, which is debt, which is also untaxable. That's an entirely other topic. And we're trading it for sound money. Patty, why are we gonna convert our 401k or our IRA for certain ages? Why do we want to convert these into metals?
Well, you know, so you can get out of the, the slavery system and you can start stacking and creating wealth in the private, you know, so you're outside the system and you're not dealing with the government. You know, that's, that's the big thing.
You know, we need banking to run our lives. I wish we didn't, but we do. But when we put that money in the bank, probably you've seen videos on social media where people are telling stories and they're filming in the bank. I want to take out $20,000, $30,000. Um, what do you want it for? None of your beeswax. And everyone needs to start talking this way because that happened to me at my credit union. I take out $10,000. I tried to get out more because my bank is technically in Oklahoma, I cannot go to the bank to get money, which they would give me no problem. So I run it through a credit union, which probably looks suspicious to them, but I don't care. I'm not doing anything wrong, and it's none of your beeswax. So, well, the first time the gentleman asked, he's kind of slowing down, getting it, assembling it for me, and he's like, oh, what are you doing, Gianna? You're paying your bills? Who pays their bills in cash? No, I said, I go, what? What did you really say to me? Because they're very nice to me, but then they poked the bear, you know. I said, it's none of your business what I do. And everyone has to start getting assertive. But technically We sign, we sign up for bank accounts, we sign up as our legal entity, all caps name. They cannot do business with the private living man or woman, and we make agreements. And I can't tell you what those agreements are, but technically they own your money. They do, you know, they own your money. So we recommend pulling money out. Now I want to talk about Patty and what she does. Let's get back to some of the story, Patty, because the story is riveting here.
How about, uh, I appealed the agent's assessment Okay, yeah, I appealed the agent's assessment and lost at the administrative level. Then the administrative court too, I appealed, had a trial, lost there too.
To the Chancery Court. He lost in the Chancery Court. Very wrong as well. That's equity. Very, very wrong. Corrupt. So as much as we can tell you that these are your rights, blah, blah, blah, which you should always continue to exercise because we the people have the power in numbers, but It doesn't make it easy. And that's why I have the university to teach you how to do it. But you've got to call this up. Okay. By then it was December 1983. Go ahead.
Where did you jump to?
Just the next sentence after Chancery Court. He lost Chancery Court.
Oh, he lost. Okay. Yeah. Then had a trial, lost there. By then it was December 1983. And I received a letter from the Arkansas Revenue Department demanding to fork over $120,000.
Fuck you. Yeah, you fuck you and super fuck you. Okay, go ahead.
And then he says, a few days later, two deputies came to collect their judgment. Through several— well, hi. Oh, I lost my—
do you want me to take over because you're using your phone? Okay. Yes. Yeah, you're several, uh, well, well nigh. It says miraculous providences. And this article is from 1997 when he's telling the story. They got nothing. That night I decamped from Arkansas. I was so amazed at God's protection through this event that I wrote a friend a long letter about it. Remember that letter? I moved my business to Tennessee, like what people are doing now. Tennessee is a very fabulous state, doing exactly the same thing— exchanging gold and silver money for Federal Reserve notes. You know, young people don't even know what the— they don't know what FRNs are. By this time, I had realized that although every American had a constitutional and legal right to gold and silver money— I would have said lawful right, but okay Right, uh, gold and silver money. The problem was you couldn't use them in everyday business. We have the right to sound money but no means. We needed to interface between the paper system and gold and silver. So in May 1984, I opened a gold and silver bank. This man has colossal stones. Yes, I opened a gold and silver bank. It attracted depositors like wildfire. But somebody didn't like my idea. On June of 1985, that's a little bit like a year later, two IRS Criminal Investigation Division agents popped in to announce that I was under criminal investigation. For what? You have a right to private economic activity under the First Amendment. That is your liberty. Surprise, we just dropped by to pull out your fingernails with pliers. Over the next 3 years, the IRS treated me to the full court press. Now let's pause for a second. The IRS is an administrative agency, and if you have not been paying attention to the Supreme Court rulings last year, the SEC v. Jarkasi, this came out after the Chevron based on the Securities and Exchange Commission, an agency trying to bring you to an agency court. So these are IRS investigators. It's not real police. It's only police if you agree. It's like you're getting caught stealing a Walmart and their security guards are taking you to the back room. Okay, I promise you this because we have defeated the US tax court. It is fake. It requires your consent to do— but let me with the hand, you know, requires your consent to do business. They got my bank records, and on which— Bank of America, Wells Fargo, the big banks will do that. We bank at Old Glory Bank and they will never comply with anything without a lawful subpoena. That's why I tell everybody to go to Old Glory Bank. It's in Oklahoma. It's owned by John Rich, and everybody who answers the phone are people who live in Oklahoma. You get Americans on there. They got my bank records and on U.S. Attorney's stationery wrote all of my customers demanding that they send their records from their dealings with me to the IRS CID agent and threatening the recalcitrants with subpoenas. Can you imagine? You're, you know, dealing in silver now, Gianna. You have to tell us what you did with Patty. The answer is always none of your beeswax. Everybody grow a pair. You need to start saying it. And I'll sit in this— I'll be in the shower where I do my best thinking, and I'm like, I have to start being louder. I mean, nobody wants a loudmouth Gianna, but everyone needs— I sit here like, why isn't everyone asking, who are you to rule over me? Who are you, IRS agents? If you were my neighbor and that was your job, it's like they're in this unknown place, these unknown entities. If you knew Jack from picking up your newspaper in the morning, you wouldn't be afraid of him. They are administrative people and as such require a contract to do business with you. Do not do business with them. These letters remarkably chilled my customers' enthusiasm. You think it got harder and harder to make a living. And this guy has 7 children, this, this wonderful man. On September 18th, 1986, 5 agents from the Tennessee Revenue Department appeared at my office with a search warrant. I love how pawed my files and records for 2 hours, and hauled off boxes of personal papers. That was the first and last I heard of them for a long time. They immediately turned over my papers to the IRS. In the spring of 1988, the IRS and the U.S. Attorney's Office leapfrogged their investigation from me to my church. Aren't churches supposed to be places that are untouchable? We just saw in the summer of illegal hiding, they go to churches where they claim sanctuary Now they're invading his church. And do you know why they have jurisdiction to invade the church? Because the church asks the state for a 501(c)(3). That is a contract with the state. You don't need to do that if you are a church. You buy a space or you rent a space and you just open your church. You don't need these designations. It's the designations that you unknowingly consent to be governed and you waive your right to private economic activity. Somebody try it and prove me wrong, okay? I opened hair salons, never heard from them. And I used to think, before I did, I didn't know all this, but I wasn't going to the government. Oh, what if, what if someone tells on me? What if somebody's unhappy and rats me out to the licensing bureau? Because I wasn't the Gianna of today. And I looked it up and it was going to be a $500 fine. And that's okay, I'm making tons of money, I don't care about that, I'll pay it. However, however, however, my favorite sentence, they have no jurisdiction. It would only be if I went to the cosmetology school and I got the license and then I let it lapse, then they can find me. But until that happens, I'm free. I'm sovereign. Okay. There was nothing unusual about the church. It wasn't a tax protest church, just a member congregation of the conservative— buzzword— the Conservative Presbyterian Church in America. The assistant U.S. attorney subpoenaed church members before the grand jury. At least they got a grand jury, you know. And grilled them about what church taught. Did the pastor teach people how to not file income tax returns? How do you teach people that?
You know, isn't that a great sentence? It's a great sentence.
How do you teach people that? Are you sharing ideas? Isn't that free speech? Did the church have militia practice in the woods, survival training? And so what if they did? Did the church hand back contributions under the table? Wow, they're really stretching. About the only thing they didn't accuse us of was trafficking in nuclear warheads. We landed in the catch-22 maelstrom of official suspicion. The more the pastor and the elders proved to the US Attorney's Office that these accusations were lies, the more convinced they became that we were such clever conspirators that their suspicions must be true. The assistant US Attorney issued a subpoena to the church for all her records. Counseling, uh, that's against the law, um, sessional, financial, everything. The session of the church offered to consider any request for specific documents but refused to open up the Bride of Christ to a fishing expedition. I love these people. January 1990. Do you see the dates, how long this has been going on? This is what, now 4 years? I think '86 it started, right? Just at dawn, the IRS struck. They just love to come in the morning. Although the agent investigating me knew very well that I was not violent, IRS agents and Tennessee Revenue Department agents— those are all administrative agencies. They have charters. Those are not government people. Uh, agents and Tennessee Revenue Department agents roared in my driveway while the SWAT team in their black ninja suits poured out of the woods on either side of my house. Poured out of the woods.
How about that?
They attacked with reckless, malicious disregard for the safety of my wife and 7 children. All they needed to do was pick up the phone and tell me I had been indicted and I would have gone downtown. No, the IRS thugs wanted headlines from a sensational pre-dawn raid to scare the sheep for tax season and to make me and my wife, the mother of my 7 children, look violent and dangerous. You cannot hate hate these people enough. While we are Christians, you should hate them because they are evil. If you are not for God, you are against God. The IRS— after they arrested me and Susan, the IRS refused to leave my home, contrary to the law and over the protest of my spunky 15-year-old daughter. And guess what her name is? Liberty. 3 IRS agents stayed and held my children hostage until the end of the day. They were waiting for a search warrant so they could come back and steal my records and computer. On the ride downtown, I had no idea what was going on. Why would they arrest Susan? She had never done anything other than the minor secretarial work in my business and spent all of her waking hours homeschooling and raising children. And that's a red flag today, despite, you know, it's like 10,000 families left schools in the COVID probably more now, but that we had a member that just because her older child in the COVID didn't want to go to high school anywhere, many people did that. Then they started asking questions and there were rumors going around the school that she then pulled her younger children out because of the fear of CPS, and CPS did enter her home. We saved her children and we used our paperwork from our class, How to Keep Your Kid Out of the Matrix, to back them off because everything's a contract. You got to rescind the contract. So when I stepped into the jail cell, I began to understand they had indicted her to blackmail me, even though it is the law you do not have to testify against your spouse. They do it. They are bastards. My friends, customers of the gold and silver bank, and numerous church members were already there, including my pastor and assistant pastor. The indictment was an inch thick. Oh, there In 72 pages, it charged 26 defendants with conspiracy to defraud the government, willful failure to file, and diverse other malfeasance. I don't know what that means. I'm sorry.
Malfeasance. Yeah, yeah.
What's diverse? Diverse other— that's a weird sentence, and I read this. I apologize. The government claimed that the Gold and Silver Bank— so now let's break it down. It's because he opened a bank, was tax evasion. Did he talk to you about what the bank was ever? Was it a whole—
No.
Okay.
No, he didn't. He didn't really get into that.
Love to know more details about— was it a private business? I mean, I probably think it was. Did he get an LLC? Those are my questions.
Okay.
Okay. You know, the government claimed that the gold and silver bank was the tax evasion scheme to hide income. Not even 2 years in the U.S. Army had prepared for the stupidity of this magnitude. How could we hide income when most everything we took was in checks and we deposited the checks into our bank account. Oh yes, we did pass some of the checks along to other dealers to pay for gold or silver we bought from them, a common practice in this industry and perfectly legal. This government taught us was laundering checks a sinister activity, proving we were up to no good. But every bank deposit I had made was a count on the indictment. Oh my God, can you imagine?
No.
And Susan, poor homemaking, homeschooling, never stopped running. Susan was the number 2 conspirator right after me. And it's hard because men are— this is a man who's a real man, you know, very protective of his wife. My bond was set at $150,000, fully secured. For comparison, the same day they arrested a child molester and set his bond at $10,000, not secured. I stayed in jail from Tuesday until Friday when my parents put up their house to get me out of jail. I wonder, I wonder if my parents would do that. I wonder if I called for that. Uh, let's see. When the federal marshals released me at 5 PM, sheriff's deputies were waiting to arrest me and me alone on state charges. Now they're double dipping, I believe.
But, uh, I'm sorry, I think because the state, the, the federal government really didn't have enough to, to indict him. So they were— yeah, so they were waiting.
Okay. Yeah, let's see. I'm going back to my notes because where I put that did not have enough characters. But this gets very— it gets very interesting. I don't mean to read a story. Okay. Um, okay, here we are. I picked up where I left off. I believe but cannot yet prove that an ex-IRS agent had been to work for the Tennessee Revenue Department to get the search warrant the IRS couldn't get and to figure out some way to charge me under state law. You're not paranoid if somebody is really persecuting you. I was charged with violating a statute that had been on the books 19 years, delaying and depriving the state of revenue to which it was lawfully entitled at the time it was lawfully entitled to. There too. Who made up that word there too? Now let's look at this for a second. Under what authority is the state entitled to revenue? And the answer to that is only if you are in a contract with them. I have never heard from— not— well, I wish we'll get that, we'll get that answer, you know. So that'd be very fascinating. But for people in the real world who do get LLCs and, uh, S corps, DBA, all that stuff, uh, I just finished business law in my paralegal school. I'll be done by the end of April, and I have put all this information into Legal Focker University because I don't want to just have you listen to me because I say so. One day I will be the queen and you'll all listen to me. No, I'm kidding. But I created two classes this past month that are about the things I'm learning in paralegal school is the statutory way. And I want to know that because it is my claim that it's always better to go private. And now I have a much grander exposure to how the statutory world works. And then I just made a class called— I think I called it IRS Deduction Loophole. I think I call it fuckery, but fuckery. But if I'm telling you not to pay the IRS, because there are people out there making tremendous amounts of money, probably more money than I make, that say we're going to teach you all the loopholes and how to use them, deductions, and you're going to pay no taxes. And I have yet to find anyone that has gotten to zero, no taxes. And so I put everything in that class, especially the Trump tax cuts that everybody— not everybody, but you know, the politicians— oh, it's a record year for returns. No, it's not a return. They stole your money because they propagated you to believe you had to give it to them. So they're returning Some of it. My class is going to show you about these deductions and everything that it takes to claim these deductions, the audit risk it puts you through, so you can make an educated decision to then take my class, How to Lawfully Exit the IRS, so you can just keep all your money. Okay, so let's get back to this. In all those 19 years, not a single Tennessean had discovered how to violate it, but he had. It had never been used ever. Truth to tell, I hadn't even figured it out since I was accused of delaying and depriving the state of revenue, the amount of which was unknown and to which the state had never become lawfully entitled. They accused me of a crime I could not possibly have committed because I didn't know it existed. Let's stop on that for a minute. The legal fuckery is intent is everything in the law. Mens rea is everything in the law. Ask any attorney. The guilty mind— if you don't have the guilty mind, you I didn't commit a crime. Never mind due process, just slows things down. They were charging me with not collecting sales tax on exchanges of gold and silver money for paper money. You know, like when you go to the bank and give the teller a $20, she gives you back a $10 and two $5s, less sales tax. She doesn't charge you sales tax. Of course not, because it's an exchange of money for money. And what you're doing by getting those metals is pulling it out of inflation. Patty, comment please. You're the stacking queen. Yes, yes, tell us, give us a nugget tip.
You know, that's exactly what you're doing. You're taking the Monopoly money and you're putting into something that is valuable that will protect your assets. And that's what really that, that's all about is protecting your assets. You know, I mean, I know, I know it's kind of down and I know at one point it was $120 an ounce, but you know But so what?
It's the time to buy.
It is. Now it absolutely is. Yeah.
Okay, back to the story. But neither the state of Tennessee nor any other state can admit that gold and silver coin are money. If they do, they will admit they are operating outside of the law. Let that sink in. Who are you to rule over me? I probably should put it on a loop so everybody starts saying it. Like, maybe I'll make a jingle or something so it gets in your head. You should always be asking the civil servants, who are you to rule over me? The monetary emperor is naked. And state officials from the Chief Justice to the Supreme Court to the governor to the second assistant tire checker— I love this guy— are afraid to tell him. They should be afraid because the monopoly on money creation is the jugular vein of the American fascist state. Okay. But in January, now we're in 1990, I didn't have time to worry about state charges. Susan and I were both facing 19 years in jail if convicted in federal court. Now, you know, I think the number's like 96% of federal charges settle because they're too scary. People will write, oh, um, what are they saying now? Who took charges? Well, Dinesh D'Souza pled because they make it impossible for you to go. Somebody was just talking— oh, oh, they're talking about General Flynn today because he got money from the United States of America. He pled guilty. Yes, because they make your life hell. Everyone's a dork. Susan and I were both facing 19 years in jail if convicted in federal court. We knew the statistics. Humanely speaking, we had no chance. The next year and a half was a wretched struggle to preserve without despair. Only a survivor of a criminal prosecution could understand how it hammers your soul. Most defendants never make it to trial. Through the investigation alone, federal agents and prosecutors can destroy their business and their families and break their spirit. The, the prison is the process. The pain is the process, you know. Stripped of business, money, family, and hope, most plead guilty just to end the nightmare. Our— in our case, one poor defendant— remember, there's like 20-something people— pled guilty with no idea what with what it meant. A judge should never accept that plea because he's not making it willingly and competent. They just let lunatics go that kill you. Oh, they're mentally unstable, you know. In our case, when a defense attorney asked him who he had conspired with, he screwed up his face in confusion and paused several minutes. He goes, I don't know, myself, I guess. Our trial began on February 26, 1991, over a year after RRS. I just gotta turn off the air conditioning a little bit. I'm freezing. Um, right after the noon break for the day, I received word that our sons, 10 and 8 years old, had been severely burned playing with gasoline. Susan spent the first 2 weeks of trial with them in the hospital. Just when it seemed that things couldn't get worse, they did. Day after day, I had to listen as the prosecutor hatefully twisted everything I had ever done into something evil, including the good things This went on for 4 and a half long months. Can you imagine going to trial every day for this amount of time? The government entered immaterial documents by the hundredweight. This guy is such a great writer. The vast but tediously shallow silliness of the whole farce made me the maddest. Do you remember the C.S. Lewis Perilandra when the unman— I don't know what this is— the unman is struggling to convince the Green Lady to disobey Maleadil's command not to spend the night the land, read some notes with dismay in the childish silliness of evil. I'm gonna skip the story though. Yeah, um, let's see. At its depths, evil is not noble or grand. It's merely a silly spoiled child flicking boogers.
I love him already.
I swear to God, I'm gonna drive to Tennessee to meet this guy very soon because He's obviously an older gentleman, older than you and me, Patty, and we're already old ladies. To the charges of willful failure to file income tax returns, we argued— please everyone pay attention because that Paymon idiot was on Laura Logan. He's on Dinesh D'Souza. A reporter had an appointment with that. That interview went very well, Patty, to get to talk to you about it. She was very lovely. This gal contacted me for my comments on Paymon from Freedom Law School. Clown show that it is over there. Listen to this. To the charges of willful failure to file income tax returns, we argued that no statute makes anyone liable for an income tax except foreign withholding agents. No one, not the federal district court judge, not the assistant U.S. attorney, not the IRS, no one was able to point out that statute. Listen to me now, because it doesn't exist. Now, that is not the basis this for the legal fuckery university's claim to exit the IRS. My claim is that you are unknowingly consenting to do business with them, and therefore the contract is legal. What is not lawful, which is different, is that you haven't been given full disclosure of the terms. Therefore, that contract is null and void. Fraud vitiates everything and has no expiration date. Now take my class and stop messing around. You're all bitching on social. I have the answer already. It's been 26 years. There's idiots like, oh, you're going to get arrested, please. Here I am. I speak about it every day. Okay, we had one gal show me to her mother and her mother's like, she says this out loud on social media. Yeah, yes, I do. Yes, I do. Okay. The first trial day was covered by an old reporter for the Commercial Appeal, who with great insight described issues and characters. Next day, he was yanked off the case and replaced. With a Stalinist comrade who loyally published whatever official line the U.S. Attorney's Office gave him. This is exactly what the media does today. The media is fed by the CIA in daily talking points. Okay, but our jury— jury— he got a jury. I wish he would have spoken more about that. Okay, did he get an Article 1 jury or an Article 3 jury? Okay, that's why I gotta drive to Tennessee and we gotta go together meet him. Yeah, when's your husband going on a trip so we can go to Tennessee together? A girls' trip will be Thelma and Louise. But our jury was more open-minded. On July 9th, 1991, the jury returned its verdict: 17 defendants not guilty on all counts. To God be the glory, because your rights come from God. You have a right to private economic activity. It's none of the government's business what the Freak you do if you're not harming other people or property. We threw an enormous party. Can you imagine? And that Sunday had one bodacious worship service. I still had to face the state trial. I no more than caught my breath when I had to dive back down into the sewerage of the justice system. I love this guy. The trial started May 1992. This is like 8, 9 years we're into it. That lasted 3 weeks. The judge and the prosecution did their best to keep out my evidence. That's what they do. There are people that see me that I was arrested last year, which we're going to have a whole other show. I've got so much to talk about on that show. I was hoping to do it tonight, but this is too good, needs the whole hour. But that, that showed how many hundreds of hours I had hunted the law library to study out my position and make sure I was right. They will— the The state court is very different. The state court is administrative and a judge can do whatever he wants. Ask Alex Jones. He had no rights. He had no justice there. And he'll scream about having no rights. And I kept trying to contact him because it's your LLC that's on trial. And then I looked that up when I made my new class and I found out there are circumstances, even though you have an LLC, limited liability, okay. You don't have it and Alex Jones is proof. It's always better to be private. Remember the letter I wrote a friend when I escaped from Arkansas? The revenue department had seized it in 1986 and the prosecutrix used it to make me look like a hypocrite. Even at that, 3 jurors held out for 3 days. I later talked to one of the holdouts and he said that one of the women who gave up said, oh well, he'll get another trial on appeal. Can people really be that ignorant, or will they just use any excuse to justify their own cowardice? Stop being cowards. This is why we have the university. It's a community. It looks like a Facebook group, but it's not on Facebook. Go to the pinned post in my X if you're there. I show you the inside, what it looks like, and there's a feed and there's members and profiles and people. That's how I met Patty. Patty found me on X, I think, X or Rumble. Um, we meet real people in real life, you know. So on May 18th, 1992, I was convicted on 2 counts of delaying and depriving because the state court's very different. But look at this, a month later the judge sentenced me to 2 years in jail, but he suspended all but 30 days. And I'll tell you why they do this. They don't want to give you a common law victory because it's on the books then. So by doing this, oh, we got a judgment, I gave him 2 years, which it never makes any sense, although I'll give you this, but we'll suspend this, it's concurrent, it's consecutive, yada yada yada, provided he would pay $1,000 a month for 73 months as restitution and do 1,000 hours of community service. With 7 children to support, it was a deal I couldn't refuse. They wore him down, okay? They wore him down, but he appealed because he's got balls, okay? I appealed. He agreed, but he appealed in 1994 because you can agree to the sentence, That's not taking a plea. He was found guilty. In August 1994, the Court of Criminal Appeals overturned one count of the conviction for double jeopardy. I couldn't be guilty of one count of delaying and one count of depriving for the very same conduct. On the money issue, however, the real heart of the case, the court dodged and denied all my arguments. We appealed to the Tennessee Supreme Court. You have remedies, okay? And they heard the cause on All Saints' Day, 1995. We're a decade into this now. Dr. Edwin Vieira Jr., constitutional attorney and America's foremost expert on monetary law— Patty, look up and see if he's still alive. Let's get him on the show— prepared the briefs and argued the case. For over 6 months, we heard nothing. Then on May 28, 1996, the next year, you guys, the Supreme Court affirmed my conviction, once again dodging the money issue. I am at this time— because this article is 1997— I'm still appealing this time in the federal system, but the appeal couldn't be filed quickly enough to prevent my arrest for 1996. The petition for habeas corpus in the federal district court was assigned to the same judge who had tried our federal case. She took jurisdiction of the appeal but refused the order to order my release. From June 28th until July 23rd, I was the guest of the Shelby County Jail and the Shelby County Penal Farm. He did his 30 days, and he, as of this writing, which was '97, the next hurdle is securing a stay of execution. Patty, do you know if he beat that? What happened in the very end?
I, I don't know. We didn't, we didn't talk about this case. We just talked about the federal case.
Oh, okay, okay. So we have 15 minutes left. Let's see if there's any great comments happening. Uh, Tracy is so adorable. The paper money is likely to be worthless in not so many years. Yes, Tracy, it's so manipulated. I believe there is a rest regularly that take the value from the people. Patty, do you want to share your theory of what is going to happen? I have bought lots of silver, so I have silver. You do too. And so speculate on what you think Donald Trump is doing and the reset and what that will mean for how we will use the silver and gold.
I think he's going to revalue silver and gold. I think gold's going to be $20,000, almost $21,000 an ounce, and I think silver is going to be upwards to $1,000 an ounce. There was an executive order that JFK had put into place before he was assassinated, Executive Order 11111, and it clearly states that he was taking, um, he was rolling over the money into silver certificates. And why was he shot? He was, he was, he was put down with a bullet.
Yeah.
Okay. So yeah, this will mean, as Patty has shared with me, and then I, you know, I believe Patty because she's this— she, like, like I live and breathe the IRS, she lives and breathes— she's a silver stacker. She is so— it's all she talks about, and I love it. I love it, Patty. So Patty, this means that when this reset happens, I could take— I have bars, and I got that big bar just for shits and giggles. I don't like it. I like the little cute ones, but I got the big gold bar, and I could take it to a bank, and the bank— this will be the value of the bar. The bank will take my bar, and my checking account or savings account will then have the equivalent amount of real money. So it's going to be a real exchange. Now, of course, we don't know this is going to happen, but this is what we think. This is what the evidence appears to be. Now, um, if people want to know how to move their money into metals, you can move your 401k into metals. Patty, would you please talk about what you've been doing for our members of Legal Fauquier University?
Yeah, sure. They'll call me and they want to roll their IRAs into a metal IRA. I will facilitate that roll. I will hold your hand. I'll give you the Ritz-Carlton, you know, service.
If you're a scaredy-cat, don't be scared.
Yeah, well, you know, it can be very overwhelming at times because sometimes, well, as of like right now, there are delays. There are some serious delays in reference to you know, when, when it ships. I talked to someone yesterday, they said that the, that the, you know, IDS Delaware is maybe 3 weeks behind in shipments and getting the, you know, the metals to each segregated, uh, spaces, you know, to, to credit people's accounts. So, you know, and I believe that, you know, we have— I have a customer now that, that's having that same issue, that it's been taking I'm gonna say since February 17th.
Well, yesterday they said my order would be 4 to 6 weeks. And then if you are afraid, do a small amount, do a small amount, $1,000, $5,000. The minimum is $2,000 with our guy, right? $2,000. Yes, $2,000. Yeah, minimum is $2,000. Do something small. And Patty has people that buy weekly. You can put yourself on a schedule. We recommend just try to do something, start to do something and you'll get comfortable with it. And then you'll start to watch the markets. And we have in our Money and Freedom Campus in Legal Focker University, that's Campus Number 10. It is open to you as soon as you're done with the Freshman Foundation. You can go to that campus. What the hell was I just gonna say? Oh, I recommend everyone gets CFOsylvia.com. It is an online AI chief financial officer. So you put— it's encrypted and it's safe and it's free. Uh, you put your information— some people have trepidation, and I, I'm fine with it, you make your own decision— but I love CFO Sylvia. So you put all your assets or your liabilities, to which I have none, I have no liabilities, which is very exciting. So I put in my metals, and for each purchase I said this is how much I bought, this is how much I paid for it, because they're all different amounts. And every night at 9 o'clock at night I get an email from Sylvia, and it also hooks up to my bank account so it knows my cash, it knows it's running through, um, cash I have on hand. And every night I know, like this, by looking at the dashboard, what my net worth is. I asked my mother, what do you have? I don't know. You gotta get CFO Sylvia. You should always know what you have. And then on top of that, the Sylvia lady, you know, you can tailor her to tell you what you want. So of course I tell her what Patty tells me— I want daily updates on metals. And so you'll get that. And you could also ask her a question. Now Patty Um, let's look at someone else here. Uh, Gianna— Tracy, you're so wonderful. Gianna is the real deal. Steel trap of a mind and a true pain. Tracy, I'm not worthy. I love you, honey. We the people have been snowed for so many years. Gianna will show you the way. And you know, I'm so honored to get that. I could not stop doing this if I wanted to. There's nothing else I want to do to earn a living, and I never started this intending to earn a living. I wanted to help other people. And one day I want to do a show on all the people I've come through in the freedom world, because unfortunately they've all been, you know, semi-scammers to scammers. And for me, I know it's there, and so I just keep seeking jurisdiction contracts. There was something happened today, uh, oh, oh, I'm getting on LinkedIn and, and now you have to verify yourself. So as I'm going through the process You could go through one of those apps that connects to everywhere, and I'm looking at the privacy thing. I'm like, no, I don't want to do that. Or I could send an affidavit. Okay, now I got to write an affidavit and I got to do whatever to it. It's a hassle, but I want to do it because I want to be on LinkedIn. We have another comment to show, uh, Natalie. I'd be fine with a monarch if people like you and DJT were on the throne. I would just die. You know, when we were really, um, working with that other guy, you know, we used to have here, and I was really considering and and hoping for an office of— we have the Office of Faith in the White House that Donald Trump created because he can do that. We need the Office of the Common Law. And now tonight I start equity studies. We need that. Everything that we do here, and I would be nothing without my members, I wouldn't still be here even talking to you. We need more people. We don't need it, you need it. We don't need it because we're free already. Patty's not paying taxes.
Taxes.
Patty's husband's not paying taxes. I've paid taxes over— you're 4 or 5 years out, right? Tracy, Tracy, and I know who Natalie is, they're not paying taxes either. And, um, and we're trying to get Vince to come in here because he worked with Patty. He wants to tell us— see if we couldn't get Vince, um— hi Vince, can you hear us?
Yes, I can hear you.
Okay, we got you. Yeah, you're in the dark.
Hey, about time! Sorry about the delays. I'm good, how are you?
You're a regular a customer of Patty's. Please tell everyone how it is working with Patty.
Ah, it's awesome. Uh, Patty's great. She picks up the phone. You need to talk to her. Um, her guy is great too. I've been, uh, I did, I switched a, uh, a Roth IRA that I had, switched it over. It was like seamless. Patty helped me every step of the way. Uh, and then I've been, I bought two weekly, you know, minimum, minimum I've been spending like $2,000 just buying, you know, at dips in the market.
Right. That's the phrase.
Buy the dips. Yeah. Who knows how long it's going to stay here. But I have another Roth that I'm going to probably switch over because I'm not too happy. What? Because I had asked about, you know, the dollar being, you know, expiring soon. And my broker at the time— broker at this time saying, well, we don't foresee anything changing.
Excuse me, they are not in tune. They are not into—
they're not— no, either that, like Patty said, they don't want you to pull out your money.
No, they don't. Yeah, because what would they have? What would they— because let's, let's review. We have, um, 8 more minutes left. What that means for the banks is you put your money in the bank and it goes into their asset column, and then they can 10x fiat based on what you put. That's why they don't want to lose you. They don't really lend out— they don't lend out money. It's actually against the US code for banks to lend money, but they have the numbers. They can create negotiable instruments like mortgages, and then they sell those to RE/MIC trusts. We have a class on that. We have a class how to get a forensic audit of your mortgage. Patty's in that too. Patty's in litigation right now. It takes like 6 to 9 months. Everything's going very, very well. We have no risk of foreclosures. We don't do that. That is other people. We do not do that. And Vince, you're so fantastic, and I'm so glad that you are a regular customer. And like Patty tells me, I texted Vince today, I'm like, it's so cute that you guys are just like— he's a silver stacker now. It's very addicting, you know.
You know, I, I had started— I, I started when I started the university. I read that metal thing, and then I started purchasing here and there, left. And then I'm like, all right, it's time to get a little more serious. And then when Patty was on and, oh, call me, call me, you know, put an appointment— I did an appointment, and then we started talking. I don't I don't know how it started. We started talking about silver and then we ended up doing IRAs. I don't know. But to be honest with you, I had priced other IRAs with other people. And Patty's guy is probably the cheapest IRA when you start up cost-wise.
Yeah.
He's so amazing. And Patty, I see some of those children are taking over the business because obviously he's an older man. Yes. Yes.
Because when, because when I do call there, it all depends on like, like today.
They are grown-up children now. Yeah.
Yes.
Elijah. Eliza is, uh, he's a grandson.
Oh wow, okay.
Yes.
All right, very good, very good. Yep, very good.
Thank you, Vince.
Thank you so much for coming on and giving Patty—
thank you for having me.
I appreciate it, sweetie. Thank you. All right, Patty, so we are intending to do a regular Thursday show, and Patty is going to be the Jim Cramer of silver. Next week I want to dive into— oh my God, oh my God, oh my God— I was researching up till 2 or 3 o'clock 2 o'clock in the morning last night. You start with one thing and you're down a rabbit hole. And I ended up putting my entire traffic ticket case of last year, which is still unsettled— which doesn't mean I lost, didn't plead, didn't pay, didn't go to jail, okay, but it's not over yet, still on the books, and we're going to get that closed— I found so many violations that I, I'm going to lay out the case. You know what I want to get, but I don't really have room in my apartment. You know, Patrick, that David has this fantastic, like, electronic blackboard, and he makes videos and looks really cool. And I'm like, can I just go there and use your blackboard and somebody films? And maybe he'll let me do that. I haven't asked, and I live very close to there now. But like Glenn Beck does a chalkboard lesson, here's how it all— I'm going to lay out the case for the right to travel, not driving in commerce, and all the traffic ticket bullshit is administrative, and how it is so much legal fuckery. I found— I'm not even going to tell you the number, but it's double. It is exponential double digits of the violations in the case. I had intended to do it today, but then when I read the story, I was like, this is going to take the whole hour. I hope you guys liked it. Please comment. Please share the show. Please, if you're on YouTube, Rumble, X, like and subscribe. It helps our algorithm. If you come into the university, it's a 3-day free trial. You'll meet Patty, you'll meet me, you'll meet all the other members. It's very fantastic. And you'll get to see what it's like for 3 days for free. And that'll charge you at the 72nd hour. If you don't want to stay, you click yourself out. You don't have to ask me or tell me. I hate when you got to do that, you know, cancel shit and you got to ask somebody. So ridiculous. You can leave and I won't even know that you left. You just slither out. It's not for me. But please come check it out if any of this interests you. If you want to exit the IRS, exercise your rights, learn how to be free. And Patty's appointments are free. She will, uh, walk you, uh, she's going to take your money out of the system and out of inflation and swoosh it. There are places you can hold it or you can have it at your house. Thank you, and we'll see you next Thursday. Wait, we have an exit video because I'm the producer now too, which I get that song, Andrew Tate, Mr. Producer. All right, goodbye everyone. Hold on. Oh.
