A speaker who left the IRS 25 years ago argues you can run a business outside government structures using constitutional rights and private contracts instead. He frames government as subordinate to individuals and urges others to reject dependency on state oversight.
I am so blessed that I never got indoctrinated into the belief system that colleges present to you, which is that if you want to open a business, you must do it through state structures in order to appease the irs. Now, if you follow me, you fully understand that all I do is scream about exiting the IRS, which I did 25 years ago, and my business has been in the private since then. My structure is the First Amendment. My structure is the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. You have a right to conduct private economic activity. You know, why don't you just stop being a slave to the irs? And then that wouldn't be a concern either. God. God made man. Man made the government. Man is above the government. You do not obey the government. You enter contracts with the government. You entered your IRS contract to have a business structure. Hello, Mr. State of Florida. Could I please have an LLC so I could pay less taxes when you could just pay no taxes? I'm living proof, Scott. You've seen Scott in my videos. We are living proof. And all the naysayers. Oh, you sovereign says no. Just sovereign of the land under the common law. And there are no government agencies that I have contracts with that compel me to perform. That's the sentence you need to learn to get out of. Status of contract.
