Right To Travel Ticket Victory! Maricopa County

YouTube monologue by Gianna Miceli (June 2025) reporting a traffic-ticket "victory" in Maricopa County, Arizona. She describes a member who surrendered driver's licenses, refused to identify while driving with private plates, was detained and had a vehicle impounded (incident on 6/21) and then filed a four-page affidavit challenging the court's jurisdiction before a 6/27 hearing; the Superior Court later sent a text saying charges were not filed. Miceli frames this as a legal win tied to recent administrative-court jurisprudence and a Trump memorandum (April 19, 2025), and promotes her classes on exiting DMV/handling traffic tickets.
Hey, this is Gianna Maseli with a fabulous traffic ticket victory to report. Not my own this time. One of my members in Maricopa County, Arizona. Shockingly, you know the super corrupt Maricopa County. So this is what happened. So my member and his roommate both have surrendered their driver's licenses. As we teach you to give up the contract, it's a contract of fraud and it's only necessary if you are in commerce, which means you are paid to drive property, products, services or people. And so it happened on 6 21. I got this voice message, happened on Saturday. Let's see, let me go to the beginning. So the roommate is driving and he got pulled over only for having private plates and he refused to id, which is the right thing to do because when you don't register your car, you have not given jurisdiction over your private property to the state to be taxed. And this gentleman's not operating in commerce. You have no obligation. And if more people would do this, it would just become normal. So please just say thank you to those of us who have the balls to do it because one day it is going to be normal. And we don't operate in the driver's license contract nor the state contract of insurance or the registration of the car. So of course when you refuse to id, which you don't have to do because there's no crime, having private plates is not a crime, there's no victim, but of course the police will pull you out of the car. And he had a.22 long rifle pistol in his pocket. I don't know what kind of gun that is, but he had it in his pocket and he didn't do anything, of course. But these police officers think, oh, he committed a crime and you have a gun in your car, they like literally go psycho and they just look up every way possible to write you citations, which are misdemeanors anyway. And the supreme court says you can't go to jail for misdemeanors. So now he was driving his roommate's car, so they impounded the car. They were not putting him in front of a judge until Monday, which is also against the law. And they're impounding the car for 20 days. So they're stealing your property. You see the rights violations all over the place, flags on the plate. And so when he got out, which was Monday, he contacted me and I have a class called how to handle traffic tickets. And he does what I tell him, which is a four page affidavit challenging jurisdiction. Challenging jurisdiction and demanding that it be vacated. And the court date was on 6 27. So even though he sent the affidavit Certified mail on 626 yesterday, he wanted to walk in the court and just hand the clerk one just to be sure it made it there. And this really bizarre thing happened that as he was just like physically, literally walking into the courthouse to hand the clerk the affidavit, he gets a text message. A text message. You know why they do text messages? I'm going to tell you in a minute. I mean, it's just so funny. When you see behind the curtain, you will laugh like I do. From the Superior Court of Maricopa County. Superior Court is just a marketing commercial label. It's an administrative court. It has no jurisdiction or authority over you only if you agree to the contract, which we are not. Which doesn't make the men with guns stop. So it requires standing. So this says charges were not filed in your case. Okay. Driving without a license, driving without registration, probably without insurance, but I don't know that for a fact. And having an arm in his pocket. Okay, they did not file. So it says the text message says you do not need to appear in Court on 627 and 71 25, two court dates. The Maricopa County Attorney's office could still file charges. Oh, they want to scare you. Well, why don't you file them now when they're fresh, you know, could still file charges against you. If this happens, we will mail you notice to your last known address. Now, the reason they do a text message is that one, it has nobody's name attached to it. There's no liability. There's no admission that they violated your rights. But this is how they weasel their way out of it. Because some occasions people are respecting our rights. Now, there's two reasons we believe this is happening more often now. Is that the Trump memorandum that went out april 19th of 2025 has 10 very amazing supreme Court victories that are recent listed on there. Two of them are our favorites. One is the Chevron. Everyone heard about the Chevron. It was the shot heard around the world June of 24 that declared that these administrative courts have no jurisdiction over you. And then the next one was the Jarkassee From July of 24 that is so monumental for the movement that we have, for the freedom movement. It recognizes that Congress cannot conjure away your right to a seventh Amendment jury in administrative tribunals. It's Justice Gorsuch. And that's what the Superior Court of Maricopa county is, an Administrative Article 1 Tribunal. And as you can see, some of them are starting to pay attention. So this is the victory for the so called, oh, you sovereign citizens. No, we never call ourselves sovereign citizens. And here's the difference, you guys, we will call ourselves sovereign because we are not in the contract. The people you see on TikTok and on YouTube shorts like, oh, I have a right to travel if you still have the contract. I mean, technically you have a right to travel, but they're not going to respect it. You've got to get out of the contract. So I have a class called how to exit the DMV Lawfully. When you're out of the contract, you remove the jurisdiction. So y' all can laugh all day because we are laughing at you who don't have the balls to stand up for your rights. You can mock us all day. We're free. We keep all of our money and you guys are playing in the sandbox with the other toddlers, afraid of your civil servants. So if you'd like to be one of us, if you are a lion and not a sheep, this is what we teach. This to some of the things we teach inside the inalienable university. Because your rights are inalienable. Donald Trump has put the hammer down. You're not getting federal funds and you're going to go to jail if you're not respecting the people's rights. There is proof right there now what will happen from this. Just because it went away doesn't mean it goes away. Because his rights were violated. They had no jurisdiction to approach the car. They have no authority to pull him out of the car. They have no authority to kidnap him for two days to steal the car. These are tremendous rights violations. So what he will do is file a suit at common law in federal court guided by. That's one of my campuses, suits at common law. It's campus number five in my university. We are launching these all over the country. We're going to nail these judges. You saw what happened today with the judges, with the exception of the one I call Justice Brown Vagina D E I auto pen hire. You know who I'm talking about? Who? I was going to make a video about what she said today, but what she said today is so lunatic. Dear God, please get this woman off the Supreme Court. She is not even fit to walk in the building and have a cup of soup. She's such an idiot. If you want to stand up for your rights, you've got to learn how. This is not sovereign citizen nonsense. When you remove the jurisdiction, then you can start. Jen for your rights. So if you like what you're hearing from me, hit the link in my profile and see what we are up to on the inside. Thanks for listening.
