One of the phrases I consistently speak is that you are unknowingly consenting to be governed, but many people do not know what that means. Here's a way you are unknowingly consenting to be governed. When your child is born and the nurses shove a state certificate of live birth in your face, when your hormones are out of whack, you're emotional, and you're completely exhausted, you're signing the most important legal document you're ever going to sign in regards to the most precious thing in your life, your child. That document also creates the birth certificate. First document is of of the event, as in a child was birthed, even if it was a stillbirth. There's still a certificate created. The birth is recorded. But document 1 creates document 2. And what is document 2? Because here's the legal fuckery. The average person thinks they're the same thing, but they're not. My parents named me Gianna Miceli with upper and lowercase letters and styling. Why is the state birth certificate in the all capital letters of Gianna Miceli? That's not my name. Because according to the American Bar Association, who used the Chicago Manual of Styles, which dictates the legal entity styling of the letters. That is a legal entity, also called a person, an individual, and a resident. The child's birth certificate is sent to the county, state, and federal databases. And how did I get this information? From the Vital Statistics website. Thanks for watching. Follow me and head to LegalFockerUniversity.com for more information.
