This YouTube video argues that the IRS functions as a "legal" (administrative, contract-based) agency rather than a "lawful" one grounded in constitutional/common/God's law. The speakers claim signing tax forms creates a contract that makes one a "taxpayer" and exposes one to audits and seizures; they assert notices from the IRS become binding by silence under "course of performance," but maintain that such administrative mechanisms cannot lawfully abridge inalienable rights. The content also introduces Scott, a non-bar law-school graduate and instructor at "Inalienable University," and frames the material as practical experience from people who say they've "lived in the private" for 25 years.
They're not applicable, they're not lawful. Right. And the difference between legal and lawful is lawful is something that's predicated on, you know, God's law, the Constitution, common law in real law. And legal is anything that you agree to. So the IRS is not a lawful agency. It's a legal agency that operates administratively and they operate, like you know, by contracts. So you sign your tax forms, that is a contract between you and the irs. Once you sign that, you become a taxpayer, then you're subject to the rules and regulations of a taxpayer, meaning, oh, you didn't put enough income on your statement. Now we can audit you because you're a taxpayer. However, prior to getting in that contract, the IRS can't even see you. So by your acquiescence to that, you are agreeing to be a taxpayer and it becomes legal that they then seize your assets. Of course, we take it a step further and show you the deeper side of all that. Meaning your rights are in lineable, they're inherent, they can't be abridged, taken away. So that contract with the IRS does not give up your illegal right. Considering all that, with the IRS being an administrative agency that operates through contracts, you'll sign your contract, then the IRS will send you a letter two years down the road and say, hey, you failed to pay $10,000 for the tax year 2022. Well, that letter is called course of performance, meaning course performance is a sequence of conduct between the parties to a transaction and that if you don't object to what they're saying and rebut it, you acquiesce into it without objection. So the short version of that is when they send you a notice and you don't object to it, you agree to what they're saying by your silence. However, we teach you that none of these mechanisms actually create an abridgment of anything because their actions are unlawful and course of performance or no statutory mechanism can ever serve as a vehicle to make an unlawful action lawful.
I know these are tough concepts to first grasp and at first be like, oh, you can't pay taxes. They get scared about it. They throw in Wesley Snipes. But as you can see, this is my partner Scott. He's the instructor for our inalienable university. We have curriculum there, like a dozen classes that teach people how to live in the private. He is a non bar card law school graduate. I call him a genius, but he's very humble. And his expertise is in corporate commercial law, uniform commercial code, and domestic banking law. And both of us have been living in what we call in the private for the last 25 years. So this isn't something we're speculating about. It's something that we actually do, and it really needs to happen, because as you are very aware, the government overreach has just overreached too much, so.
