Neville Goddard Power of Awareness Chapter nine. Preparing your place. I like that. All are mine. And. And all are thine, and thine are mine. John 17:10. Thrust in thy sickle and reap. For the time has come for thee to reap, for the harvest of the earth is ripe. Revelations 14:15. All is yours. Do not go seeking for that which you are. Appropriate it. Claim it. Assume it. Everything depends upon your concept of yourself. That which you do not claim as true of yourself cannot be realized by you. The promise is, whosoever hath to him, it shall be given, and he shall have more abundance. But whosoever hath not from him shall be taken away, even that which he seemeth to have. Wow. Oh man, we're already in gear. Hold fast in your imagination to all that is lovely and of good report. For the lovely and the good are essential in your life if it is to be worthwhile. Assume it. You do this by imagining that you already are that that you already are what you want to be and already have what you want to have. As the man thinketh in his heart, so is he. Be still and know that you are that which you desire to be. And you will never have to search for it. Wow. Beginning of the page. All is yours. Do not go seeking for that which you are. What is it that you are? I am all that is God. Right here. He made you in his image. He became you forgot who he was by becoming you so that you would remember who you are. That is Him. Here's your self concept. Here's my self concept. Here's her self concept. Another, another. Another. Never ends. There's no limit here. This is an ever expanding explosion of self concepts. I have one, you have one. We all have one. If you have one here and you want it to be here, you can change that. And it says here, all is yours. All is yours. All self concepts. Are you a thousandaire? You want to be a millionaire, a billionaire, a trillionaire, a gazillionaire, a whatever, it doesn't matter. All self concepts are at your avail. Literally. He says here, all is yours. Do not go seeking for that which you are. You can't go out here and go searching on the outside for that which you are. You can. You can attempt to give your resources to that in the world, but that's not where it comes from. It comes from your consciousness. You change your consciousness on the inside and it changes your experience. All that's happening on the inside anyway because everything is you pushed out. If you want the change out here, you have to be the change in here first. In spite of your appearance of freedom of action, you obey, as everything else does, the law of assumption. Whatever you may think of the question of free will, the truth is your experiences throughout your life are determined by your assumptions, whether conscious or unconscious. An assumption builds a bridge of incidents that lead inevitably to the fulfillment of itself. Remember, he's giving life to assumptions. He's talking about them as if they're animate. They're animated beings. The assumption itself has animation. If you listen to the way he's writing that every time he talks about assumption, you go on the assumption that you're married, in love, and you're happily in a relationship, although physically in your senses are reminding you that you're single. You're not in love and you're not in a relationship. But you go on the assumption and you impress your subconscious that you are married. You're going on the assumption. Your assumption has its own life and fulfills itself by becoming reality. An assumption builds a bridge of incidents that lead inevitably to the fulfillment of itself. Man believes the future to be the natural development of the past. Nothing can be more false, I tell you. But the law of assumption clearly shows that this is not the case. Your assumption places you psychologically where you are not physically. You are not physically in a relationship, in love and married. But you assume that you are. You impress your subconscious with the fact that you are. Even though in your three dimensional physical reality the facts aren't there. You make the assumption that assumption is where reality is developed. Your assumption places you psychologically where you are not physically. Then your senses pull you back from where you were psychologically to where you are physically. It is these psychological forward motions that produce your physical forward motion in time. Precognition permeates all the scriptures of the world. In my Father's house are many mansions. If it were not so, I would have told you, I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you unto myself. That where I am, there ye may be also. And now I have told you before it came to pass, that when it is come to pass, ye might believe. John 14:2,3,29. That is probably one of the most amazing pieces of scripture of all. Of all. I mean, it is so profound, it's so freeing. It just has a lifting quality to it. Man in my Father's house are many mansions. Let's not skip over it real fast. If it were not so, I would have told You I go to prepare a place for you and if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you unto myself I will go and prepare for you and receive you unto myself that where I am, I am there ye may be also I am is here now and this is the I am we all are made of. And now I have told you before it came to pass that when it come to pass, ye might believe I told you from the future into the past self. The self where you made the assumption is your past self. Your future self is the one that went out and actually is making ready that energy, that consciousness comes back and reminds you it's ready now your room is ready. You can check in now. The I in this quotation is your imagination. Remember, I go to prepare a place for you I would have told you I will come again and if I go and now I have all the I's in here. Okay, the I in this quotation is your imagination which goes into the future into one of the many mansions mansion is the state desired. Telling of an event before it occurs physically is simply feeling yourself into the state desired until it has the tone of reality. You go and prepare a place for yourself by imagining yourself into the feeling of your wish fulfilled. Then you speed from this state of the wish fulfilled where you have not been physically back to where you were physically a moment ago Then with an irresistible forward movement you move forward across a series events bridge of incidents to the physical realization of your wish that where you have been in imagination, there you will be in flesh also. I don't know if you can get anything more profound than that. If you were to sum up a lot of this into one place, this could be it. This two paragraphs right there. Chapter nine until the place from whence the rivers come thither they return again. Ecclesiastes 1:7 Unto the place from whence the rivers come thither they return again. End of chapter Man I love it. I love it, I love it. My favorite is the quote just plain and simple. In my father's house are many mansions. All the mansions are available. If it were not so, I would have told you I go to prepare a place for you. That means you're preparing. You're wetting your conscious with your subconscious. You're wetting them together. You're giving union, they are going and giving the offspring a life which is giving birth to the son. And if I go and prepare a place for you, which is this action, I will come again and receive you unto myself. I will come and let you know that your room's ready. That where I am, there ye may be also. And now I have told you before it came to pass that when it is come to pass, ye might believe. Wow. Wow. Just wow. Are we touching our power yet?
