The Sower - Neville Goddard (02-05-1965) | Full Reading + Commentary

This is a YouTube video titled "The Sower - Neville Goddard (02-05-1965) | Full Reading + Commentary" containing a full reading and commentary by Neville Goddard from February 5, 1965. The content appears to be a monologue or lecture-style presentation rather than a conversation.
Neville Goddard 1965 lectures the Sower February 5, 1965 this is going to be good. You can just tell some titles, they just strike you. Tonight's subject is the Sower. You've all read about it in Scripture. And a Sower went forth to sow. He scattered his seed on a variety of soils, and some were fertile, some were barren, some were highways, some were rocks, and so on. Luke 8:10 Tonight let me say that every physical effect has a spiritual cause and not a physical. The physical cause only seems. It is a delusion. Everything that happens in our world comes into being because of a spiritual cause. And by spiritual, let me say, not some strange thing that you've been taught to believe is spiritual. Just sit quietly and imagine that's a spiritual act. If you go back to my Law series of videos I've continuously commenting on, on the idea of just shut the door to your closet, cover your eyes, shut your eyes, shut off the senses, do some few breaths. Doesn't take much. I am, I am. Just slow it down. Now you're in the land of spiritual cause. Literally that fast? Literally that fast. You may not know that's causation, but that is causation. And when it happens in your world, because of the shortness of memory, you may relate it to some physical event that preceded it and think that was the cause of it. And it isn't so at all. Every physical event in the world has a spiritual cause and not a physical. But our memories are short, and we do not relate the physical effect to the unseen and and possibly forgotten spiritual cause. But as we're told, be not deceived, God is not mocked. For whatever a man sows, that shall he reap. Galatians 6, 7. Let me tell you, as far as your promise goes, which is God has promised man to himself. Excuse me. Let me tell you as far as your promise goes, which is God has promised man to give himself to man. That is already planted. You can't stop that. That's completely unconditional. There's nothing you do to earn that. It's already planted. Every child born of woman is destined to be God. Nothing you do, it's not an earnable concept. It's not something you did or didn't do. It's just going to happen in its own time, his time. Apparently that's already done. For if all ends run true to origins and our origin is God, the end is God. That's already done. The promise came first. And no one in the world can deprive you of the fulfillment of that, because it's unconditional. Hasn't a thing to do with your position in this world, what you've accomplished, what you're now doing, what you hope to do. It's completely unconditional. So every child born of woman is destined to be God. Completely unconditional. But while we're here in the world of Caesar and we're given a law, and the law is conditional. As we sow, so we reap. Memory is short, and memory is almost a decaying thing in this world. We can't remember. A chap called me a day before yesterday and asked me to call a friend of mine who has lost a section of his memory. The whole thing is gone. He remembers me, he talks about me and asked me to call him. So I called him. He's an actor, a man 62 years old. And every time he came home in New York City, which was once a week, he would come to cocktails until finally he felt he couldn't have any more. And then he became a teetotaler. And I had his Cokes for him and whatever sweet drinks he wanted. But he was always a glum, heavy, heavy pitcher. The world was coming to an end. Everything was wrong. He had a show on Broadway that ran two years, and while it was running for two years, the world was coming to an end, the whole vast world. So I called him and he remembered. He remembered me just all excited. Oh, Neville, so nice of you to call. I was wounded. I said, you were wounded? When he said, I was wounded in Trinidad. Well, he made a picture called An Affair in Trinidad with Rita Hayworth. He had nine days work and they paid him quite a lot of money for his nine days. He flew out here. I had friends of mine meet him who would go. Who would get him rooms. And then he had. And then he had his nine days. Obviously not. He hasn't mentioned the name of this actor, but so obviously we could look up the movie An Affair in Trinidad and find out who this is. I don't read these lectures in advance, so we're discovering together. So if you want to put it in the comments, please do who that actor is. He was here about three weeks and then he returned to New York City. But. But here, recently, he went on. He went on another picture and I haven't heard the details of it, but in some strange way he was beaten and they found him unconscious. When they picked him up, they put him in this place. And here, no memory between the Affair in Trinidad, the movie, and now he asked about my little girl. Is she still in grammar school? Well, my little girl that he knows so well is graduated from college. But he did it to himself. This is where we get into the red pill, because this is responsibility talk coming up right now, especially in the Seth material. It's straight up, red pill, all the way, all the time, pedal to the metal, going fast. But he did it to himself. There's no victimization in this ever. Not in your life, not ever. Not one iota is. Victimization doesn't exist. The illusion exists, but it doesn't actually exist. Everything is. You pushed out. His whole vast world was one of tragedy. He came from Vienna and every moment that I met him, I couldn't pull him out. I would try to pull him out. I would say, walter, what are you doing? Don't you believe what I'm talking about? Imagining creates reality. That's my premise. And every time you come home, you talk about Hitler, you talk about this, you talk about the other. I don't care what he has done. We have to revise everything. Imagining creates reality. He would say yes to that and in some second go back to the other like a record, playing it over and over. And here comes this picture in his world. I say to everyone, I don't care how factual, how horrible, the facts of life. Imagining creates reality. There should be an exclamation point right there, but there isn't. I'll add one exclamation point. If you're new here, please go to the beginning and watch the Law videos in order. Those are Neville's books, all published from the beginning of publication until he finished the entire series of books. And then we go into his lectures by a year. We started at the very beginning, 1939, with his first book, and we move all the way through. It's best to go to the beginning if you haven't done it yet and start there and get the familiarization of these concepts that Neville talks about and that we're most of us steeped in already at this point. So if you haven't had a chance, you want to go deeper, you want to master the law and wield your reality with your seeming willpower. It's just choosing concepts. It's what it really is. You have a wide range to play in. But to be the master of your reality, putting it that way, go back to the law and start there and then catch up. It's the best way to go. Everything in your reality will change because your imagination is going to be affected by this new Knowledge which will change your experience. I say to everyone, I don't care how factual, how horrible. The facts of life. Imagining creates reality. You either believe it or you don't. That is God in man. The promise to man is unconditional. That's coming up in its own good time. No one will fail to be God, but no one. Everyone will bring forth the Christ child. Everyone. The story's all laid out in scripture. The minute you bring that child forth, you go all the way back. And nothing came before you. Christ came before all. The minute Christ is born in you, the whole vast past is not past at all. You simply come upon one scene after the other, and it's all within you. Not a thing is without you. The whole thing is within. God became man. That man may become God. So the whole thing is contained within man. So that all that we behold seemingly without it's within, in our imagination, of which this world of mortality is but a shadow. But while we're living in the world of Caesar, we begin with a single simple thought. And we are the sower. Sow a thought and reap an act. Sow an act and reap a habit. Sow a habit and reap a character. Sow a character and reap a destiny. If you want to feel sorry for yourself, you feel and feel morbid. All right, if that's what you want to sow. So it. While you are having a coke and having a few little ordevoir, and you want to feel morbid and sorry for yourself in spite of what you've heard over and over, well, so will come. So you sow it and feel sorry for yourself, go into the backyard and eat worms. Perfectly all right. Then all of a sudden you are eating actual worms. And you wonder, why did it happen to me? So in the world of Caesar, we are the sower, sowing thoughts. God, the great Sower, sowed his seed in us, and no one can stop. Stop it from maturing. And that comes to fulfillment. The most glorious fulfillment. Exclamation point. But in that interval of that journey, and we're told it's a horrible journey, read it. In the 15th chapter of the book of Genesis, all your descendants, said he to Abram, will go into a strange land, a land that is not theirs, and they will be enslaved in that land for 400 years. At the end, they will come out with great possessions after 400 years. Genesis 15:13, Ezekiel 44:28. It doesn't mean 400 years. As you and I measure time, 400 is simply the numerical Value of the last letter of the Hebrew Alphabet, which is Tao. And the symbol of it is a cross. So this body is the cross. While I wear this garment of flesh and blood. Though I may only be 70 years in this little section, doesn't mean that's my end. I die here, restored to life on the cross. Excuse me? I die here, restored to life, still on the cross. Finding myself still in the world just like this and move all again. That's my 400 years. It may take, as Blake claims, 6,000 years in that journey for God's seed that was planted on me to mature. That's coming regardless. 406,000 doesn't make a difference. I was just. I just read a lecture this morning and I. It's not on YouTube yet. It's March 15, 1968, I believe. I just posted it to Human Imagination in the comments. He had a comment a few days ago and I added that to the title in there. I'll put the title in the bottom of this, in the description. But coincidentally, I read that lecture this morning exactly talking about the same thing, literally 400 years. But the 430 concept, which I don't see him diving into right away here, which is very funny because it's 400 years. You'll go into a strange land, a land all your descendants will go into a strange land, a land that is not theirs. And they will be enslaved in that land for 400 years. At the end, they will come out with great possessions. Well, there was an addition in another spot in the, in the, in the Bible that It was said 430 years. I forget who said it. I forget the quote. But Neville added that his first embrace with him was when he was 29 years old. No, it was 1929. He was 25 years old. 1929. And then in 1959, exactly 30 years later was exactly when he had his first mystical experience. And for me, it's very, it's very coincidental that I also, when I cracked the shell with Sylvia in my first encounter with her in her bookstore was September of 1991. Fast forward all the way to just across, just at the end of 2021. The first day of 2022 is my first Neville experience. And it is game on from then forward. That's exactly 30 years and three months, literally, which is 430 years. That lecture again, I'll put the title, and you can see it over on Cool Wisdom. I'll put the link there too. It's a very good lecture. It coincides with this quite a bit, but I tell you. Is there such thing as a coincidence? I don't think so. But in that interval back to repeating, that's my 400 years. It may take, as Blake claims, 6,000 years in that journey for God's seed that was planted on me to mature. That's coming regardless. Remember, there's no such thing as time. We're using this allegorically. He might even be using it right now in this moment, literally. But it's not. There is no. There's no such thing as time. Sooner you can absorb that. The Seth material and the Oversoul 7 trilogy explain it wonderful, wonderfully. If you have the time, effort and energy. You want to take the tangent. There's a lot of good understanding in that body of work for the understanding of time. I recommend The Fiction Books Oversoul 7 Trilogy for that concept. That time is all now. It's not forward, it's not backwards, it's not past, it's not future. It's only ever now. Neville says it many times. He put the eternity and he put eternity in the mind of man. It's the same exact thing. It's only a moment which all of it is available. And while we're changing our assumptions is to experience anything in that eternal moment, which is a now moment. And he talks about the maturation of the seed in the egg, as it were. How much time does it take? We're playing with time, but it's all about self persuasion. Okay, back to it. But in that interval, whether it's 400 years, 6,000 years, whatever. But in that interval I could be happy, I could be comforted, I could be cushioned, I could be all these things, which is what we're after here. But whether I have money or not is not stopping the work that is being done in me by that initial seed that God planted in me, which was Himself. He actually fertilized me within himself. And that's growing, growing into maturity. And what is the fulfillment of it? God's gift of himself to me. He gives me the power of his love. And God is love. Infinite love. That's what he gives me. And there's no power in the world comparable to love. Infinite love God gave me. But he gave it to me in just simply a journey. And it grows in me and then it matures into the first thing of the child. But while waiting to hold that child in my hand, that I may know it's been born. And from then on, expansion after expansion, while I'm waiting, He gave Me a law. And we're told the law comes 400 years after the Promise. So the Promise everyone has received it. You've already received it. It's already on board. And the Law we've all received. The Promise came first because that's what he created in you. You're already filled with the Promise. It will come to fruition. Don't trip, don't sweat it. Don't try and hurry it. Just use what comes after that is the knowledge of the Law. So the Promise everyone has received it. And the Law we have all received. The Law of Assumption is what he is talking about. And teachers are sent into the world to stimulate interest in the Law. The Law is inward, it's not outward. That's exactly what this channel is all about. Although from these Law and the Promise lectures you would think it's 80% promise. That's okay, we got you covered. Go back to the beginning, the Law section on the homepage. And go through the books of Neville's. Those are all focused on the Law. That's where you become aware of how to what the Law is and how to use the Law to wield in your creative reality what you want for comfort. What else did he say? Excuse me? Comfort and cushioned. Happy. All these things. That's the Law. Don't sweat the Promise. Understand that we're here to learn how to use the Law. The Law is what makes our reality comfortable. It could be cushioned, it could be happy. And what is what is happy but being in love? In my opinion, what is happy but the central part of it all is being in love. Everything is you pushed out. Normally we express love into and with and reflecting back from another called a relationship. Which is also what this channel is all about and what I am all about. It's been the main central focus of my reality and in my for my entire existence. Oh, the furnaces of affliction. Aren't they wonders? Here we go. And teachers are sent into the world to stimulate interest in the Law. And that's exactly what you see smothered across YouTube among so many different opinions about this material. The manifestation, community, etc. Etc. And now AI is getting. Now there's a faceless wave of AI that's just taking the information and putting it into a cartoon image and computer generated voice character that's creating a complete distraction of it if you ask me. But it's still there. It's still available is the point. Which is good, still in the positive, still in the affirmative, because it's still Blowing up. I think it hasn't even begun to blow up. In my opinion. The law is inward. It's not outward. It's not going to church and giving 10% to the church. It's not going and burning some little incense. It's not doing anything on the outside. Listen to these words that show it so quickly, instantly, the inwardness of the law. You've heard it said, you should not commit adultery. But I say to you, anyone who looks at a woman with lust in his heart has already committed adultery with her. Anyone. Matthew 5:27. It's an inward act. Now, you take this into anything in this world. I can contemplate a state, and if it seems desirable, I may be inclined to do it. But if I contemplate it along with its consequences, I may restrain the impulse. I may contemplate the idea of stealing, and then I think of the consequences. Suppose I'm caught. To get all that may seem good, but to get it and then be put in jail may seem not quite what I want. So I restrain the impulse. But I am told to contemplate the state, even though I restrained, the impulse was in. But I am told to contemplate the state, even though I restrained, the impulse was in itself the act. The inwardness of the law is revealed to man. Now, right there in this whole section is the true key of what the law of assumption really is. It's all a mental causation. Once it's mental, it's done again. Anyone who looks at a woman with lust in his heart has already, already committed adultery with her. It's an inward act. So everything is mental causation. This whole piece right here defines the law at its core. Basic principle. Literally, it's all in here. Everything is you pushed out. It's all a reflection bouncing right back in your face. You're setting the whole thing in motion again. Our mission here together, in these talks, in these conversations, is to become a witting creator. I like the word witting. You're already doing this. The law of assumption. You're either doing it wittingly. I meant to say wittingly or unwittingly. Wittingly means with awareness, consciously, consciousness in action. The whole purpose of our talks is to become a wittingly creator. Doesn't sound so good. It doesn't have a wonderful ring to it. But that is the purpose. We're going to learn how to do this wittingly creating. Because we are already, and have been forever doing it unwittingly. And as Seth would say, it does you have so many incarnations happening at once. You, other parts of you remember six. Let's think about how many lives you are in to cover 6,000 years. I know I said time doesn't exist and it really doesn't, but in the concept of just you, just you, that one seed that he made you in his image. And you've got to go from body to body to body to cover 6,000 years unwittingly using the law the whole time. As Seth would say, there are so many realities in which you exist that most of them, all of them, maybe 99.9999%, are waiting for just one to get here. Just one. And I would say he made you in his image. What's the saying? Many are called, few are chosen. You're the chooser, by the way. He doesn't choose you. Well, we know from Neville he does in a sense. But many are called. We're all put up, we're all stood up into that image of time unwittingly creating over and over and over. And for one of us to arrive at a place to become aware that we can wield this law wittingly is a big celebration for all those other parts of you. It's a big celebration because what do you do in your dreams? As I said before, watch these videos in order from the beginning. Your dreams will change. Guarantee it to anybody that has already happened to please add a comment. It helps everybody else add a comment in this video or anywhere, any comment about your dreams because they will change, I promise. There's no way you can expose this much awareness in these videos, for instance, or reading Neville and it not affect your dreams. So what are your dreams? Your dreams are when you go home, you're one with one. You're one with all that is. But what does that mean to all your other multidimensional reality selves, all your brothers and sisters? You take this knowledge into that dream world which is where you are in concert together with all those other unwitting participants over that 6,000 years. So you become the teacher among that many. They are all waiting, hoping, wishing one would get here. One. Just one. How many lives would it take to cover 6,000 years? You could use an average and say, what is it, 40 years of age just to cover the 50 percentile. Maybe making it 50% of the way to an average life today is maybe what, 85, I don't know, 75, 80. And then maybe a long time ago it was 40. I don't know. Let's just say 40 years, 6,000 divided by 40. That's a lot of lives. They're all waiting for one to arrive at this knowledge. You're that one. It does take courage. As Neville says, persist, persist, persist. Back to it. So tonight you can contemplate being a wonderful person, a successful man, a successful woman, a happy man, a happy woman, one that is secure, exactly as you want in this world. And you contemplate it, but don't ask yourself how. This is part of this wonderful law that imagining creates reality. You contemplate the state and you wonder what the feeling would be like were it true. Then you feel yourself into that state as though it were true. And you view the world from that state as though it is true. Now, one second later, something can break the spell and you're back to you were when you began to contemplate it. But you planted it at that very moment when you felt yourself in it, you planted it. Now when it matures in your world, it may come through so many strange ways. You may forget that moment in time when you planted it and then give all people in your world credit for the thing that has happened to you. Forgetting completely that causation is spiritual, that the physical effect is not causative at all. It hasn't any physical causation. It's all spiritual. That, that mental act when you lost yourself in the state, that was the time you planted the seed. And then all of a sudden you come upon it and you reap it. And then you say things like, oh, it's a good thing I met so and so. It's a good thing I went to that party. It's a good thing I met this person. It's a good thing my boss introduced me to so and so. It's a good thing. Da, da da da da da da. You're the one who did it. If man could only remember that causation is spiritual and it has never been and never will be physical. So tonight you're free. You can plant. You're a sower. You have ideas. So you plant a thought. You sow the thought. And if you sow the thought tonight, then you're going to reap an act. You can't help it. Then you reap the act. You're going to find. You plant that so that. And it's become a habit. Then you plant the habit. This is what we're after right here. This is why we are talking. You repeat the habit, it becomes a character. You don't even really see the change in yourself. You Just become it. Then your character becomes your destiny. And you can't stop. Either we read it together or I read somewhere else. You adopt it. Even when you just simply say, you go in the closet, close the door, couple breaths. I am. Be still and know that I am God in that one action. Be still and know that I am God. You adopt the character of him. I am the Christ, Jesus, same thing. You adopt the character. This is how you shortcut this whole process. Listening to this logical progression. Then you reap the act tonight, when you're going to reap an act. Excuse me, let me repeat this. It's very. So tonight you're free. You can plant. All right, You're a sower. You have ideas. So you plant the thought. You sow the thought. And if you sow the thought tonight, then you're going to reap an act. You can't help it. Then you reap the act. You're going to find. You plant that, sow that, and it's become a habit. Parking space, free coffee, free dinner, a date, whatever. Then you plant a habit and repeat the habit. It becomes a character. Then your character becomes a destiny. Your destiny. Excuse me. And that you can't stop. So my tomorrow will be determined by the thought that I sow today. Be not deceived. God is not mocked. Whatever a man sows that not something else that shall, shall he also reap. Remember I was talking to somebody on the weekend on July 4, on Friday, and trying to explain this in a very short conversation. Somebody who's known me all these years, decades before metaphysics and then into metaphysics. And I was trying to describe how today's the past. And it's exactly what he just said. Because what you believe in your mind and your emotions and your feelings as you fall to sleep, then creates your next day. But that today is your shadow. The world of mortality is but a shadow means that you're living in the shadow of what you believe. It's what you believe. Last night when you fell asleep. So there's a very interesting sequence here. This is all the past. Anything you're experiencing is already what you believe. So you can change it by what you believe tonight. Again, very wonderfully described by Neville in the early law videos. Thoroughly. And this law comes to us at the end of the eighth chapter of the book of Genesis. A new world begins to appear. And seed, time and harvest shall never come to an end. All things will bring forth after their kind. It will never come to an end. Verse 22. This is seed, time and harvest. I tell you from experience, as far as the promise goes, just think of this simple, wonderful thing. In that same eighth chapter, the ark is floating on a world that is flooded. Everything is dead but the contents of the ark. Well, who is that ark? Man is either the ark of God or a phantom of the earth and the sea. Blake, I tell you, he is the ark of God. He contains everything. It rained for 40 days, 40 nights. 40 is the numerical value of the Hebrew letter mem. And mem has the value, symbolically, of both the womb and water. For when a womb begins to bear, there is water in it. And the water must break for that content to come out. Until the water breaks. It doesn't come out. The water subsides. And then it comes out. He who floated in it was 600 years old. 600 is the numerical value of the final letter of mem. There are two mems in Hebrew. The first is 40, the 13th letter. And then we get the 600, the final mem, and that is water. So Noah was 600 years old, and then God caused a great wind to move over the face of the water to dry it up so that it would subside. You read these words and you think, well, what is face? God caused a great wind at the beginning of Genesis, and the spirit of the Lord moved upon the face of the water. One, two. The word spirit and the word wind are one in Hebrew. So the wind moved upon it and drew it up. It subsided. Then you read the words. The dove went out, and then the dove returned, for the water hadn't completely subsided. And Noah put forth his hand and received the dove and brought it into himself in the ark. You read that and you think, well, now, what a silly, stupid story and how true that story is. When you hear the wind, the wind comes first and then comes the birth, and you hold him in your hand. Then the months move forward and you move back into time, as it were. Then comes that moment in time that the dove is floating. Dove doesn't float. But when you look at it. But when you look at the dove, it appears to be motionless and floating, just actually floating. And what do you do? You raise your hand, and the dove descends gently upon your hand. And you bring the dove to your face and it smothers you in kisses. You actually put forth your hand and the dove, the Holy Spirit descends upon it and smothers you with affection. And the story is so true, but not until someone has actually experienced it does he understand it. But while we are waiting for the first Motion of the wind. For the wind precedes the birth of the child. We simply practice God's law. God's law is based upon a simple premise that whatever you desire, believe that you have received it. You will. Mark 11:24. That's the story. So every day I am a sower, and I go out to plant my seed. I plant it with my imaginal X. But memory bring. But memory being a very, I would say, short thing in man, he doesn't remember between this moment and that moment when he planted. And he's always surprised when the harvest appears and doesn't recognize his own harvest. One thing we're given in scripture is the 16th chapter of Luke for everyone to help them. Verses one to eight. It's the story. It's a parable of an unjust steward. The unjust steward was highly commended for falsifying the record. Now no one here would be commanded. Excuse me, no one here will be commended. If today you are a bookkeeper and you falsified the record. We see such things in a morning's paper, day after day. People who were trusted and who took over and betrayed that trust. That's not the story. Every parable in scripture has one central jet of truth. Don't try to get all the little pieces, just one central, central jet. He says the same thing about our dreams. There's usually one simple jet of truth in each dream. Well, the central jet is this. It's falsifying the record mentally. So the day tells me what I am, who I am, where I am, what I am. That's the record. I don't like it. Well, then let me falsify it. My mind's eye. Let me now see the man that I would like to be, the man I want to be, where I want to be everything in this world, and then persuade myself of the reality of this fact. So when I'm completely persuaded of the reality of this falsified record, I've planted a new seed in this garden. If I remain faithful to this falsified record, I will reap it. I may not even remember having planted it. Because memory comes afterwards. Memory comes when man begins to awake. The returning memory of the whole vast world is his. But until the child is born, memory is very short. We speak of total recall. I question it seriously. We speak of this one having a wonderful recall, alright, Marvelous, if he has a good recall. But does he recall not a passage in a book, not some little thing that he's read, all that is marvelous to train the mind to Recall. But does he recall the moments in time when he planted the seed? The man who has some horrible situation in the world. Does he remember, though he's a brilliant mind with all the honors in the world, does he recall when he went forth as a sower and planted that seed? That's what I mean by recall. Everything in this world, you and I planted it. So someone comes into our world and that we've known over the years, and here comes a horrible state or a lovely state. Do we recall when at some moment in the past, we entertained just such a future for that person? Do we recall that we entertained it for that person? Of course we will justify it. We'll say, well, when I recall that past, if I do, the situation at the time was so and so and so and so. I would justify my impression of that moment. It was that impression at that moment in time that I planted relative to that individual. All that I behold, though it appears without it, is within in my imagination, of which this wonderful world of mortality is but a shadow. Blake. For he gave himself and there is nothing but God. So I can't pass the buck. I can't say, well, he did so and so, she did so and so, or they did so and so. I can't pass the buck. It all takes place within me. So everyone this night, if you really believe it, he said, you're either for me or against me. There's no lukewarmness were that you were either hot or cold. But because you are neither hot nor cold, but lukewarm, I speak you out. Revelations 3, 16. So when you hear the story that imagining creates reality, either be cold to it or reject it. Excuse me. Either be cold to it and reject it, or be warm to it and accept it and live by it, which is what we're doing here. It's what our mission is together. But to be lukewarm and say, I'll play it safe, I'll accept it, but I'm not going to sell my stocks and my bonds, things of that sort. I make no radical change in my world because in the event it doesn't work, I want so and so and so as a cushion. So you either accept it or you don't accept. So he has. So excuse me. So he who is not for me is against me. No lukewarmness at all. And man is invited to go out and simply take his record and falsify it. His record, meaning the phrase is equal to self concept. So it doesn't really matter where we were born in this World. It doesn't really matter what limitations were imposed upon birth. For tonight, should anyone here make their exit from this world, you will be restored to life and find yourself in a world that is an automatic projection of all that is unreaped here to reap it there, while God is still playing his part within you. For he who began a good work within you, he will bring it to come. He will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ. Philippians 1:6. So do not for one moment think it will not be completed. It's being completed in us. But while it's being completed, we are inserted into the same time series, best suited for the fulfillment of the unfulfilled desires that we have planted, good, bad or indifferent. So then everyone here is actually free. And if he knows he is the being spoken of in Scripture, that he can be any man, any woman in this world, really, if he really believes it. When this call came through, I could hardly believe my ears because my wife and I discussed this being so often. And to find that here it has all come upon him. His successful shows on Broadway. He's had several pictures, several TVs. But no matter how successful he was, he. He was always away, down in the dumps. He'd come to my lectures in New York City, come to my home, and always you'd almost go to the door expecting a shroud. He'd come week after week, and we could never seem to pull him up. If you said it once and you said it a thousand times in the course of an evening. But, Walter, imagining creates reality. Yes, Neville, but. And what was the but? And so there is an aspect in my life I've got to work on. He reminds me of something in me. That is that but. Because he is still. Because he still is an experience. Excuse me. Because he still is an expression of myself. And so I've got to work on this aspect. That's how we all should be looking at ourselves, with that objectivity when there's ever any kind of rejection around us. Over the years, he was a friend who came home. Now, at least we have his first name, Walter. Okay. Movies, Broadway, successful shows, tv. Can't be Walter Cronkite. I mean, that seems to fit the age range. We'll find out, though, soon enough. Over the years, he was a friend who came home. I can just contemplate the lovely aspects of my life that really came into flower, who accepted it. But I can't deny that aspect, and I can't rub it out. I've got to Revise it. I've got to really work on it now. Now, where he is, I don't know. Maybe you'd know if I told you the name. Because when the voice answered, it said Gateway. But where Gateway is, I don't know. It's some home for this strange, peculiar thing that happens to people where the doctors simply experiment. They simply go into all kinds of investigations as to why memory should be cut and a little block within it that runs over a period of years. A normal person goes back to me, but passages beyond it. Can't remember my little girl in grammar school who's graduated from college. Doesn't remember my son at all, doesn't remember anything. But he was wounded in an affair in Trinidad, so that's his picture. So I say don't. And many of us do, if not all of us do, feel sorry for ourselves. Something happened and we feel sorry for ourselves. That's a wasted moment. That one moment of feeling sorry for yourself has actually planted a horrible seed that tomorrow is going to grow fruit, is going to grow frightful fruit in your world. Don't spend one second of your life feeling sorry for yourself. Don't. Exclamation point. Don't justify failure. Don't justify any limitation in this world at that very moment. Plant the lovely seed by assuming that the world is as it ought to be in my world and. And that the world sees you as you would like them to see. You spend your time planting this wonderful seed. If it doesn't come now and you should die this very night. In the eyes of the world, you don't really die. You're restored to life to reap the seed you planted. It's only one wonderful circle. You'll reap it regardless of what the world will tell you. You'll find yourself in a world just as real as this and reap it. The fruit that you planted here, I promise you. I see it so clearly, not just in speculation. I see it. Everything told us in scripture is true, as we told you earlier. That simple little gesture when it appeared before me and above me. Why should I raise my hand? And why should it be my left hand? I raised the left hand and the left is always descent. He was descending upon me. I raised my hand automatically. And here comes this hand and this finger projected. And then the symbol of the Holy Spirit rested upon it and then smothered me in kisses, just as told us in scripture. Then comes this eternal promise. As long as the earth remains seedtime and harvest shall not cease. As long as the Earth remains seed. Time and harvest shall not cease. And so you and I, if there is seed time, there must be a sower. And then there will be a harvest. It shall not cease. So you and I can plant in this interval while we wait for the unfolding of the picture within us when we go back. And then we rise into a world completely subject to our imaginative power. But everything is put under our power, as told us in the ninth chapter of Genesis. But everything, not one thing is left out. Everything is given into the hands of the individual. After the flood subsides, after the new world appears, it begins with the birth, the child. And then everything said in scripture goes backwards. You realize not a thing came before you, it all came after you. Nothing comes before God. And God gave himself to man. So when God appears in the birth of the child, then everything foretold in scripture begins to unfold in man. And the whole thing unfolds in man. Then he waits for that little interval between the last, which is the dove, that's the last. So the full measure of his heavenly inheritance cannot be actualized by him or not fully realized by him, so long as he's still in the body. So he waits patiently for the removal of the body. That just sounds wild. And then he comes into his entire inheritance, where everything is subject to his imaginative power. In other words, in that new age, there is no waiting between imagining and the creation of what you imagine. There is no waiting period in the new age. That's my take on this. The new age being that new where you're resurrected to place. I'd like to call that. I would think I'm just giving this intuitively. Let us make man in our image, that plurality of let us. And then in our. That's where you're going to be in that plurality, plurality, you're going to be there. And he who walked the earth in a limited way, using this law to the best of his ability, suddenly comes into this fantastic power, which is the power of love. Everything is done in love, but there is no power comparable to the power of love. I saw it so clearly. I'm telling you right now, man, you heard me in the last video or video before that talk about the motorcyclist cutting off in the lanes of the freeway. And I just lovingly imagine that motorcyclist being 95 years old, telling me they never had an accident on that motorcycle. Why would I do. Why would such a thing come into this mind? Why would I imagine that? Why? It's a loving thing to do. Isn't it? Everything is love. Practice it, Put it into action. Reap it. Reap love everywhere. You're the sower already, so you might as well reap it everywhere. So I ask you to try it and do it now. I go back to 1925 in London. I said to this young chap, Matthew, why aren't you interested in these thoughts? I became so aroused at the age of 20 that I couldn't conceive of anyone not being interested. This is me with sylvia. I was 25 when I sat down with her for my first consultation. And it just rocked my world completely. It's like the mouth. Just peel my head, top of my head off and just boom. That's where I was at the age of 25. So here he is, you know, he's born in 1905, so he's 20 years old. So I ask you to try it. Do it now. I go back to 1925 in London. I said to this young chap, Matthew, I believe he was dancing over there at the time. I said to this chap, Matthew, why aren't you interested in these thoughts? I became so completely aroused at the age of 20 that I couldn't conceive of anyone not being interested. Same thing here. When it hit me, I thought, everybody should be automatically like this. Is it like, whoa, check this out. Oh, my goodness. I couldn't conceive of anyone not being interested. His father and mother were. And he said to me, well, I know the story. I don't like the outcome. Well, I'm too young for such things. Just let me wait when I reach my father's age. The father was then in his 50s. He was 21, I was 20. I said, but, Matt, how could you wait? This exciting concept of life, of the mind, this new world. Oh, no, I must live first, he said. When I came back to America, I was four months in London. I came to America and he went off to India to the tea company and died six months later. He was too young for this interest. Much too young. He has to live first. His father and mother outlived him by almost 30 years. The father was very on in years when he died. And she went even beyond the father. Here was Matt at the age of 21. He was too young to show any interest in such thoughts. He has to live first. So many people say the same thing. Just let me live first. Well, I'll tell them how to live. You use the law. Use the law. You want a home, you want a job, a better job, more money. Use the law. Interject, intersperse, intertwine. Right now, Lucille Ball's whole entire career she used to go to Neville Goddard's lectures. She learned the law from Neville and then she applied it and made an incredible desilu studios with her husband. Just unbelievable use of the law that's still applying this principle. But don't forget the promise. Dwell upon the promise and set your hope fully upon the grace that is coming to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ. 1st Peter 1:13. When he comes and the veil is lifted and the whole thing begins to unfold, you go all the way back and realize that in the volume of the book it was written of me, Psalms 47. There's nothing but my very being spoken of in that scripture. It was God dictating his promise to me and giving me after his promise which was unconditional. He giving me a law by which in my exile I could cushion the inevitable shocks. For these are shocks and I can cushion them and live well if I live by his law. The law is not external, the law is internal. As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he. Proverbs 23:7 King James Version the whole thing is within myself. What am I entertaining morning, noon and night? May I tell you that when you begin to really take hold of it, it goes into your dreams. What did I say at the beginning of this very lecture? It's very friggin true. Very true. May I tell you that when you really begin to take hold of it, it goes into your dreams that you live by it. In what is called the uncontrolled state of a dream, you find yourself not the victim of your imagination, but the master. You're controlling it. You are it. You don't let it move you. You find yourself reasoning in dream. Just as you would reason here, if you really begin to live by it. So the dream of the night ceases to be the dream of the night. In fact, night after night you look forward to sleep. Not to the comfort, not to comfort the body because you're tired. You welcome it. You look forward to it for the experience. Very, very true. It's very fun and exciting to be called upon to retire for the night. It's an amazing thing. Amazing. Sometimes you can't sleep and you're busy watching something or reading something. And you're just like, I can't. It may be 10 o', clock, 11 o'. Clock. You're like, I can't conceive myself falling asleep ever. This night comes 12 o' clock and you're like, I can't keep this eye open anymore. Why is that? What is it? Why do we have to sleep? That's my main thing here is like, I find it a wonderful, wonderful experience and I look forward to it each and every night. I look forward to my nap every day too. I don't get them every day as much as I used to, but 45 minutes. Set the timer for me. It's between 3 and 5pm, never later than 5. It's too late. But somewhere between 3 and 5 I feel tired, so tired, so very tired, as Neville would say as his quote. And then I fall off. I set a timer, 45 minutes or an hour, whatever, whatever if it's a weekend or weekday, whatever. But a nap is a wonderful, wonderful thing in addition to the sleep. I mean, just a wonderful. You find yourself in that world behaving as you would here. If you really take hold of the law of God so consciously, you take hold of the law of God and then unconsciously you're using it. I promise you from my own personal experience, that's how you do it. But you will find the promise unfolding in you automatically. And the whole thing will begin with the most fast, fantastic wind. Some will labor longer as women labor here. Some go into labor for hours. In fact, I have a sister in law that she was in labor, I think for two days. I have another sister in law. She yawns and it comes out. She's born three daughters and before she could say boo, the child was born. The other has two children and she labored and labored. So I'll tell you that labor begins when you feel in your head the wind. Just like that. It's the most terrific wind and that labor may last hours. In my case, I was like the sister in law who simply yawned and it came out and out it came. He said, but it will start in your head like the most fantastic vibration. But you will interpret it as a wind. Oh yes, like a hurricane. And. And out will come the symbol of your birth. Then we'll start all the entire Bible unfolding series after series after series. And you'll go back in time to find that not a thing came before you. It all comes after the birth of Christ Jesus. I've told you about my series. I've told you about my arms raised in the boxing arena, victorious from the fight. And I saw in that same moment, I literally saw the crown develop right on my head. It formed in my vision. I saw it form. It was in one vision I had the crown laid up. The crown of righteousness. Righteousness laid up for me. While my arms are in the air celebrating victory. I won the fight. Another series separate mourning. The contract is being given to me by three men again. I laugh because they look like Point the movie Point Break with Keanu Reeves and. And Patrick Swayze. They look like the Patrick Swayze character, that surfer, you know, scraggly bearded looking dudes. Three of them, one tall, two a little less tall. Three guys giving me a contract. I could see it in my lucid dream. I'm reading the thing they're telling me. If I go to the Northeast, I think it's on a motorcycle, literally, that I will pass everybody. So winning the race, fought the fight. Another vision in that same period of time, within days or weeks, a few, not many. I'm in an out of body. I'm in the corner of the room looking down on a birth scene. And the next moment I'm like a quarterback catching the ball and there's a swaddled baby in my hands and I'm looking at it and just in awe, complete awe of this sight. Then it, then it vanishes and I wake up. These are the series after series. These are what you're going to experience, which takes you back in time. It puts you right in what the book's words are telling you. It will start in your head. Like the most fantastic vibration which I had describing that where the wind was blown on me was in February. Approximately 20,000. 20,000. What the hell's time anyway? Excuse me. 2022, when I first started Neville, within a month I already have the wind. But I've had many mystical experiences before that. Even as early as 2000. My first out of body, October 2007, I believe it was still one of the most mind blowing of them all. Unbelievable clarity, unbelievable. These things unfold and they unpack. And as you accept the concept of the law of assumption, you bring within you the ideas and then they unfold and unpack. It's like you moved into a new place and all your boxes are laid about. And if you ignore this and if you reject it, those boxes stay filled up, they don't get unpacked. And then you're living there with all these junk boxes around you. I say junk because they're just stacked all high and you're not using them. This kid, I want to live first. I can't think like my parents. Mystically, spiritually, Law of assumptionly. So he wasn't going to meet the challenge. He was one of Those many. In that 6,000 year period, there's many multidimensional realities that you exist in. All those works are done. All you're in all these things, all your brothers, you're going through this over and over. He didn't want to get involved with these mystical experiences. So he just said. He just rejected it. So why six months later, working for some tea company overseas, he dies. He turned off. Or maybe it's that way. Righty tighty. He turned off that flow, that opportunity of flow that was right in front of him. His own mother and father were interested in this and he just rejected it. That's totally okay. It's not a bad thing. I'm not saying that. But look what happened to the rest of his experience. He was on the wheel of Recurrence. He was put into the time where it would have really helped. I don't know how to say that because you're not a victim, okay? But he was in. And he put himself into that wheel where it would have been ripe fruit. His parents were into it. He had the opportunity born of them. They're into it. He had this whole flow happening and he could be that one person that's ready to believe in and practice the law of assumption, to be comfortable, to be happy, to be a creator, to consciously. And he just rejected it then to his purpose. There was no more purpose there. He needs to go back into the wheel and try again. So fascinating. So amazing. Now let us go into the silence and in this silence and be.
