Adonis, Arena Ride!

A short YouTube video by Giselle Toner documenting an arena ride with her horse (Luke/Adonis), describing an exercise routine emphasizing trotting in hilly terrain to build strength, and promoting related offerings: weekly Saturday yoga classes (including sound frequency healing) and a two-day first aid workshop for horse owners on November 18–19. The speaker encourages sign-ups and notes limited spots.

All right, here we go. Come on, Luke. Here we go. All right, so we are continuing on our exercise routine. Getting some good exercise. The good thing about this arena is right now anyway, it's definitely got some hills and that's great because that's going to help really strengthen him a lot. And he's already doing so much better and we are having a great time. It's just a beautiful day today again and couldn't ask for better weather. I love the no humidity and he loves it too. So what I'm trying to do is I'm trying to go longer and longer periods of time, adding a lot more trot work now, trotting and going through hilly areas. The hilly areas are good because it gets them to work a little bit more. But anyway, so hopefully we are going to continue to have these great days. Not much rain. I love that. And starting to do a lot more classes now. So I have my weekly Saturday classes with my yoga in the yoga barn in addition to having some of my clients work personally with me with my horses. So we do training exercises with people not riding, but work with the horses so that they are starting to build up their own confidence levels. And it's great. They really love it. The horses are so amazing at picking up on all the things that goes on inside of a person, whether it's happy, sad, excited, angry, and they can respond to that. And it gives feedback to the person. And it actually does help to build up the person's confidence too when they learn how to work with a big horse like this, even if it's just leading them and brushing them or doing certain exercises that we do in the middle of the arena on a lead line and it helps them so much. So this Saturday I'll be having my yoga class for strength, balance, flexibility and sound frequency healing. And the sound frequency healing is just amazing. It is incredible. It goes through your body and it feels so wonderful. So that's what we're doing. And also November 18th and 19th, get ready for the first aid workshop. It's almost filled up. We only have a little bit more time. So if you are even on the fence about it, please join up really quickly. I think we've only got like two spots left, so jump on it. And the information is at the very, very top of my Facebook page so I have it pinned up there permanently until we are done with our workshop. November 18th and 19th. It is going to be standard first aid and advanced and wilderness training. It's a two day event. Breakfast and lunch is included. You're going to be meeting some really amazing people, some very knowledgeable horse people, and it's a great way to start to learn about what to do in an emergency with your horse, which is super important for everybody. And especially if you're an owner, barn owner, horse owner, equestrian, horse lover, it's really important to learn what to do if there is a problem, because you are their first responder and you do need to be able to take control immediately and save your horse's life. Possibly. So anyway, if you are interested in that, please sign up asap. As I said, the information is on the top of my page. Other than that, have a fabulous day everybody. It is just gorgeous. Hopefully you are getting out there and doing some great stuff. Alright, talk to you soon. Bye. Good boy, Adonis. Good boy, sweetheart.
