So let's go through some things that I think are really going to be important for you to listen to and to start practicing now. Life is definitely full of a lot of things that are not happy. And we can always argue that, well, life isn't fair. You know something? There are certain things that we really need to do in life that we can keep. Keep close to us that are going to make our lives much better. And the first one is, don't live your life trying to please others because you will fall short every single time. You're never going to be able to make everybody happy. So stop trying. Don't live your life trying to please others. That's always going to be the best way for you to be miserable. So don't do it. The second thing is, don't worry about what others think of you because they're usually too busy to care. Or if they're overly critical, that's even more reason not to give it your time or your thought or your worry. So what others think of you, that's none of your business. That's their business. Let them deal with it. Third one is jealousy is real. Jealousy is real. Watch out for the people that give you the fake smiles. Listen to your gut feeling because your gut feeling is always right. You always want to make sure that you're tuning into what you're feeling in your stomach, because that usually will tell you. But know that jealousy is real because people will look at you and say, oh, isn't that wonderful? Look how much she has. How beautiful. Meanwhile, in the background, they're really not happy for you. So tune into your sixth sense and don't. Don't look at people when they're looking at you with these big fake smiles and thinking that it's real, because a lot of times it's not. And your gut feeling is real. Fourth one is, don't blame Mommy or Daddy for the things that are going wrong in your life. Now you're grown up. You are a grown up. Yes, you might have had a horrible childhood. Yeah. Mommy and Daddy might have been really bad. They might not have done the things they should have done. Might have been really horrible. Might have been terrible, Might have been traumatic. But you're grown up. You're old enough now to not keep dragging it with you. You can change it. You can stop that thought pattern of being stuck because of what Mommy and Daddy did and start living your life the way you need to live it. You have to get rid of the old stuff. It doesn't matter anymore. Mommy and daddy are gone or maybe they're still here. And if mommy and daddy are still here and they're still being mean or nasty or creepy or whatever, you, you don't have to deal with it. You can definitely change things. You can limit your exposure to them or tell them right out that they no longer control you. So there are definitely different ways to deal with mommy and daddy. But you don't want to get into a war or a big argument. But you have to take control of your own life because mommy and daddy are not in control anymore. Hopefully they're not. And if they are, find ways to start moving out of it. Okay? And you can definitely do that. The next one, number five is break free from social media's negativity and the chaos and the fear mongering because you know, it really robs you of your intuition and your intelligence and all the things that you already know. So it takes you away from your inner peace. You need to go inward, you need to find your power inward and you need to do that often. You need to really start developing more of your self awareness and don't get sucked into the social media negativity because you will always be stuck. There's always something bad happening, always. And the only way that they really make their ratings is by fear mongering. So don't listen to the news broadcasts 24 7. I know some people, that's all they do. You need to get away from that because it is really bad for you. It will definitely hurt you. It will hurt you. It'll take your, your calmness and your equilibrium away. So just break free from it. You really have to do that. And the next one, number six is get away from the programming, the mind programming. So basically you have to stop the false identity with the trends. So right now there are so many things that we look at every day, usually on social media where it's the newest thing to do and we usually wind up saying, oh, I've got to do that, I've got to keep up with them. You know, get away from the mind and body program because it's programming you to be a robot, to follow you. Become a follower. So don't identify with the trends. Strike out on your own. Strike out as the unique individual that you are. Don't compare yourself. And that is what we do when we are looking at other people and seeing what they're doing and what they've got going on and we feel like we have to follow or one up them or be better than or oh my God, I'm being left out unless I do the same thing. No, that's a bunch of bs. Be an individual, strike out on your own. And unfortunately, you know, trying to get millions of likes on social media. So what? What's it gonna do for you? So what? You got a lot of people that are clicking the like button. So what? It's instant dopamine. I understand that. And that's why it becomes such an addiction. But that is not really developing you as the highest level individual that you can be because you're turning into a robot copycat. Who needs that? That's not going to make you a better person. That's going to make you a follower. You know, influencer usually is a follower because what they're doing is they're just taking the same old stuff that everybody else is doing. You know, they're buying the likes, they're buying the hearts, they're buying all that stu, they're boosting their posts. What's it doing for you? What is it doing for you as a person? How is it making you better? How is it making you grow? How is it turning you into a really powerful person? The way it should be. Inwardly, I don't see it happening. So stop it. And finally, number seven, eat the dessert. Life is short. Enjoy and splurge and live. Do it. If you're, if your heart really wants something, get it. Find a way to get it and do it. And once you get it, even if you realize afterwards it's like up, well, maybe I really didn't want it, or it's not all that it's cracked up to be, that's okay. Can sell it, you can give it away, you can donate it, or you can walk away from it. So go for it. If your heart really says, yes, I want that. Buy the shoes, eat the cake, do the thing, buy the car. Yeah, do it. But be sensible because if you're taking money that you don't have to buy a luxury, well, that's a no. No, I make a point of not doing anything unless I have the cash to buy it. I don't believe in credit. Yeah, of course we all have credit cards. Yes, we all have to use our credit cards for certain things. And yes, I do. But I pay it off every month. I don't like bills. So if I can't buy it cash, I really don't want it. Now that doesn't mean that you can't get something if you don't have the cash for it. You know, if you want to make a loan or use your credit card, that's fine, but do it sensibly. Don't become a prisoner just because you feel like you need to have whatever. You know, the latest thing. If your heart really wants it. Yes, then go for it. I've been guilty of doing that. I've bought expensive cars, expensive horses, expensive shoes, expensive things. And I also love shopping at Goodwill. So there you go. You have to have a good balance. You have to be able to say this is good, this isn't. Do it with a really sharp intellect and you'll never lose. All right, everybody. There you go. 7 things to keep in your mind. Go back and repeat this again if you have to. Write it down and I hope it helps. Love you all. Bye. Oh, by the way, this is Giselle Toner, in case you didn't know. Bye.
