Hey everyone, it's Gisele Toner and I am at my Eternity Yoga website and what I plan on doing is going through each page and videoing each one and giving you information about it. I will allow you to read through it as I scroll down. I will stop periodically and you can pause your video to read. This first page is just basically going into the beginnings of yoga. And what it says is yoga's compelling gifts and, and strategic intervention, life coaching, how they can change your life. And at the most important part here is just telling you basically what you can do to start really building a great practice. And this is one of my favorite quotes. The winds of grace are always blowing, but it is you who must raise your sails. Okay, so we will just scroll down a little and it is just telling you about the beginners that will come into this page and that it is for people who have never done yoga before to make it easier. And I don't want anyone to get all caught up in thinking that you can't learn some really amazing things in yoga unless you study for years and years. You can learn. It is not horribly difficult to do beginner level yoga. Of course, if you want to advance to harder poses. It takes time and practice, but you need a great teacher, so that is very important. Anyway, my site will go into so much detail and I really want you to go through each of the videos. There are probably 70 of them and go through them and read through the pages and, and get as much that you can out of each of it. So I also have beginner and intermediate and advanced videos which I will be having links to in most of the pages that are showing these. And I will give you links to these in the description in the YouTube video. And as you can see, you can go through and see which one of these would be good for you. And again, just pause your video if you want to read through any of this. And it says follow me as I lead you through more enlightening information. And here is the Chopra center logo. I am a Deepak Chopra Center Ayurveda teacher. I learned directly from Deepak chopra back in 1998 and I still teach his courses in Ayurveda. And then all of this is basically links to many of the different pages that I have. But as I said, I will be going through each page in this whole series and you will be able to go into every one of of these areas and I will see you in the next video.
