Hello again. This is Gisele Toner, and we are now at the page for different yoga positions. So this is just a place where you can go to add various variety, different poses to your practice. And some of them are not very hard to do. Some of them are a little bit more difficult. But I will scroll down again so you can take a look at these different poses and see if you want to add any of them into your current yoga routine. Or if you've never done them before, just try to put them in there. But I do recommend that you already have some yoga experience before you just go and try a new position. So make sure that you're getting the basics first and then you can go into different positions. So I'll scroll down and you can take a look and see if any of these are good for you. So again, it's various pictures of positions in yoga for you to add to your daily practice. So I'm going to scroll down and you can just read and take your time and pause your video whenever you need to. And here are the credits for all the pictures. And so I want you to take a look at these different credits, because that is important when you're using pictures from the Internet and you want to give credit to the people who posted these pictures. And there you have it. So we'll go back to the top of the page. And again, as I said, hopefully you were able to pause your video and you can just check through these different positions. Okay, so that's the conclusion of this page, and I will see you in the next video.
