Hello again, everybody. It's Giselle Toner. And we are back again with the Eternity Yoga website videos. And today we're going into the many facets of Hatha Yoga. So Hatha Yoga, as it says here, can be quite overwhelming and confusing to someone new who's trying to figure out the differences between all the many aspects of the practice. So there are many different things that go on in the yoga community and in the yoga world that sometimes makes it seem very, very difficult. But I don't want it to be difficult. I'm going to be breaking things down. It's a very easy to understand concept. So let's go through this page. I will scroll down slowly and you can just pause it as we go along and read through this. And then at the bottom is my Eternity Yoga's dvd, which is a intermediate advanced yoga routine. I will put a link to this if you would like to have a digital copy. This is for people who are already pretty well versed in the yoga practices. I wouldn't recommend this for a beginner, but I would definitely recommend it for someone who has been doing yoga for a while and wants to go a little bit deeper and a little further in their practice. And so, again, this was the page on Hatha Yoga, and we will go into the next page soon. Thanks for watching.
