Foreign. This is Giselle Toner. And we're back again with the sharing of the Eternity Yoga website video. So what I'm doing here is I'm taking videos now of all the pages on my website for you to be able to go through and view and take your time with to really read through everything. What I will be doing is scrolling down and then going through some of the things that I think are very important. But you could always stop and pause your own video just to take your time to read through everything. I will go through this page and then I will go back again and go through some of the links, because there are links on this page. I will be verbally going into the link, telling you what they are. And then we can do a video on the separate pages. So this one is beginning yoga, the start of your incredible journey. And this just talks about the beginners when they start getting into yoga. And what I will do is just scroll down slowly and then you can just pause your video whenever you want to to read through. So we're at the bottom of the page now I'm going to scroll back up again and then I will take you through each of these links. So as you can see, the links are underlined. So what this one is is in reference to Hatha Yoga and it just says Hatha Yoga is what we will be covering. And you can read a little bit more about it here. So I will be able to click on this to come to the new page. You won't be able to do that because you're looking at a video Most likely on YouTube. So if I click here, it is going to take us to the Hatha Yoga page. And so once again I will go down and you can pause your video whenever you want to to read. Okay, so I'm going to go back to the top. And that was the Hatha Yoga page. So now I'm going to go and click on some of these links. So this one is for pranayama, and pranayama is breathing techniques in yoga. So again, I will scroll down and you can pause your video whenever you want to touch. Okay, so I will scroll back to the top and I'm going to exit full screen. And I will go back to the first page here. And so we went into the Hatha Yoga page. We're going to go into the basic yoga poses page now. And this basic yoga poses page is basically where you're going to see all of the basic yoga poses. So again I will scroll down slowly and you can stop it and read about them as we go down. And so now we're coming down to almost to the bottom. We're going into a little bit more and then I will scroll to the top. So again as I go through this, feel free to pause your screen to continue reading. So this is the yoga positions for beginners. And I am going to go back to this page. And then from the yoga positions we can go down to the history of yoga. And I will scroll down again. It's and I will go back to the top of this page. And so now I am going to go back to this original page. And we went to the basic yoga poses. We saw that the history of yoga, we'll go to the eight limbs of yoga now. And this is a history of the eight limbs of yoga. So again, feel free to stop scrolling and pause and you can read through all of this. And we will go back to the top. Go back to this page. And we just saw the eight limbs of yoga. We're going to go into this next link here. And this is just positions for beginners. And these are just the best ones to get you started. So I will scroll down and you can read it and I will scroll back to the top. So as I said as I go through, just pause your screen and you can read through everything. And let's go back here now. And now we have free beginners video clips. Now this page will give all of the different links to different free yoga videos. They're short videos. Each one of these is already on my YouTube channel. So I'm going to go through and basically in the description I will give you the links to all of these because all of these are already on my use my YouTube page. And all you would need to do is just go to the certain area in my YouTube channel. And it is all of these are here are on there. So I will give you the the links. So back to the top of the page. And we will now go to the section where there are yoga mat reviews. So I'll just scroll down here. That is the page on yoga mats which is very important. Yoga mats are very important. You have to have a good mat. And so now we will go into yoga equipment page. And this just gives you information on certain things that you might use to help you in your practice. Okay, let's go back to the top. And we will go down to a little bit more. Now these are the sun citations and I'm going to click on this link. And now this will bring you to my YouTube channel where you will actually be able to see the beginner video which is the sun citations. And again, I am going to put links in the description so that you can go in and see exactly where these are. And these are all on my Eternity Yoga YouTube page, which is where you are right now. It's just in a different section. And so that would be the sun citation. Moon citations are also really great. And this just gives you diagrams of what each pose looks like. Now this is just the names of the poses that are in a moon citation. And then here is the actual diagram. So the moon citations would start off at the top and then this is the next pose and the next, next, next. And all of these poses go in in succession and landing right back to the top. So you will look at this one, do that pose, do that one next. Then we do the star. That would be a triangle and then going down the floor, coming back up again. So that would be your moon citation. And that is just a diagram of all the different ones that you can do. And after the moon citations, we go to meditation. So the meditation page is very in depth and you can read all through this. So take your time, pause your video and go through and just read all of this. So meditation is a very, very integral part of of the practice. But you do need instructions. So I'm going to click on this link here which gives basic instructions it. So hopefully you were able to click on your pause button, see that you can read all of that. I'm going to close some of these links here. I'm going to open so many of them and then I'm going to go back to the beginning. And now pranayama is the techniques. Pranayama is what is known as different yoga breathing techniques. Over here in all these different links, it gives you different meditation or rather different breathing techniques. So breathing techniques are pranayama and each one of them is different. Some of them are easy and some of them are very difficult. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to have you breathe just normally. Nice inhale and nice exhale. But know that with pranayama techniques, each of these different breathing techniques is very different and it does take instruction. So you will need to read through each of these different breathing techniques and really get to learn what each of them are for and what they do. So I'm going to go through slowly through this page. You can pause and then just read through it. And then when we get down to the links, I will click through each link. So here's the first link, learning more about Pranayama and the breathing ratio chart here is Ujjayi breathing. You can pause this video and read through. And then I will go back. Now this next one here is Ujjayi breath. And I'm going to teach you this next one which is Nadi Shodhana. And again pause it as we go through and read through. Here is another one here which is the Loma Pranayama. And we will go back to the top and go back to this next one here, which is Astrika. Again, feel free to please pause and read through. I will continue to scroll. Okay, and now I'm just going to close some of these other links here. And now we will go to the next link which is Kapalabhati. And again I will scroll through. Please pause and read it. Okay, so I went through all the links for several different Pranayama breathing techniques. And I'm going to click off of these and go back to beginning yoga page, which is where all these links were. Right. So I believe that we went through every link that was on the beginning yoga page. And so I will end this video and then we will continue on with more of the pages. See you in the next video. Have a great day.
