Hello again, everyone. This is Giselle Toner. We are continuing with the Eternity Yoga website videos and this page is about Power Fusion Yoga. What is it? So Power Fusion Yoga is my yoga brand and I teach classes. I also do teacher trainings. What Power Fusion Yoga is is actually a combination of a lot of wonderful poses and styles that is geared towards beginners all the way to advanced.
