A short video by Giselle Toner introducing moon salutations (Chandra Namaskar) as a calming, empowering counterpart to sun salutations. The speaker describes a diagram of the sequence, recommends planning practices around the moon’s phases (especially full moon) using a calendar link, and closes with a brief sign-off.

Hi, it's Gisele Toner, and we are at the Eternity Yoga website videos. And this is the page on yoga moon citations. Now, we all know that there are some citations, but there are moon citations that are amazing. And so moon citations, also known as Chandra Namaskar, are a soothing yet empowering variation and counterbalance to classical sun salutations. So I'm going to scroll through. Please feel free to pause your video so that you can read through this. And then, as you can see, there's a diagram here that shows you all the different positions of the moon citation. So you start at the top and then you go down to each of these, and then you wind up at the top again. And there is something here that says, plan your future moon citations. Follow the moon's cycles and phases and use this calendar to see any date, past, present or future. Well, you will not see the calendar here because it is a live link and I do not have that available on this page at this moment. But you can just go into any calendar and just plan your moon citations for the full moon. And that would be really great. All right, so I will see you in the next video.
