Abdul Rahim, a student director at Stripe, shares why he joined a career training program late and how it's building his project management skills toward PMP certification. He talks about gaining confidence and practical knowledge he didn't expect to find.
My name is Rahim. I'm working as a student director in company called Style. So to this info career training actually I joined in the very last minute so my friend was following for a week but I in the last minute I made the decision. Now I'm thinking it's a very good decision because sometime back with BMP my experience is sometime back five years back I started preparing okay my own then but I didn't make any progress on that. So this time I think if I would have joined sometime back five years back definitely this time I made some progress. Additional progress in my career. Yes. Now what whatever I am doing in my work environment, I am hearing the terms of all project terms and all these things and we are following many of such processes. So now after this training I feel like very comfortable in handling the office project related things. But apart from that I have a confidence that I can complete the PMD in next two months. So that's my target. So I like the way you focus on our searches in PMP so that that gives more confidence in us that will achieve that target. I mean the PMP certificate, that's all.
