So I'm currently working in Happiest Mind Technologies as a technical project manager. So when I was working in a project Basic, I was little like can say lack of project management knowledge.

So I was literally inexperienced on few things. So I queried with one of my colleague, Nurat, I believe you're aware of him. So he told me about the certification. I was already aware about the certification, but I was not sure how to prepare the certification. So he told me about the institute where he has prepared, how he has done it and what are what help that he will he has got from you. So that's the reason I also searched in YouTube as well as well as in Google about the reviews and feedback. So where I have checked, most of the people or folks have given you a good review. From that I got the confidence, then I contacted, then I got enrolled in Info Carrier. I'm really sure about that. During the first class in the introduction, okay, I was not sure how does the project start, how does it initiate? I don't have any idea on that. So at that time in the introduction class, the explanation, the reasons, everything that was given to me during the class, it was like a new world to me. So I was introduced with the project management aspects, be it stakeholder engagement, be it communication, IT cost management, everything was in detail the current curriculum. And also they have introduced me to few wordings from project management which I was not aware like the progressive elaboration. I was not sure what exactly it was or what exactly it is previously. But I am, I have learned about those words like rolling web planning and all those things. So these, those words were very new to me at that time. So I studied it. Basically the course was all about like one and a half months I think. And each weekend we are like we are learning like two new chapters or two new PMBOK process or the work areas. I have initially given like one week for each chapter to get it complete from the scratch to end. And after each chapter completion, what I used to do is I used to give mock exams in the ICLE portal and I will only give one try only to check how much knowledge I have gained. Be it pass, be it fail. Okay, I used to check if I failed the exam, I used to check what are the incorrect answers that I have given. Then I used to correlate with the work that I am doing, the knowledge I have gained, I used to do that. And every time when I complete those curriculum, I used to share the details with you so you can have correct understanding what I am going through with the certification, basically. So it went to till December. I was initially planning to get it completed like by first week of December, but due to some uncertain reason or maybe some financial reason, I was not able to do it. But around like end of December, I went on a leave, okay? I went to my family and it halted my preparation for like two to three weeks, okay? And I was not sure what to do. And I was like, I'm forgetting the concepts and everything. So what I did is when I came back from holiday, okay, first I thought, like, I have to set a date first so I can choose, try to complete it by that time. Otherwise if I don't set the date, I would be very loose in, in learning, in doing exams and all that. So what I did is first I took the membership, then I booked the exam, okay? And when I did that, I got exact date, like by 31st of Jan, I will be appearing for the exam. I have like 15 to 20 days of time to complete a whole chapter, the whole book. Then I could I will appear for the examination. But right now what, what happened is I was preparing for the examination or the certification, but there were like personal things that is going on with my life, like have to look after my kid. And also the company which I was working right now, the project which I was working for, it got completed. So I was on bench as well. Okay? So there are few things which are completely going on my mind, what to do. So it has affected my preparation a little bit. But still I was giving my effort to learn more, to understand more, okay? So slowly and steadily, I believe I have catched up with all the chapters. Along with that, I think you are also conducting like two hours of mock session, Jacob sir as well. So that was also very helpful. So he was asking questions, he was revising the chapter. So I'm getting the gist of it, like how much I'm lagging in preparation. So I got that idea as well. So when, like, I believe, tend to know, I believe when seven days were left for the examination, I contacted you, like, I want to give the mock exam first, okay? So he told me what I had to do. So what I did was I just took three to four days first to read the whole chapter once again from scratch to end, okay? When I finished that up, I first gave the exam. One mock exam where I have scored, I think 63, 65%. I don't remember, okay? Then the next day I gave another exam, okay? Where I scored 61%. Okay? So I took I think one day of time, okay, to once again read it from the scratch, okay? When I read it from the scratch till the end, then I gave another exam, okay? And I scored 75% for the third mock. I only gave three mock exam, that's it, Nothing else. And whatever wrong answers I gave over there, I always try to read those answers like what I am going wrong, where I am going wrong, basically what should be the option that I have to select and all those things. So it gave me a brief idea like what to do in the exam where we have to like take some time to solve those answers. So it gave me all over a summary of all those questions. And I believe I was prepared, okay? Mentally I was very much prepared that I will be able to clear by looking at the exam results. So during the day of the exam, I got up very early morning because of tension and all. And what I did was I did not study at all. I left as it is, because if I try to study once again, it will cuss in my mind. So I did not do that at all. I simply get up, did my household chores, Then I went to the study center over there. Initially for, I think for 15 minutes before the exam. I was little nervous that how would be the questions, will it be very difficult? Will it be very easy? And all those things was coming up in my mind. But later on I just give a sight relief and I entered the exam hall and started answering the questions. It was amazing because there were few questions, okay, which came up and I believe I already answered those question in the mock exam only. So there were. I don't know how, but it. Those questions are very similar to the mock exam where I have given in the Isle Portal. And I believe those questions already helped me mock exam as well in the actual exam, okay? So I only took, I believe the exam was basically like four hours, okay? But I only took three hours of time to complete the whole exam. So when I was submitting the exam at that time, I saw only one hour still there I can go through once again. But I did not do that, I just submitted it. Then I waited and I saw that I passed the exam. So initially I did not believe literally whether I literally pass or what exactly it is. So I went to the counter, the reception area and I asked them is mentioned as pass, that means I already passed. So I said, yeah, it's mentioned, it's passed, that means you have already passed. But there was another clause that they will recheck again with like video cameras and how my Movements were and all those things. So I was little nervous at that time. So. So when I came back home, I called you once again to check like what does this mean literally. So as you have cleared past so not to worry about that. So I left as it is. And by that time like by night I got my result, the scorecard where I'm logging in and I saw like I have passed the exam above target. So it was not below target, not good. It was above target. So I was literally happy. And because of this certification it opened a new world for me. After that I'm getting numerous calls for multiple job offers. Okay. And currently I'm. I'm having like three offers in hand with a very good package and in a very big company. So this preparation, this certification, it does help me a lot. And with your support with ICliff support teachers that have helped me clear my doubt, it have given me an immense pleasure to complete my certification and it also helped me to improve my career path as well. Yes, sure, sure. So initially when I started searching outside my organization, I was not getting much opportunities. As soon as I completed my PMP certification and updated in few of the portals all are getting flooded. If you see every day I'm getting like five to six calls for a technical project manager or project manager role and I'm. I gave like multiple interview user as well right now and I got three offers already and in very big company and one company is my dream company as well. So I was literally happy with that. About the preparation, I would say you don't have to refer any book, any book at all. The isolate portal is sufficient to clear the exam. So you will get the correct exam questions, you will get the correct curriculum, you will get the correct definition. Everything is there. You don't have to refer anything. I have seen most people refer examination guide and all those things but I believe I tried to read those but I did not feel that I have to go through because I only prepared with the ICLE portal. That's it. Nothing else. That's all for the PMP aspirin they have to go through.
