On the behalf of Info Career we congratulate you for this PMP achievement and I just want to hear from you how did this journey started and what are the challenges you face and then how you overcome? Okay, and before you start just share little about you, what you do and then how did this motivation came for you to do this course? Okay, and then just let tell us your journey and then whenever it's required I will ask your questions. Okay?

Yeah, go ahead.

Okay. So myself Agnal Bernard, I come from an I T background. I started my career in HCL as a L1 analyst. Then I got interest towards management. I did my MBA and then I shifted my career to Nokia and I'm working as a project management office manager, PMO manager in Nokia. So this is my career journey and I overall I have close to seven to eight years of experience both in technical field and some what in management field as well. So the reason why I wanted to do PMP is it was very much important from the industry, from my seniors as well as from my colleagues who have already completed and they were growing up in the organization for which I thought this is the time that I wanted to complete my PMP exam and researching how to do the pmp. I had many options in the online portals, you know, free videos and free lessons that they were taken. But one of my friend who have already completed in Info Career recommended me to take a course here and then he said that by the time that I complete my mock exam with Info Career I'll be able to get ready for a PMP suit. So that's how I came to know Info Career. And so I, I got engaged with you sir. The beginning and by end of December 2023 is where I started my session. So now coming to how the journey of PMP study that went with Info Career. So it was a very superb experience. It's like never I've experienced in other academics that I have completed. So it was a clear cut, you know I would say clear cut curriculum that was designed for a very layman who can, who wanted to know about management and who wanted to work in, I mean complete the PMP certificate. He can go through this curriculum and he can do it. So that's my one feedback for how the curriculum was there and how we engaged at the beginning sir. And you know first of all I wanted to start apologizing. My commitment was to complete in two months but I took almost five months and I mean I have some personal Reasons like I've told you multiple times that I got engaged into a new project which was business critical and I had to work 11 to 12, sometimes 14 to 16 hours a day to come concentrate on the project. By the time that I reached May is when I got little free from my project activities, my office activities and I can concentrate on studies more, more diligently. So until then I was only completing, you know, going through those recorded videos and sessions only on weekends. But I mean, at least my personal target was to complete before April. But because of so and so reasons I had to complete it. But I really wanted to complete before June started. So that's why I pushed to complete by end of May. Okay, so having said that about me, I'm. I'm very average student during my school days and college days. To me if I get a pass mark of 40 to 50%, that is a big achievement. But thanks to Info Career I was able to score above target and I was able to, you know, attend the exam without any fear. So, so that was one good thing or one, you know, one benefit of doing all the mock test that was planned from Info Career. So finally, the last two weeks was very crucial and as I said in the earlier time because of the curriculum was so designed, if I have to do a refresh or review, I can only read the headers of all the topics and immediately the topic gets to my mind what this topic is about, what it is talking and I move on to the next one. So I don't have to read through the entire list of path paragraphs, sentences, nothing like that. I only read through the highlights or the headers of the topics. I was able to grasp what is this topic topic talking about. And then I was able to proceed forward. And that's how even in the exam it was really easy to, you know, quickly look through which one was the answer, which one would be the apt answer, how they would judges from the PMP point of view. And yeah, exam was very much easy that within timelines I was able to complete it. So that was a complete success story.

Thank you. Thank you Bernard. And thanks for sharing that. And how was this exam? The you already said about the. The content. So is it in line with PMI exam? Whatever it is there any, any improvement which you see, whatever knowledge transfer, the journey of practices and then going to the exam. Do you find any improvement or any suggestion for us?

So the exam was easier than the mock exam, sir. So I would say if I am good with the mock exam, I would easily can Clear the PMP exams. So exam was a bit easy more towards the agile methodology and people management was the main focus points in the exams which we experienced. And yes it was as I said it was very much easy. When I looked to a question I was able to see what was the issue statement and immediately which of the four answers which will be the right item. A project manager will decide. So if you want to be PMP certified, what is your way up approach? Not as a regular manager mindset, you should be having a servant leadership mindset. So with that approach the exam was very easy to identify answers and quickly was able to complete it.

That's because of practice.

Thank you for endorsing that. And yeah you there is a five month journey. Okay so there are certain day to day challenges or work life balancing and when you go through this entire curriculum you would have been seeing that there will be some transformation in the way of you working. Okay, so it's not only just exam, there'll been a certain changes people would have been experienced or you yourself would have been noticed your way of working. So any kind of you saw in the way of your working getting transformed.

Of course, of course sir. I mean as I said this was a very new project and since it was a business, business critical project, I have to complete it. I know I have to deliver my PMO manager role within the time frame before they reached fifth milestone. We have to deliver all those project deliverables. So the best thing I can do was able to do is we completed our sessions in the first month itself. So with that knowledge I was able to implement some of the ideas and ideology of a project manager in the project that I have been handling which ended up for a successful result. I got good praises from my seniors. Even the vice president appreciated the approach that we have taken. All this is combined because of how the sessions were organized and the clear understanding how the project life cycle should happen in an. In a organization. So we do have, as an organization we do have their own methodologies and their own processes of working. But at times of issues is where the project managers get stuck up and they do not know how to immediately get to a solution. So, so, so that's, that's where the trainings have really helped us achieving in this, you know, applying the project manager management processes and understandings in the. In the real life project. So that's how it helped us, helped us. Please help me sir.

Very good. Thank you. Thank you for sharing that. And, and how about you reach meaning the accessibility to reach Info carrier, mentoring team or support team, anything on improvement, what you saw on the support structure, whatever, whether we are approachable.

I mean it's the first expectation that you have set it set up during the first call. Sir, even if we lose track of you, you will not lose track of us. You will come back to us, call us, pester us at least to get the PMP done because it's a commitment that we have shared it at the first day of our training sessions. So personally that really pushed me reaching to my goal. So, so I really appreciate and thank the entire info career team whoever was reaching out to me. Even though I. I let them down that in one month I'll call you in 15 days I'll call you. I still was not able to provide the right timelines because of the personal commitments. But still they didn't, I mean they didn't go back, they didn't leave me just like that. So they came back and they really helped me achieving this. Even with the application process, even if I wanted to reach out to you as a mentoring session or a quick 5, 10 minutes call how to proceed from where I was. So everything was you know, as, as a. And for process it was managed very well. So, so, so I appreciate the entire team for that.

So yeah, okay. So for PNP aspirants, I mean I should say that this is a course that is worth taking. You know, we spend too much of items in our personal requirements. Houses, buildings, food and everything. This is considering how much we spend over a year, this is, this can be a very small investment to go for a training as well as go for an application process and they can complete it. So I would recommend them to consider this investment and you will not regret it once you have made this investment until, you know, until you complete it, you wouldn't regret it. So. So that's my feedback sir.
