I'm Ajay Khandrika. I live in Pune. I'm working as senior project manager at Alligator Automations Private Limited Pune. This pmp I have been think of doing it for the last five years. But due to my workload and all I couldn't able to continue this journey. And I thought that this time it is high time that I have to do that one. So then I searched the pmi Org and for the eight years authorized City partners way to sake and all. Then I got to know about Info career. Then I have seen the reviews and everything. I was very much impressed about all the reviews and all. So I thought that I'll have a chat with you and I have called you. Then the first I remember the my all some of my colleagues they have already done the training from other ats. But they did not give the exam for the six months. Eight months like that. So I was very much worried. But because PMP might be very hard. So that's why they are not giving. So how to go about this one I was very much apprehensive. But then when I. When I went through the first class of yours, that introduction class then I was very much confident that this I may I will be able to clear that one. Because there as you know the first class you told that don't refer any other books or standards. Refer only our study material and our mock test. So at that time I got. I was very much happy for to hear that. Because I have seen the standard. But setting the standard and remembering everything in a standard is very difficult. Because my friends had that same problem. They were telling the sir, our mentors have told that you read the standard and we are not able to find time to read that one. And once we read also we. We. We are not able to remember. And I'm not confident that I can give the exam. So like that many dialogues I have received from my colleagues and my juniors and all. So once when you told that no, don't refer any standard and everything. I was very much happy and I was very much confident that okay, this time I'm. This might be a chance for me to complete that one. Then after that we have done the classes and all then the classes were very good mentors. Yuva sir, Natajan sir, Rao sir. They were explained everything and the city meter was very good. The one thing is what I got to know from my friends. I told this to my friends also. We had discussion. Then they also told the same thing. That's very good. We couldn't. We didn't know about info career because here in Pune we don't have Chennai alderman. So that's why they were not able to do that one. So I told them this is what my mentor has told me. Don't refer anything. We'll go with the standard with our city meter only. And the steady material was very good. And then I was very much confident after studying that. No, I have. I can do that one and mock test also for every in. For every topic we had mock tests in beginner level, intermediate level and advanced level. And then after each process we had that domain exams also process people and business. And then we had that mock test for the full exam. So this was the curriculum and this syllabus was very good. The way you have given this PMB program that is very good.

Improve how do you that is more than sufficient? Because in you know that in mock test and all I got only 60 to 70% only in 2, 3 mock test I got above 70. Otherwise it was 60 to 70 only I got. So I was very much nervous at that time. What is this? I'm getting only 60%. Is it sufficient to clear that exam and all Then you told me now it is our will be somewhat on a harder level than the PMP when I went so I was a bit nervous to be frankly speaking up to that exam also I was very much nervous. I have shared with you I was Will it be sufficient what I learned and what we have done the mock test and all what the marks I got Is that knowledge sufficient or like that? And also I was very much worried about remembering the things once if I just think what is risk And I couldn't able to recollect everything in the whatever we have learned now Everything I couldn't recognize then I was very much nervous. What is this? I can't remember anything. Will it be. Will I be able to do the exam rightly or not? Once I. When when we had a call before the exam then you told that it is like that only once you sit in the exam it will be automatically come to you. Whatever you have learned like that you have told me and you have really helped me at that point. Otherwise I. I don't think I would have been the able to clear that. But once I sat on the exam what you have told me that us is on a harder level the exam mark test. That is correct, sir. PMP I did not find that it's not not as tough as that one. We got a little bit harder mock tests only to be frankly speaking PMPs. I I thought that it is somewhat okay not I once I saw that then it was okay. But still I had a bit behind that we like clear or that but still I clear it.

Very good. Very good. Thank you Astrid. And what did you learn in this journey? And so this journey a lot of things would have been changed in your way of working the day to day things. How did you reflect it?

In our day to day activities, in our job profile and everything we know we don't do these many what you call the process and all we know this should be done but in other this thing I know this is not required or this is not required like that not all the processes and all the will not be done by any company. I don't think because whatever I have in this 20 years of experience is my six companies I have changed but I don't think we'll have all these things. So the knowledge of project management when you see with the global standards and all we I don't think that we had that that level of knowledge before this one. But once we started this PMP and the knowledge areas what we have learned and what are the topics we have learned we got to know that this also can be done. This, this should be done. But we are not doing that in our job profile and all. So that was very much there because this is mainly due to even the clients also are not bothered about that. And our management, our company also policies and all are so not aligned to that distinctive. We need to do this do this. Everybody wants to know that okay, equipment has applied, this was installed, then it was running. Performance is good, that's sufficient like that only. But nobody was going into the deeper processes. So this has changed my perspective now I got to know that oh this should be done after this. This should be done after this. This should be done the steps what should be done as per project project management principles that I got to learn now. So now I implement. I'm starting to implement at my workplace also the same thing in my company also.

You have explained you in the sense info career all the traders and betas you have explained now it was. This is very simple here. Why didn't we do it beforehand We. I got to know that one. I felt like that this is very what you have the way you have explained and the that's a critical process also you have explained A very simple way that I got to know. I felt that. All right, this is very simple. Why didn't we implement it beforehand? Why didn't they do it beforehand? So that way I feel very. In many areas I felt like that.

Very good, very good. So what do you want to say to PMP aspirants? People who want to take PMP exam? What do you want to PMP exams?

Yes. Study the study material, listen to the classes very well. Must have been one in concentration and then study the material all the ppts and either ebooks and all what have been given in road to success. Read that, give the mock test and don't worry about it. You'll clear it.

Don't worry about it. That is my advice because I. I felt like that now. So I know now. No, no. If we read all the things and we do the mock test. Good. I don't think we need to be afraid of anything Exam.

Yeah, once I clicked submit then from that time up to I came back that two, three minutes the time gap what I in that I was very much nervous. I want. Okay, we have done good but as result we don't know what we have done or anything. So that was very much nervous and I was very much afraid what will happen because I have read everything. But going through all this process again will be very cumbersome and then it will vary this one. So I was very much nervous and then I wouldn't be cleared and all I just came out. Then the test center person he told that okay sir, it's completed. Okay, I'll just see like that he told and then give the printout. He took the print out and then he told me sir, congratulations, you have cleared. Then I was very much relieved at all. I just sat down. I just sat down for two, three minutes. I just there and then I told him thank you. And then I was very much happy. I called up my parents, I called up my wife. I called, I sent a message to you. So I was very much happy at that time. But the 2, 3 minutes nervousness was. The tension was unbelievable. After a long time I got that much attention.

That's a new experience, new feeling that you cannot, you can only enjoy that.

That yes, we can express it. But I think everybody will feel that.

Yes, whatever.

How much time you have, how many Times you studied or how many mock tests you do. But still that tension will be there at that time for the two, three minutes. It will be there for anybody.

I have done eight certification. All eight certification. I have that feeling. Okay, one more. I'm going going far. And then again I will have same experience. Okay, I'm not done well as a student. We'll be reacting student only. Very good, very good. And please convey our regards to your family members. It will not be possible. But because this, okay, this, that the classes everybody will will do that one steady material. I don't think all people will do that one. Because whatever my colleagues had, they did not have that city material and all they had only the classes. And then they used to study the standard. So that's what they have gone through. So this study material is the added bonus added value for you. And then this mastermind, these two things were a highlight of the of your this program course content.
