Myself Anifma Ratluri. I am currently staying in Bangalore. I work for Biocon Biologist Liquid. I am leading commercial project management team in quality. I have more than 15 years live experience in project management. Still I felt that completing the PMP will give add on advantage and knowledge for me to implement the systems my daily work and in my job profile. Because job profile requires daily upgradation of the systems. So as a part of the upgradation I felt PMP I need to complete my PMP through my friends I came to I came across the Info Career about Info career and as soon as I'm when I plan to join I just contacted Info career and and they told what are the procedures how they are going to help me and guide me to complete my PMP exam Here in when I come to PMP the 2 in info career When I approach Info career Whatever they promised in the day one it has been delivered till day last. Whatever they told the steps what they will follow it has been followed. And this had helped me in completing my PMP here. I'm so happy that from day one GL Shekar sir is there. Lashmi Sekar sir was Thereoni told her PMP you are certified. That positive approach has made me more gave more confidence to me. Still the confidence what the day one I got it has helped me and I started coaching or I can started the classes from with Algo GS Checker sir and it has went well as per plan they told these are the what we are going to do in this in this three weeks time that is 40 hours whatever is there whatever time we are going to take that 40 hours this is the plan we are going to follow. And they inserted exactly you follow what we say definitely on before 120 days you will get a GFP you will get a PAP certificate. Shekhar sir has helped me to overcome the struggle understand the things how how to approach the syllabus whatever prescribed for PMP in between nitrogen sir was there for a few sections. Like Ajay and all he helped me out every weekend classes that is highlight for Info career without any irrespective of the which level you are there or you are there in 40th day or you are there in second day. The Saturday, Sunday, Saturday class has helped us a lot. Because to refresh the thing what I have done in the whole last week and every day. That question that they send From InfoTech that one question on PMP that is highlight thing which I answered most of the 80% time whenever I receive message I answered 20% I missed because of the office work or holidays when I out of session that time I missed remaining 80% I have approached. That gives the added advantage for us to test our memory whether we are there on track or not. That is a one different approach which I've seen in Info career and following up. Whether when you are writing the PMP exam, are you ready? How much level you have completed your question answer section in Infolee ICD section. This follow up has helped me a lot to guide myself and take a guide. Due to the guidance from the info career team. I guided myself and I try to approach my target. And finally as committed I completed my PMP the day of exam and three days before the exam. I felt that to be honest, my father is behind me that you have to do like this. You approach like this. This is the way the guidance which has been given. I think no institute. I've seen my son as studying. I've seen many people studying institute. I never seen this special care to each and every candidate and guiding them with videos, audio and over the phone. See. I have seen being a company in a company I'm working from last 12 years or 15 years. I've seen lot of vendors who come and train. They train and they go up. After that if you call also they will not respond. But here it is entirely different. We are not responding to their calls. Info career calls most of the time. But still they follow up and make the things done for us. In last three days exam followed up me and he every morning and evening he tried to collect information. How much I prepared, how I wrote the gold pack, how was the percentage whether I reviewed or not. I used to take my answer section. How many in partitions he used to get the data and used to analyze and guide me to the next paper. How we have to write, how much preparation is required. This and all that happened thanks to the info career and thanks to Lashmi Sekhar sir and Natarajan sir and sir especially Sekhar sir. I am very much thankful to you to guide me to achieve this goal. And you are supporting team. They are excellent teams that they keep me on my toes telling that sir, you have to write your exam. It is the date for your exam. You have to write your exam. Are you completed? What is the feedback you want to give for us? Any improvement required? This is the support team has given a lot of information to me and I have given my feedback to them. But to be honest, there is no negative feedback. Because everything is positive. I cannot tell that have to discover new things to tell negative here this kind of what they call coaching or educational approach is there in remaining things Definitely things will change in education system this approach needs to be there in especially for this kind of PMP and all studies this kind of approach is compulsory so that people get interest in doing these kind of courses. The gold back what we have given is given as 240 minutes I wrote the gold back in 180 minutes and Iast is 210 minutes I wrote but when I try to duplicate the same in the exam but to be Honest I answered 188th question at 2/30 minute because maybe size of the question is big or the approach which I followed is wrong I don't know But I felt the time whatever Frame we have 240 minutes I think so it needs to be planned well that guidance we need sir, that's all because 180 question though I wrote past 60 minutes 60 questions I wrote but by the time reaching to 1 80th question it becomes 230 minutes means it is very neck to neck maybe preparation difference may be there but still I felt that yes, this is this time improvement we need to improve from my end I don't know others, other colleagues, other people who are trying out I don't know But I felt that this time difference how to adjust we have to initiate One thing short I appreciate the PMA the have written I have done my distance education, MBA Pharma management But the examination center which I used to go it is too much crowdy and though it is very strict too much crowdy cleanliness, nothing but the PMA has given a good environment for the people to write the exam we never felt that we are in an examination hall the so silent peace of mind so made the things happen that's easy.
