This is a YouTube video titled "How Babu Manivelu 's Passed the PMP Exam? | PMP Success Story #pmp #chennai #infocareer" containing a detailed English conversation between Babu Manivelu and an interviewer (Speaker B). The discussion centers on Babu's three-month journey preparing for and passing the PMP exam, including his study strategies, challenges, and advice for PMP aspirants. The video also highlights the support from Info Career and emphasizes continuous learning and mentorship. The content is a testimonial-style interview focused on professional certification success.
So the journey I would say no it's been three months journey though I feel it is too crisp and short in the way I started this journey in the month of February with the support of alumni of Info Carrier. Through him only I got an opportunity to enroll myself in the Info career. So this is about the network with Info Carrier. So about myself I am Babu. I'm currently it means recently last week I joined Vistas before that I worked in Hitachi. So I have over 10 years of experience in project management field as well as Lean implementation field and these two field I have experience so so I would say you know through the 10 years I have worked in both Waterfall as well as Agile. In Lean I we have used Agile but not like it sector level but on a tailor made level. So this is about the introduction towards project management and the way we work using them project management tools and technologies. So as I said you know I got an opportunity to know about Info Career in February I enrolled in. I enrolled on February first week and the session started from February mid to to March mid It was a five day session. It was really good because you know coming back to classroom and attending with the team and clarifying our doubts and our unlearning and relearning that process was really good because the PMP says no you should be well versed with you know vocabulary so that statements it's keep on coming up every time when I go through book or even time and I see any questionnaires or equation equations. So that vocabulary is a statement that I would like to emphasize more because that statement gives the difference between adaptive predictive and hybrid that is very important because of the current face of transition that is by PMI because everything is changing now. So that part is very important. And I completed and I submitted my application in the month of March and I got my approval in the first week of April. So this is till the stage of application submission. I thought of completing my PMP in mid of April. That's what my goal initial goal but due to some personal reason it is extended till it was extended till yesterday. So this so in this period I what I would say you know the two must last two months was a important period for me especially the continuous learning and the continuous exam preparation and scenarios how to see the scenarios and the weekend interactions and interactions with mentors, various mentors and these are all like various area wise not gold back. These are all till variabase. So till area wise the numbers are showing good because we know we accomplished one area and we appear it the number will give a good result but the real task is only the begins after attempting Gold back. So gold back I attended in in the April I got good score. So based on your advice I've submitted I have fixed the slot to apply the examination based on the availability in the first week of May and through the support of Incap Info Carrier everything was done and smoothly to the start fixing and everything. And I appeared after two weeks because the Agile. You asked me to refer the agile again to inculcate the knowledge more on Agile. So I took two weeks time to prepare Agile and appeared mock Gold Pack 2 in the first week of the 1st of May and I got score good score. Then you set you know, decline enough move on to next back now. Now the Himalaya become even more higher because of the next back that is five full mark exam. Then the name of the back is titanium now so that is even more the word is catchy but the task is helpless because I have to undergo every day 180 questions. So that is where the residual stamina mind, knowledge, skill the real testimony of the face of PMP is the last few days from 4th September to till 7th September. So I took four continuous examinations titanium pack and I have that much time to appear. Yes. So each exam after completion I submitted the feedback to you. So you said, you know, review the answers and explanations, understand the gap and improve the gap. So I took every every examinations and reviewed the questions and answers. So it is like last one week was like, you know, the amount of time and amount of effort that put for the preparation and examination and review it is not. I would say it's not easy. But how to do? Because I committed. We committed to appear the PMP examination. So I have to put that effort extra effort. And I did it and got a good back a good feedback from you. And finally the day has arrived yesterday morning and I listened your after woke up and I listened your video note audio notes. It was really good to prepare the mind and be calm and cool and what do you say? Believe in yourself and keep the momentum whatever the phase of knowledge or phase of the understanding that you keep the same thing and appear the examination as if what you have what you undergone the last four days. So I took that advice and appear the examination it was again I would say the atmosphere is different and the safe and the questions I would say it is. It is even more difficult. I would say now won't say only difficult. Even more challenging. The first two phases of two set of questions was easy. The last one was bit challenging. So I took almost close to the close to the time. So I took the entire time I took two breaks as you suggested. So I cooled down my mind. I took some energy through some foods and I took some walk in the corridor in the entrance area. So I just cooled down and stretched out some some of the body so that some some relaxation will be there for body and mind. So yes the three hours completed. Now the moment is even more peak to get the paper from PSN administration people. So they said they greeted with the congratulations. So that shows the sign of achievement that shared with you yesterday along with the info career team as well as my colleagues and my friends. It is it's a big achievement as well as new organization also welcomed with a good note. I completed PMP so it is a good sign to in the life as well as achievements in professional also. So the entire three months I would say thank you to the InfoCare team for the continuous support and mentoring and improving the knowledge and addressing the gap and everything till now. Thank you, thank you.
Thank you for sharing that. And what did you learned in this journey? Okay, this three months whatever you did this little bit different than what you normally used to do. Okay. If you take any challenges or anything what you did in these three months and then what earlier. Okay, what did you take away for.
You in this journey earlier I used to undergo some examinations but the consistency is not constant. There is a inconsistency that I would say I would agree on it. So what I did is I prepared a schedule date wise I just prepared a four sheet with the dates. That's it with a blank sheet. So which shows what I'm going to do or what I have done on that day. So the sheet should be filled with every day so there should not be any inconsistency. So that I show visual based tools. I improved a lot in my workplace. Even still I have that purpose with me so that consistency is the very key for me to upkeep the momentum, upkeep the knowledge and improve the knowledge and skills as well as the weekend sessions and review with you and other mentor mentor team. Those are all very important because feedback session is very important. Earlier I used to undergo any preparation by itself but the feedback may not be there where I should direct my focus shift my focus to channelize to address the improve address and improve the skill gaps. So that was very useful when interacting with the mentors team and analyze the answers and others. So consistency, the skill cap address and directions and knowledge and the support through continuously and if I recently you said no you go through the agile again and again so that I did and last few days back you sent a few videos and some notes that was even more good to understand the agile mindset. So those are all the important points I would like to emphasize compared to previous self preparations.
Thank you. Thank you for sharing that valuable inputs. And what do you want to say to PMP aspirants? People who want to go for it. What do you want to say to them?
I would Definitely I'm recommending InfoCare not now even before onwards because the success rate when I see when I enter the first day I saw the January PMP Achiever Achievers list and February PMP Achiever list that shows more than 20 people so that shows our result. So what we are committing is as a both. Both stakeholders we are committing to complete the pmp we honored it. So that's what I'm keeping. I'm informing to all the one so keep commitment and honor your commitment and get some good mentors in Info carrier. Definitely. So that's. Those are all the inputs I would like to inform or exchange with the PMP aspirants but keep the consistency that is very very important. Keep your day minimum two hours for PMP preparation throughout this journey. Definitely you can able to complete us. You said no 100 hours even less than 100 hours.
Thank you. Thank you for endorsing that anything else you want to share with with aspirants or anything Overall.
Overall now the transformation is. We can't judge because even that is the way BMP is progressing. So which one to refer either 6 or 7 or something else or the entire 10 books. So we don't know. So don't confuse yourself. Just follow the instructions from Info carrier. Just believe and move on.
Sure.
Definitely you will be able to get the good amount of knowledge and understand the basics. That is very important. Once you read the basics. Once you read the question just have a cube we might. We might be having some keywords from the basics and the vocabulary. If we address that one then it's the answer. Actually getting the answer is so easy.
Thank you. Thank you Babu and thank you for joining this call and sharing your experience and also acknowledging the entire journey. Okay. On the behalf of entire info career team we will also we are again congratulating you. Plus not only you please convey our regards to your family members. Without them this is no way it is possible. Okay, so all credit goes to them and please acknowledge on the Behalf of us. Okay. And so please be in communication. We moved you to a new group of people. So please stay there and we'll be sharing you a lot of knowledge sharing session. I think this week also we have a two programs which my people will be publishing you and you can earn PDUs. And if you like any of these pro. These are all one hour one and half hour programs what we conduct. It's a free that itself will fetch you PDUs.
Yes.
And if you like some programs you can enroll for that and then you can get PDUs. Okay. So don't stop learning.
Definitely.
I used to tell in in classes that 10% of your salary should go for knowledge enhancement. Start somewhere then so that you will see we cannot expect things. Okay. Miracles will cost if you try to follow this things.
Yes.
And so we also right now whatever I taught you in the theoretical part. And so right now there are a lot of AI tools. A chatbots are all are there. So we conducted programs for how to implement this in using AI tools. And so just see your calendar and maybe I will tell people to share with you tomorrow I'm conducting on orientation. Okay. Maybe people will share you. If possible you can join and you can see what is possible practically how to implement these things. Okay. And continuously learn. And whether you learn here or outside. Okay. But keep learning is what my definitely invitation. Okay.
Definitely.
Yeah. Thank you. Thank you for joining this call. And it's a honor for us you sharing your experience. Okay. Thank you.
Definitely. Thank you. Thank you. The entire team entering. Definitely. As you informed. You know, I'm keeping my words. I'm. I'm. I'm really interested to learn new things exploring new opportunities down the line. I'm planning for other certification also. Definitely I will plan. I will do it. The continuous improvements and everything to upkeep the interest of learning.
