Hi welcome Gopi and thanks for joining this call and congratulations for your certification and I just want to hear from you how this journey started and then what challenges you face and how did you overcome it. Okay, so just before that just introduce little about yourself and then you can start sharing.

Hi Jilas, my name is Gopinath. I am actually working as a project manager in MRP Industries. So this is overall I have 14 years of experience. So this is the short summary of myself actually I just want to do this PMP certification so I just searched in Google search and I just came.

To know about infocarer even I have.

Searched in a PMI website also since you are an authorized training partner. So I just directly contacted you and I came to know and I've also read the reviews whoever done it, whoever completed the course and it was very impressive. And okay. Then I started registering in Info Carrier then I got all the materials, then I started your classes and the classes are really good and everything is straight to the point. Nothing like here and there or.

And you gave the real examples, everyone.

Gave the real examples and I would like to thank you and Mr. Natarajan who has given a lot of explanations and he has shared his own experience audiences and especially the Agile part really helped me and you know it got.

I got more interested in Agile rather than the waterfall model because previously I thought because on the on the classes I heard a lot of water waterfall model examples they given but at the last four hours, whatever or last eight hours whichever he taught it was really helpful and I got more interested in Agile rather than the waterfall model because waterfall everything is straight and everything is okay but wherever the waterfall model is not identified or wherever the gap is there, there actually this agile model has fulfilled that one. So that is how the hybrid model also I could able to easily correlate and it really helpful not only for my exam because I'm sure that exam.

I can clear and that is not.

The big deal but the knowledge wise I it really helped me because getting the the the from the mentor or from the teacher experienced persons like you so it really helped me a lot. So that is how the.

The journey has started and it has ended.

And so after going through the exam and the content, whatever we are given, is it sufficient or anything Else we supposed to upgrade.

No, it is more than sufficient. I think I got the same questions because the mindset what when I have attended this Golden Pack I think we have come to a mindset like this is how the questions it will be and the questions are more tougher than the exam. So actually that actually really helped me in the exam. Like I completed questions like anything. Because even I have not gone through the all the options straight away. After reading the question the mind says that this is what the answer it will be. And just read that answer by just knowing the keywords you will just find out that keyword and just read that answer and you find that okay, this is this will be the best answer. And in other options under all I just read the the keywords. Okay, this is what okay, then this option will not be there. This option will not be there. And directly I for some of the questions I know that this will be the best answer. Sure. So that 100% is confident that I got after attending the this Golden Pack exam only even the intermediate advanced that also it's really helped me. But this Golden Pack exam was really helpful because everything is an agile and hybrid only fewer from the waterfall model the questions. So actually that really helped me a lot. And you know, to complete the exam also because I have completed some 25 minutes 35 minutes 30 minutes before the exam time. So that actually I mean it really helped me because of this the. The Golden Pack exams are really helped me a lot.

And so finally when you went to the center and then completed all the formality when you saw cleared examination. Okay, so how was that experience and you saw pass on your hand?

Yes, it because since I told you, you know, I I'm sure that I can able to pass and whatever the guidance you have given me so that confidence. I know. I know that I can pass. But how much where are the gaps Everything. And that was a great moment. I can say that. You know, for the. For the past two months, three months we put a lot of hard work because I used to have a habit of every day at least three hours. I used to read like the newspapers and the business articles. But for the past two months I haven't read anything. I just read only the road to project success only hearing the videos and this one. So I'm sure that I could able to pass the exam. So that is not the the big deal. And the knowledge wise, whatever I gathered from you, that actually helped me a lot. And everything is the the real time questions only I just got it and okay. At last I got the certification because I'm not, you know, my aim is not to get the certification because certification anyway I will get because we gathered such a knowledge but how we are applying in the. In the real time scenario that actually matters. And I feel very proud that even I am the part of the pmi. I really appreciate and yeah, and I really thank to you, to Mr. Natarajan, Mr. Taranishwar Rao and your whole team, the info carrier team. So everyone helped me a lot.

And finally, what do you want to tell to the people who want to take this course? Okay, so I used to tell people saying that this course, if you gain, if you do it, you will get 10 to 15 years of expertise.

In just investing 100 hours. So what do you want to say after this journey to the aspirants of who want to have their career in project management?

Yeah, I completely agree. Like whatever you said, now you know your whole experience. Like even after reading so many books that we will not get that much of knowledge. Like whatever you have taught in, in the class or whatever the videos you have given in the road to project success. So that actually really that whatever the examples you have given is based on from your experience or the real time examples only everyone gave. So that actually really helped me to correlate like okay, this is what the concept is and this is how we should apply in our real time example. So that actually really helped me a lot. My suggestion is just like they have to just follow your instructions. That's it. No need to think, even out of box thinking, nothing is required. Just follow your instruction. Like reading, not a reading is also not required. Just hear your videos, be attentive in the class and no need to worry much about the scores, whatever we get in the, in the IC leaf or even in the golden pack. So you have just created a strategy. You have to just follow the process because everything is already set in the place and no need to get nervous or nothing to think more about. Okay, whether I will get pass or fail. No, just follow the process. Your mind will automatically get into that. And when you sit for the example, I mean in the exam time, no need to think, just read the question automatically the mind will tell this is what the answer it will be and just click that and then go automatically the result will come. Because this is a, it's a standard process that you have created and it is very helpful. Like no need to read Any books.

Or nothing like that.

Thanks for sharing that. So that's what I used to tell you. When you do more mock your decision making skill will automatically you can see reflection in your day to day activity. Also you don't think twice or things you just take on actions.

What I saw, What I saw 15 days before, that's not there now. So today it is. It is becoming more advanced level. So instead of telling a course, I just want to make an AI community. Okay. In project management especially, especially on the project management by Now I know 200 tools.

On project management what can make things. And in that 50% you can use free tools itself. Making a difference in your way of working. Even money is not big deal. Each of the tools is costing us just 110$12, something like that. And okay, see you can learn whenever it is, whenever you require, you can just enroll and then you can use for one month. And then again you can discontinue or if you're using continuously, you can continue or else you can use at least for one week. I will tell you each tool how you can add a value for you.
