This is Gayatri Manikandan who is working with Citibank as assistant vice president with 14 plus years of experience. So I have already worked on Agile with with my previous organization HSBC and currently I'm working as a project manager come people manager in the current role. This also helped me to crack this PMP certification. So actually I had a thought that I should do some kind of certification because I planning to move to the next level so I thought I should upgrade myself either technically or do this kind of professional certification. So I was preparing for Python on self learning but still that did not add on some value add ons to my profile. So suddenly on one day my one of my friend who has completed the PMP certification through Info Career so I saw the WhatsApp status and then I spoke to her she's she was actually part of finance so when I was discussing with her she said that you have relevant experience and you are a people manager as well and you have worked on a journey why don't you take up the certification. So then the immediately in next 23 days I just enrolled myself for training. So I started my training in the march first week of this year and then I had I completed the training by April 2nd or 3rd and I started to prepare I solely I I prepared my certification only based on the Info Career material only. I did not go for any Internet materials or I did not go for any other booklets. Nothing I just prepared only I just listened some wherever I had some doubts I listened to the videos that is there in the portal that they have given to us road to success and that is where I referred and then I started to attend all the exams that is 10111 exams which is given to us through IC League and then I did not for some of the questions even I did not go to the description and all I just blindly followed my elimination method. Sometimes the explanation that it is given is vague and it may not be applicable to every other question as well. So then I was stuck at one point because when I listen to videos and then when I come and take up this exams there will not be some relevancy. I got stuck up and then I was feeling so weak that that I was not able to progress forward. So one day I just called sir and then I was talking to him. That is the. That is. That's what my push point which I would say because if I would have stuck at that point and if I did not call sir on that day Lakshmi sir definitely I would have not landed in completing my certification because the questions were so different and I was unable to attend. Then he said that you are following the correct method and you just keep moving. So then that's how I just then my target was to complete this all the 111exams. And then I. I was totally in communication with Lakshmi said so that I was. I had the target and that feverishness that to complete that all 111 exams. Then I got my mock. I. I had some personal challenges as well. So then one day I told sir before taking. Just before taking the mock. Then he said that no, no, you are very strong enough to you have that strength to come out of this incident. And then you have to move out of this and then go forward. Then I took my mock and even I did not get. I will not say that I had that confidence also. But when I took up the mock I just got around 55 percentage or so. But still I was in the border. Then I said that no, no, this is very good score. You can just go ahead. And so I because there was the support at every phase that I would say when I completed my 111 exams and sir guided like how to how I have to proceed further. And then after completing that then the mock. Then after you complete the mock then the next level of prepare like booking your exam. Then the seat even for the center. I think I would have called sir twice or thrice like time or are you comfortable or you have any questions for me. I said the the audio that he shared in prior to exam that was totally so helpful that like how you should make up your mind even mentioned by April 15th. So I doesn't want to delay anymore. So that is the reason I booked it in Bangalore Center. Because In Chennai only one center is there and that was not there till May 17 or so.

That exam after four hours you saw congratulation on the screen. Okay. And then when you came out you saw that above target in all the three domains People, process and business. How was that experience?

That was totally. Because when you gave submit it'll say that you have passed. But it will not say that whether it is all about target or your score, you may not be knowing it on the screen. So I had that surprise following it. But once if I once when I came out and then when that lady gave me that sheet, I was totally so happy because I did not expect that that I might. Because I didn't have that mind also like what will be the score? I just. I was there whatever the points that you said one Minute one question only that was running in my mind and I had 10 minutes of time when I completed it. So I was just reviewing few questions and then at third or fourth at third or second minute I just gave a submit. So I didn't expect like what will be my score. But when I saw that printout I was so happy I was just thrown off even I think I would have not so I I did not feel this happiness maybe for quite some time but I was so happy that I was able to achieve it. That's what was I was so happy on seeing that and I remember that day. I think on our final day I was the one who said that who is going to take the you you were asking like who is going to take the certification first. Then I said my name and then Gayatri pmp I said okay this day has come today so that is very happiest month. That's what I would strongly suggest to everyone. Do not drag on your time. Just fix your date, complete your mock, book the center and then just do it. So because tomorrow never comes unless there is the process that you have to undergo or the stress that you have to undergo is definitely it will be high but definitely you have to go through it. And once when we come out as a shining color definitely everyone should enjoy this particular few moments of after receiving the certificate in your hand that that was and when I downloaded my badge and when I updated the same in my profile that is elsewhere sir definitely thank Gayatri.

That's what everyone I want the when the WhatsApp group I think I would have posted the same message. Just take it and there will be lots of challenges coming in and then be in communication with SIR because wherever you are stuck because we'll be in the closed circle and then we'll not be able to lift up and see see what will be the next step to take in. But people who are beyond us like SIR will definitely be able to guide us and then say what that you have to do because they would have seen lots of students like us and then they'll be able to guide better. So be in communication with SIR and then just try to attempt it. Let have that confidence, let whatever come, let that be. But I'll be able to do that and after because I was so confident in the morning that no I'll be able to do it because even previous day I took one final mock and then I got around 58 or 59 percentage even because I my target was to get 65 percentage in the mock. But that did not work that understanding if you do it all the four mock exams is totally enough. And I should highlight one thing. Whatever the the format in which the original exam was there the same format even the font, the font size, the the way it was typed. Everything is ditto of what you have. You'll be writing it so you will not feel that you are writing your exam. That is one point because if you have seen all your prior questions in some other format and if you come here and then if you see another format it totally something different or you might be. You might be feeling some kind of feverishness over there. But that I did not feel that's what the When I saw the first question I thought okay, it's similar to mock and it was so whatever that you do your mock exam so sincerely review it sincerely. And if you do that it's more than enough. And your Road to Project Success and your IC leaf it's more than enough. And if you review the question so sincerely because I did not refer to any other material sir, to be very honest, I did not go for any other mock exams or any other material. Even the material that was given in Road to Project Success also I did not browse it elsewhere. I had that confidence that this should work out well because if you keep searching if you if you start your search in Google that never ends and that might be contradictory with this. So I doesn't want to end up elsewhere. So my target was by to complete my certification. That's what everyone I want the when the WhatsApp group I think I would have posted the same message. But still that day morning I was so confident that because I was thorough with the concepts what will be the step, what will be the output of one step rather and how the change control it works and agile totally I was thorough and as being a currently people manager most of the people related and the agile related I got good score in the mock as well. So just be confident with the concepts and then revise your review the questions and then go and attend it confidently. I don't think it will be if you do this definitely your examination will be an easier one. There will be a difficult times as well. I will not say that. No, no, it's very easy go and take it the first 60 questions or the middle somewhere you will have that kind of jerk to attend. But just go through it as we have a saying that to get a very good idea even sir would have said that particular point in the audio as well. So to get a very beautiful idol that has to undergo a very difficult process and very difficult times to bring out a very good idol the same thing. So once after crossing this tapas period definitely we would come out as a shining color. So I would strongly suggest all the PMP aspirants that definitely go give an attempt definitely that way successful. As sir was telling once the moment we joined with Info Career we are all PMP certificate holders. So definitely it is there with you now to go and get it. So that is my suggestion sir for everyone.

Definitely my family members also played a very good very crucial role because I have a Todd teenager as well. So there will be lots of When I attend the sessions he used to sit on my lap and then he used to unmute and then he used to do all things. But I. I just made it because with my family support as well, my husband, my everyone. So it was definitely because everyone was so eager that when will I complete my certification? My. My daughter used to ask me every day how many questions you have completed today. How many exams are over today for you. Because she's in class nine so she knows that how. How am I making the progress. So she look at the graph in the IC leaf and then I used to tell her no, it's very difficult. Today I completed only so I was able to progress along with my family members. So I'm really thankful to my family as well who really supported me and backmoed me on because that particular day my brother because we are very far in Bangalore and I have to reach my center. I started here by 30 itself. So he just brought me and it was definitely a very happy journey sir. When I started my training and the day till I completed my certification.
