Thank you sir. Thank you for the welcome. Yeah. First of all I am so proud on this accomplishment. Thank you for the entire info career, mentors, support staff and especially you on this journey to achieve this goal. Without you it would have not been possible for me. That mental support and all these things helped me a lot in the final stage Even though right from the beginning but in the final stage it was so powerful and it helped me a lot to accomplish this journey. Just let me tell me tell myself on this. So yeah, I'm basically from Chennai, Tamil Nadu. I worked in government for around 12 years in oil and gas industry in various complex projects I have worked so I gained some hands on experience in project management and different areas throughout my career. So during that time I thought of having this PMP certification Around seven years back I can say that one of my colleague got this certificate so that time I got an inspiration that I should go for it But I don't have that much knowledge on how to go for it and all these things Because I have asked him how you have accomplished it. He told that I need to go to the center VT and I need to prepare and do the things Because I stayed in a desert environment where I need to go 700km every week to go to the center and do the training but then it didn't allow me to do those things because of my work so later I continued my work and I got busy with my work Then I forget about this PMP Then in the COVID time due to my personal commitments I came back to Chennai I left my job in Oman 12 years I completed in Oman Then during this Covid everyone got a shift in their life so that hit me so I came back to Chennai after my parents Then I started seeking job opportunities in Chennai not also in other parts of India only I want to be in Chennai so that time when I am applying jobs a lot of things in India the perspective is different when you are applying for a job some prerequisites are there like certification is mandate or PMP when you want to go in the project. Technically I. I have that knowledge and project management also I know that but to place myself in the job application in the screening level I need that certificate I thought so. Then I discussed with one of my friend he told that he studied in info career long back in 2011 so he's working in Oman so he gave me the info career contact Then I started my journey Then it is good for me that this digital transformation digital tools no need to go to center entire Thing has changed in this last five years. Like before five years it was not available to all. So now I can take this from anytime, any place. And that schedule suited me a lot. Your schedule suited me a lot. Weekend enrollments or weekday morning and all Max those extra schedules it suited me and I enrolled it in 2021 I think. Yeah, 2021 I did that course in the late north Arizona like that it was very good. I gained a lot of knowledge on best practices. What is the glossary should be used EMP language Before that I know the work, I know the difference in scenarios, how my project managers were taking actions. I know all these things but I don't know that language. What words should we speak on, what is the terms and all during that journey I got all the knowledge. So then I was confident and I was preparing myself. In 2022 then I left because of my personal commitments I moved to Chennai. So lot of relocation. I need to shift my things, priorities and all these things. So I was not able to take the exam. I'm not confident at all Because I didn't prepare myself myself. I have evaluated mentally that I am not ready for the exam. Then I left it. But even though your team once in a while I read a message. Sir, what happened? So that time I get inspiration Somebody is following me because no one knows my family members and all they don't know about. Only one of you friends knows but they are also busy. But somebody from info carrier used to message me or call me. What happens? Some follow up happens now. Then it will give me some light to do something. Then I got opportunity in technique MNC in the oil and gas sector. I have joined that. So I was busy with going there and commutation and all these things. Then I was not able to take it in 2022. Then I I thought that I need to enroll for a refresher because there was a gap Then that the hackathon was there. Then Hackathon I have enrolled as suggested by your team. So then it sparked the journey again for me. So then afterwards I have completed the hackathon on myself learning phase. So I was confident I was comparing the things. Then I I I contacted you for the schedule of exam. Then you gave me the final things. Mock exam, preparatory and all the things you evaluated me giving one by one after reviewing my score and all these things happened. Then also again I was having some personal commitments I left it. So I didn't schedule that Some I paid the fees during the actual enrollment itself I paid the fees I Scheduled I didn't schedule it but I have committed to that things as per your suggestion. I remember once you pay the fees then you are committing yourself. That really helped me a lot. Otherwise I will lose my focus and I will not go for the exam. I have paid it so yeah this is my bucket. Then I was seeking some better opportunities so I joined Technip. But a few other calls also came after joining Technip so and I cracked one of the shell interviews and I joined shell in Chennai itself. So actually this. This learning helped me a lot in achieving that feat tracking that shell interviews because it was, you know that shell level of interviews the process is very high so a lot of agile because agile and all I don't know actually when I worked in Oman it is traditional project management waterfall project management Agile concept is very new for me. I learned from your sessions and your co mentor session so it helped even though I didn't got the certification but that knowledge helped me to crack that interview on a larger scale. So I joined a shell. When I got busy in the onboarding and all these things then I thought that now I got settled I am confident on all other personal and other things. So my mentally I am prepared so I will go for it. Then I called you and I asked sir based on the previous exams I took shall I go for the exam all the final things and you told to take the mock exam on time keep me in the rhythm to keep me in that pace. So as per your words, the strategies, what you gave I took that things, final preparations, all the things going on. Then I felt confident and you motivated me a lot on that two days last two days that meant me a lot. Strategy. Strategy is very important important in this examination. So you told me to keep it simple situation based things just yourself. You stand on your project manager's shoes and attend the questions and the way you told how to see the scenarios the questions don't read the question entirely from top and how to manage the time. That is one of the critical things. As you rightly told that the journey was good. I was confident definitely I will pass. I know that I want to be on the good scale also. So the commitment and the keeping the things very simple and the strategy what you call the guidance is very important in this PM specification. Without guidance, without the experience we cannot achieve that feet you cannot go for that exam. So that strategy is very important. I followed the words as exactly told by you in the voice messages and all these things. Even though in the time that you sent me all these things. I think it is very late for your learn attack or something. So as I have committed to that exam, you are also equally committed in giving that support. Thanks for your support by all these things. By and also by God's grace I I can see myself proud and I am I can see myself on a different set of group on that PMP certification part so that it is indeed a very very proud and happy it was a fantastic tool that is ICD for the exam preparation and wrote to project both video wise and PDF wise presentation voice I can pressure quickly if I have time in PDF or if I am busy with something I can just put up my headset just I listen the voices even though one time if you have already seen the explanations how you have explained things second time if I want to see it I don't mean to see the videos because already I know that what visually you are representing just I can are few things on the headset itself. So we can we can choose our ways if we need we can go to the BPT detail way or go to the videos quickly on which points because it is clearly sequenced which area I want to go so that I can feel easily I can go and if I need just to pressure the agile things so it is just quickly I can go and pool was very good and there is no hiccups I face in the pool both round project success and.
