The first I joined and Infosys Info carrier itself. I thought to get my carrier update like that only I thought and I have joined this PMP course. But after joining and after the live classes and all it changed my entire thought. What is pmp? It's not related to the carrier alone. We can implement this in life also in each and every aspect we can implement this PMP and it molds me a lot. I have learned a lot Sir From November to May I have learned a lot. My graph of learning is from zero. It increased a lot. It's completely because of Info carrier. I need to thank a lot to the mentors and Adrajan sir and then Shivasar and many of them are there. So you. You also you guided me a lot in the big thing while facing my exam. Because you know that I have. I didn't clear my first attempt. I have cleared my second attempt only you have support me and you have motivated me a lot in that. Because I was completely upset upset that I did clear the first attempt. So I. I was fully demotivated and I thought of dropping it also. Whether we can proceed or we can drop it also. Like I was thinking of that after. After I am getting my scorecard. I beat you because of your motivation only I applied again and I completed Agile certification program also acp I. I have completed that course also. You didn't charge me also for that. Yes you have given me to study because I was below below target in people. So you gave me that to study. I prepared that and I have written that premium platinum mock which helped me a lot to. It motivates me a lot that I can able to appear and it gives me a confident. I At first I attempt the exam Sir. At that time I feel I was very confident. I feel like over confident. But this time only actually feel I can able to clear the mind was clear and I can able to find out the right answers and I can differentiate it. It's all because of Sir.

Sure sir. Actually I'm working in SRM as a pmo. I'm. I'm from engineering background only. After that I have changed my profession to PMO as a working as a pmo I don't have a practical knowledge as a project managers. So I faced a lot in that scenarios. But now I. I confidently tell I can able to manage a team with the project.
Very good. Very good. Happy to Note that. So like you said one important aspect it's not only we just seeing in the office seeing it in our life. Okay. So that's more important thing. So that's what I used to tell people. So it's not two different things. Okay. It's only together is what it will work. And thanks for sharing that. Okay. And how has this journey helped you right now? You said from November to now. Okay. And so do you see any difference the way of working and how did it help you in our office?
Yes sir, completely. Actually I used to do some works. I don't know for what reason I am doing. People also won't explain why I need to do that. And all after completing my PMP only I came to know why I am doing that. If I am preparing a DD or if I am asking some reports from project managers. At first I don't know what for what scenario we are asking that I just collect the data and give to the proper VP or senior management. But now I can able to do some insight for what reasons we are asking and I. I have some clarity about that documents and doing that with full hearted that I am doing for this process. I am doing this and while talking also I can able to club that process item or can explain the other members about the process or for. For this process I'm asking this document for this detail. I need to have this tool and techniques like that. I am explaining and getting it so it feels some confidence. Before PMT I. I was completely upset. Why I have changed my career to pmp. Since I am a technical person, I have changed to pm. Sorry pmo. Why changed my career? I was thinking about that and all. But after doing PNP only I have no words to explain that sir. I'm. I'm feeling more confident about that sir.
Very good. Very good. So actually who you are before first attempt and who you are second attempt is totally different. Okay. For me I've been seeing you in between.

And that person and this person is totally different. And actually so that's what is expected from you. Okay. And there is a bigger contribution which you supposed to do for that this. These things trained you. The one thing which I appreciate you is even though you missed on the first attempt and for taking trusting us and then taking action. That's a leadership skill. Okay, Take. Even though there is a failure, we keep taking action. But anyway our little voice will say that you are not capable. You are taking a wrong decision, you are not fit for pmo. You should go technical. Your Friend, relative, all these people will come and then in our mind. But on top of it, you taking action and then causing the results. Okay. And that's that experience you can only experience. Okay. You cannot share with the people. So I'm able to see that experience with you.
So that is because of. Completely because of. For 10, 10 to 15 in that time only I feel completely satisfied and I need to try it. I think you hear me?
