So such kind of activities my day to day activities I am managing those activities to carry out that side and developing the configurations, logics all those things I'm carrying out. And as well as procurement also is the procuring the hardware taking the project management acting reporting to managers so such activities I am carrying out. So due to that my company is organized here December month they are organized PMP training in our company itself so I am get introduced I know PMB how important everything I know the last few years so I also planned such a manner that when my company is training this apparently I I also get trained from outside so then I searched who is the best trainer outside and that will that not only that that language should be suitable to me because I am basically a chameleon so I just want. I am not well fluent in English or this thing I am my competency level in English it is not very high so I just want to know my comfortable who who will educate so that it is better for me Even I of course my company also doing the same thing but the parallel I need to train myself I need additional coach so that's what I approached who is that doing in my same language so it won't be a barrier for me if I go another language people like outside in India or somewhere so better to do it in India as well as in my my region so I I planned in surgery so I found out Info career is doing the same kind of that English it's match with whatever my expectation so I choose the info career one of the option and I also saw that census stories so success stories is very high so and their material also good so that is why I chosen Info Career so once the December month they started so I think I was joined around January mid I joined your sessions so as one it is almost 1617 days course so I I finished in almost February middle so in that time I was even in the road to project success IC leave Basically I believe that IC believe question and answers so I don't. I don't want to practice myself so whenever your class finishes I immediately I do the testing and I will complete on the day itself so so I completed your as per your plan for the project I completed but once I complete this work I was planning to do the exam Immediately unfortunately my assignment has come Job assignment has come so I I don't want to stop myself for this thing. My first responsibility is the job responsibility. So first I I carried out whatever job is assigned to me. I finished that activities three weeks time so I returned from the site so when Then I immediately took some three to four days leave so I planned for the examination so that is last week. So once I return from site so I immediately planned for some leaves and I fully dedicated for exams and I completed the exam on Sunday and Monday I got the certificate Sunday midnight I was doing the exam at night so disturbance during mock exam I realized that there is some background noise Due to that time my efficiency is going low so I plan to the exam in night maybe some people this strategy won't work but for me it's worked well. So I am doing this. So don't take this as a advantage choose your best. What is choose for your exam? Technology. So that is the journey and I finished the exam now only one strategy before the exam I followed so I come I before going exam I took around one and a half hour good sleep. So I think my mind is I relaxed for that and then I went for exam that I decided before itself because while taking mock exam I pretend so to reduce the tension I took the this plan. Yes sir. This is how I went.

Yeah, it is more sufficient Whatever your training material is there Best thing is two times we need to visit listen your videos that not more than that two times is more sufficient your videos to listening whenever the free time is. I exactly watched only two times not more than that. So all the videos I watched frequency may be different. The first time I watched one week means second time I won't watch it the the same week I will watch third week. So that that's why I watched and more and practice your IC league question bank only I see where I am doing the mistake. So the description once finished the exam your the result will come like that where you have done the mistake and what is the situation you have done the mistake. The explanation will be there in the answer itself so I can correct it there. So mostly two times I will visit the mistakes where is the mistakes I am doing so and yeah that that is helped me sir.

Yeah, that also I have small tactics. So before I While I am doing multi marked exams. I'm just thinking what kind of this exam. Why they are planning such exams. I saw some success stories from other. Apart from info carrier. Some other success stories also I am seeing in YouTube. So they are mainly saying that this exam is to evaluate your current trend. Current PMI trend trend is now changing previous traditional to now changing to Ajay say servant leadership. So basically the questions will come around to servant leadership and the ground rules. How you are making the ground rules. How the person conflict management. So if conflict resolutions how you you are judging. If basically as a project manager how you are in the current situation. What you are going to do next? Basically we are not find out the solution immediately. We need to attack first. Before we need to find out the root cause of the problem. We need to impact analysis. We need to do some risk is happening. We need to do the impact analysis. Or we need to see the stakeholder needs and their their impact to the organization. Instead of we are directly going and meeting them and watching. So we need to before we are going to meet. We need to find out the impact analysis. What is their need. That is what the questions are coming in the exam also. So I I face. I. I find out this strategy. I saw these more questions after you seeing this mock exam also I find out these questions only is there in the exam bank. So that is. I think that is sufficient. I believe so before before this what they are going to asking that is important. They are expecting from us. What is the immediate solution you are doing in the current situation. So those such questions only they are asking mostly I saw that hybrid questions. And then Ajay at last only predictive questions has come. And few 7 to 8 calculation also has come.

You are as a mentor, you are coaching me. And you are giving what is potential with their me that based on that you are Answering So that helped me a lot as well as my family and even my office office also they are helped because they. Unless they conduct their exam I don't realize that this exam is how important. So in every angle this time the time what when I took this exam.

So everything plays in well position. So that's what I cleared the exam without any trouble. So actually it's good exam I was planned. I achieved so like that one.

For almost it is two three. Two to two and a half months.

I learned. Yeah I learned actually I took a note one complete diary is there with me now.

I think I no need to go back to info career videos anything. I have one complete diary. I took the note it's each chapter everything. So in future anybody ask I just rotate that pages I can recall every journey. Even 15 years later I can start what is the concept is there. So I think I won't forget this concept. I will utilize all the strategies management my remaining of career. That is what my plan I'm going to do.

Yes, you have to keep mindset. That's what I have done that. That is the thing you have to keep mindset. Don't be panic. Mindset should be clear and find out some kind of strategy like the things the questions more. More are related what in the current situation how your conflict resolution, stakeholder analysis, impact analysis. The questions will come are around that. That. That much only. So if you clear this thing I say burn burn down chart. You can think if you go blindly without studying also you clear 30% of the question. So you already cleared 100%. You already cleared 30%. The exam pass mark will be within 55 to 60 only. So the remaining you have to put the effort only 25 to 30 percentage only. So only for 25 to 30 percentage is you can do this small small exercise. That much is sufficient. So you don't think from like burn up chart. So you don't think 100% you have to do. You have to do only for 20 to 25 percentage only. So you do like strategies. I think we can complete the exam as sufficient time itself. No need to take. I complete the exam within exactly three months.

I took.

I started the day itself and finished in three months. I think more than is Two months to four months is a band you can complete it. Not. Not much that I can tell to aspirants.

And we used to tell no. So no need to read books just see the video and I never touched.

I. I promise I never touched a single page of any document. I touched only one book that is scrum guide that is only 14 page. Okay, 14 pages is there in Agile concept that I before exam I read that 10 pages so that. That. That much only not predictive. I didn't touch any Rita Mulky or whatever the guidance nothing I touched. I just believed your videos and my company videos. So I thank to my company also.

Yesterday only there is a government.
