Okay sir. Myself is a chemical engineer Sir. Having almost 20 years of experience in the field of project commissioning, project execution, commissioning and operation also. So presently I am Bruto Cracker and Polymer limited In Deru or Assam. And myself and along with two or two of my my colleague decided to go through this PNB certification. Because we have worked in PM project management but in the actual field. But we didn't know the theory of this. We are doing the day to day activities in the project field. But what is the theory on behind this? Didn't know. That's why we have decided to do this course. Then I contact the info carriers private limited and we take the training during the month of September, October with three people. And after that one more colleague has joined during the month of November or December here also taken the training. But after the training what happened? We thought that this is a vast subject, we need to prepare long. So we will give the exam a little bit later. And that's why we are trying to prepare at home. The presentations given by the invoke area, the video. We are going through the videos, recorded videos. But what happens during the training period? It's okay. Every week we are taking the weekend training. But when the training ended the there is a. There is a gap distance is coming. Because we have day to day official work, some personal job, some something that given the first priority rather than just doing things and two, three months again we are lost. So then. Then we decided no, we have to do this because it is our topmost priority that we have to do the core. And we got another member who now become four people from the same organization. So we decided to share our study. So if four people just going through a topic and discuss among ourselves. You had and giving the exam, the mock exams, the small exams. That's Given in the advocated side we started doing that so and then I suddenly decided to give the exam in the appeal because in the April month I will be again going for vacation for 15 days then that will again create my hindrance and after that I have to start from again from zero. That's why I decided no I have to give the exam in the month of April because in our city there is no center so we have to give the exam in the center that will be a better option rather than to give online and I am going my native place is because I am going to Calcutta for my vacation so that's why I've decided I give the exam in the Calcutta during before my vacation starts and then I started giving the mock exam I discussed with mentor in the info career and you have supported me a lot sir and then I give the mock exam gold pack exam and I scored 56% just above the target of 55 and then you said that you are prepared you can go for the main exam I feel confident and then I have given four more exam and I scored between 57 to 64% so you told that is sufficient, you are just take the review of the mistakes and then go for the exam. So I given my exam on 2nd of April in Calcuttine personal in center and I got the result in the evening that I have passed the example Presently PNP is not giving the marks what is the actual marks as today I got got the details of in what section I have got target or above target this details I've got so I sincerely thanks Info career team mentoring team especially the cursor and other members, the other faculty members then the follow up team Ida madam everyone I just can't remember all the names they are supported me all at all because our package is also about takes care of and I requested sir to extend the package for 21 days so that we can finally prepare and our other three people they are also the exam during this month end April month end so as I got the certification they are also getting inspired. I already discussed with them this is the thing so nothing to worry about Just go through the in the Agile hybrid Agile question that three paper is there in the mock test. If you secure that P then when I think you are ready then SAD will help you guide you for the further process. So my first target is that my those three are my junior so that is as a boss this is my responsibility also to guide them along with you to get them pass this exam. First of all this is my first Target and then we will be four members in my our organization who can take over the project management in our in our organization or in some other organization also if any better opportunity comes in future. So we'll take the process in the future. And very much thankful sir to you. And of course that three person also they have also guide we join study. So they are also equally sharing my achievement. How are the timing as well as the content? Whatever we provided, is it enough to take the exam? Anything else you studied are only sticking to stick to only what we are doing and digest. Because most of the people read lot of books, lot of things. But we didn't make you to read any books. Okay, we just said videos and then question bank. Did you find any difficulty in the exam just doing only videos or you just acknowledge whatever we have in IC Leaf and the videos whatever.

Actually basically we are from waterfall background and the project what we have, we are in manufacturing industry. So our project is going through waterfall model. And during training we face difficulties to understand the agile concept. Because this is a very new concept. And within two days of training. Really sir, it is not gone in our mind. Then again I started seeing the videos. Two videos are there, two separate people and total four videos are there which is approximately three hours each. And Subramanian sir video. So going through that video, the explanation what is given in the videos we understand what is the concept of agile, what is concept of science program. And after that we discussed among ourselves also. So we have also downloaded the P book 6th edition. But seeing the content of the book is huge. So we didn't get time to go go through the book. We thought that the thing this is not required. We should go to the presentation and the videos first. Then we consult the book. We thought that we will consult the book but we didn't get time to consult the book. And I think the presentation and the videos are sufficient enough to get the knowledge of pm knowledge of the business and people. And after that the mock exams, whatever given in the advanced level exam that is sufficient which is similar to the main exam. After that your gold pack exam and titanium pack examination quite similar to the main example. So book is. I think book is not required. First of all I also thought that I have to read that huge book and it will take me around two months. But I think this is Enough to get through the exam because we have to understand the concept. Nothing is coming in the exam from the book itself. The basic level question in your site is coming from directly from theory. But the advanced level question is the situation based and we have to give the exam main exam also that is also situation based. So book will help us. Book or presentation will help us to understand the meaning of each term. That is the main thing. I thought the term which are used in the PMP system every time sometimes are having two names Also we have to learn that both the name. So this term if we understand the concept of the terms then the situation wise you have to decide which one. The practical aspect you have to do as a project manager. So presentation and video is quite good especially for the Agile. You can understand agile during the training process. But going through the videos detail repeatedly we understand the concept and then we use that concept in because hybrid as I will approve them that type of concept is using. So I going through the videos and given the exams, mock exams. That is enough as per my point of view.

Sir, how was this journey? The last five, six months you are learning and then do you find any difference in your way of working in your day to day activity? Any transformation, any anything you want to share? Not only just learning it how this is reflected in your day to day activity?

Sir, as I told earlier in the middle two, three months I especially not able to focus in this study part because I thought that I have to study. I studied little bit. Then some official other works have come or some person did some personal work and seeing the volume of the book I really scared. Yeah, I have to go through this huge volume of book then and only I can prepare for the main exam. But when we take this as a challenge, you know we have to do it within one month before people have taken ourselves as a challenge. We will give us one month activities will going on that's not affected. We'll do our regular activities also and apart from that we will study jointly in the home. We took one topic each individual studies and we see the video, see the presentation and then next day we discuss among ourselves and it will help a lot to us because on concept of football person is coming to one person. If. If anybody is stuck with any concept other people is understanding him. So that help us a lot. I think this joint study process help.

Anything else you want to share with the people? People who want to write this exam. Anything you want to share.

I want to share there. Sir, as I told already that don't see the volume of the book. I think this is not required at all. Whatever concept given in the presentation and the videos that is enough to pass the exam. Because the mock exam are similar to the main exam. Because exam will not. The question will not repeat repeated. But you have to understand the concept. So the concept we have already mine five exam I have given. So I have already in my mindset what is in which situation, what has to be done. And that situation is coming in different ways. The situation may be little bit small difference. But the concept is that. So I have to apply that concept to sense. And accordingly given the example. And two, three things that I just want to share you good in the presentation. Also some terms when giving through the mock exam or giving to the advanced level exam. Sometimes we find very new terms which is not available in the presentation. So we under some question answer. Also I have given as per the thought process in my studied. But later I check that that is wrong. Some new concept is the right answer. But that didn't know about the anything about that new concept. Because it is not available in the presentation. Because we have only followed the presentation. So if you those things also in the presentation. So it will be helpful for the new students to understand the concept.

We are working on it. And so definitely thanks for these inputs. And we already started working on it and then enhancing the content further. And we'll keep working on it.
