Myself Narendra Varma. I am working for Wipro Technologies and I am part of one of the retail business account. I am handling the project management. So I started searching in Google. So during a September month starting. So I decided for go ahead with info care. I found that in Google Info career. I got some of the reviews and all is came very good. So we thought of having a call. I started calling Shaker. Then he advised to come and meet us. And after that my colleague also referring that as we team Wipro and our other colleagues. We joined nearly 10 persons we have joined in the training during September 3rd and 4th. So during the time no we started to interest to have a call and session will be in physical location. So we requested Shekhar. So they have facilitated to arranging a session. Because during a pandemic I think after a long time my team will be the first session to start with the fiscal sessions. So I like to thank you know for arrangement and all the transport and other facilities. I like to thank each everyone in the info career. We are grateful for having a class on every weekend starting from September 3rd till my completion of PMP certification. It's a very good interaction and it will be very useful to have a session instead of video and having a physical location. Sometimes we have a no quick understanding for any clarifications or any doubt. It will be easy for us to interact with the Shaker directly instead of video call. So it will be very useful. And our colleagues, my colleagues also very happy to have physical calls and all. So it was entire in nearly one month, five weeks it will be overall 40 hours of session. It was very good and we have some of the clarifications other things after a session we have. We have spent some time to discuss the Shaker. So he has given some guidance. So it will started like that for journey. I thought after completing a course know how it will be. Whether I need to start and how it will be. We are thinking of. But after completing our course. You know Shaker and team they have started Athlon Hackathon 1 of the portal. They again given opportunity to review all the videos by day one to know till day end of the course. They have given a portal already we have access even though they have separately giving an overview of how to start the session and other things. It'll be refresh for us to whatever we are learned. It'll be very useful for us to refresh our day one to not till day end. So it was very good. And also sometimes what happened. The team know the Info carrier team and other team they have created WhatsApp chat and are they also tracking whether you completed applications completed for examination other part. So it'll be quite interesting to track someone whether we are in right track or all. And it's a very great advantages for me to have a team join in a group. It will be very useful for us to know. So for example, if I am losing something then my colleague or my team can some of can lead me to ask whether you started or not. So it will be quite interesting for us to start and have a detailed discussion on daily basis and weekly basis. What we did was they have arranged a weekly session on Saturday basis they were in the session. So sometimes because due to other personal reasons, sometimes we are able to attend and other times it will be very useful for to identify eliminate the answers. The key thing of the pmp. It's as Shaker told it's a knowledge thing. First we need to know understand. It's not only for understanding. We need to see how to eliminate the answers. So that's where he guided from the day one and after we started for some of the preparation and all. So after completing my preparation so we started to decided application has approved fees has been paid and Shaker advice to start for examination. So he enabled for gold pack. So I started performing the gold pack. It has nearly five hours of time. But exams having only you know, two 30 hours, four minutes. But even though time is higher they are given they first started building us to know have a seat with the continuous of hours out to be. Because after a couple of my during a college days after that this was the time I sitted morely. No two and a half hours or something continuously. Because it trained me a lot know for having that IC leaf gold pack. It's giving him opportunity for me to know sit and learn the things. And it is giving a very useful for us. But even though the question and answers not will be the same and all but the pattern and other stuff it will be help us to know groom myself and it will be increase my confidence and all. First I completed exam. I came nearly 45 to 50. But she told not every suggest you are started beginning. You have a time you started beginning and you you can definitely pick it up and you've done very well. That's what we get it. So I didn't lost my confidence. I started again and preparing that Gold Pack 1 and 2 I completed during examination. Near examination I did know nearly thrice. You know for all the 1, 2, 3 packs I did the exam. So it it gave me opportunity for starting with 50% and 60 70. So it will definitely increase my confidence level and I can able to perform. So I got a good confidence to better I can have a clear picture before starting the exam. And Shaker has given some few tips by call and given some audio. It will be very helpful to groom myself and I know to to confidently to complete the exam. So I started exam. So my unfortunate. I started by home but in between it got interrupted. But I raised a case. But PMI and other members have helped me to give an opportunity to free of cost to do a complete exam. So within a week I started 1-12-day I decided to complete my PMP so I started exam. So I gone there with a fresh mind. Whatever the sake has suggested I taken inputs. So I started there and I attempted so till no I have five minutes only left. But I able to manage the time each question to be managed in a one minute. That's what Shekhar given very beginning and everyone has suggested. So I able to manage and we have some time for reviewing and all. So within six minutes left I have completed my exam. Once I submitted it will be one minute silent for me till the screen results shows to me. After came congratulation. I'll be very grateful. Not that time I realized what are the hard works. From the September to till January 12 it has been no paid off and I got a certificate with above target. That's what I'm really happy to know. Share with her and also like to thank no. We have nearly 10 members that joined during the time almost team four members are completed already so definitely others will complete. Thank you Shaker for your support and guidance. I think you would have been seen the last three years months a lot of improvement what we have done. And I just have a question with you. Whatever content available in Hackathon is it sufficient to take care of and IC leaf? Okay. And the IC leave is it sufficient to take care of exam or any improvement which is you look forward on contributing in IC leaf and road project success?

Yeah, I think it's a very good Portal for IC Leaf Because IC Leaf how it will be started was from the day when I started session so and the team they have enabled access for us it will gain confidence. For example what are the content they are teaching IC Leaf can able to know start with intermediate and they have a level of three levels Beginning, intermediate and senior man. So three levels I started so they will just refresh our what are the classes whether we are able to understand because that's all state questions under logical questions whether the concepts everything is understandable and all till now we we come to the gold pack that the gold pack only the content they have refreshed for exam preparation part other the daily content other thing will be as usual refreshing our topics Whatever they have no teaching whether it will be useful to guide whether we are understanding the concepts or anything we are missing. That's what it's groom ourselves and also road to success it will be. You know it will be opportunity for us those unable to attend or sometimes no 4 hours it will be. You know not easy to sit listen the you know lesson after we have no come everybody in working style they are not in the no study kind of that suddenly they started for their career growth. It will be you know tough to sit for four hours. So it is an opportunity for road to success to have a video to see what are the content they have teach. It has been just for refreshing our mind or content. If anything missed we can go there and it's the opportunity for them to have a six months of time. So it's not no I missed for day one class so I cannot only go for that time only to read and again and review. So it will be very useful Whenever we have a time I can go there and listen to the all the things it will be very useful for us. And also they have created what are the no PDFs and PPT they are presenting the dams the same content they have populated in the road to success so it will be very useful for us so it not mismatching whatever they are teaching it will be same in line with the content. Whatever they are teaching is in line with the road to success the portal so it will be very useful for us. Only challenge I felt was agile because agile only thing it has a more no content contributing for PMP current 6 syllabus but I like to add but in case of if the upcoming opportunity comes agile session it will be little more than it will be useful for others because the timing I feel we have only two weeks of time to have a four sessions. I feel it will be a little bit shorter time but I know because we have a restricted to 40 hours we need to cover all the subjects. It will be useful for others to have some other two more sessions. It will be additional effect for them to have a clear understanding for the part first. Initially no I personally my team has discussed Shaker Ajay unable to know grasp and all I personally told him but Shaker told don't worry about now you just start listening the road to success and you will feel that so when I started applying the gold pack preparation that time only I again gone through the you know hackathon portal and IC Leaf PMP Echo 2021 portal. I started listening as I after that so I have some confidence came that time only because earlier I didn't have much confidence After I attended the the gold pack 1 and 2 then only I came to know how the concepts know it will be interlinking with the examination and all I able to understand I started eliminating so I gone through multiple times. You know I think two to three times in the Agile videos Natalajan video it will be helpful for me to understand Agile concepts end to end and additionally what I did Was Shekhar given last? No, he is not given a PM book PDF in the initial stage he told don't go any reading at all so he has given only the last minute of gold pack time. He suggested I'm sharing this PM book it's only for reference you've gone through only for agile alone. So I started only a jail to read the PM book. It will be helpful because in the content material they have given what is required in the concept but Agile the PM work it has a detailed information about what it is and principles and all they have detailed elaborated. I just gone through that and apart from that I I didn't gone through any of the other medals, only PM6 things and other things a few such no such research and all I did to have some kind of understanding of concepts I gone through and did some analysis but apart from that I have not gone through you know any of the other material. It will be very useful. The only thing was the what are the PM book the gold pack that will be very useful for to manage the timing and eliminating the questions and it will be very useful for me.

One more thing if possible what are the gold back you are preparing so it will possible I know it will be very difficult. But if possible you can while publishing the result can be option to have a people process. And what are the exam content at least no. What I feel was sometimes if I know the result in the gold pack I can see for example if I'm losing in the people. So I can go on through. And again I'll concentrate more on a people and process business like that. I can just an idea or thought of my just beyond that because it'll be useful for us. It'll just showing the percentage. I know it will be very difficult same to same preparing the PMP exam. But just thought of it will be very useful for others.

And after competing Shaker. No many of them said Naren, you completed. Really? They asked me how you did. And also many of them know they recognized you know, info career name. So I. It's not a promoting kind of thing. It's hard work. I did. No, I am sharing to whoever many of them has called me. So I have given them names for this. So definitely Shaker is my completion. Definitely the info carrier team have a future growth. And as you said no, I'm thinking to have some kind of yearly 10% or something. You initially told to prepare your pings and study. So I am planning that. But let's see.

No. It's a gesture no understanding of concept. Because a PMP it's not a no exam for what is it? By hearting something and we need to attend. It's a just a knowledge gaining so full of knowledge. It has classified many parameters like people process and other stuff. It's a fully know what are the material who are giving the material. It won't sufficient attending the exam. Because exam point of it just eliminating the questions and what are the what they were asked we need to answer. That is the only stuff in the exam pattern. So definitely you know all experience. Whatever I said the portals. Two portals wrote to Success and IClif it will be very much helpful for me to have a no understanding to how to element. And we have to at least we have to practice. That's what I feel that we need to practice much. Then only we can able to do so the PM gold pack. What I said no. I have done nearly three times for all three. Fourth one is I did twice. So it will be I spent. You see four to five hours one exam. It will be nearly no three days to four days. I spend continuously. So that helped me to know eliminating the answers. And it will give more confidence for me. So definitely it will be a knowledge. You have to learn much things more understanding. And also for practicing the practice is the more important key success story for completing. Very proud to have PMP certified from Info Carrier. All the best for Info career team. And also they have some ambition to reach all the PMP. Nearly this Shikar has told he has some ambition to compete for nearly some 1 lakh peoples. I remember that.
