So in order to ensure that I am in par with the regular standards, I thought I will do the PMP while going through the online. Right? So my friends, right, we found Info Career as one of the best places where there was no media presence but more of a referral based classes that was there. So. So which was great advantage for us because one of our friends was already there. So we know the end result, how it will be. Okay, that's how we entered into the info career. With a lot of doubts but a lot of aspirations. But as you said on the first day, right? So you already become a PMP on the first day once you have come into the info career first. Initially to be very fair, we were not sure. Myself and Srinath, both of our friends, we attended together and we were not sure whether that's true or not. Okay, then what happened is slowly in the classes also we didn't know that how this will impact. After that what happened is we lost track of it. Okay, so during the after the courses what we did is we need to do the mock. But we didn't do the mock as per the schedule. So we lagged back I think to the info carrier team. I should really thank me because they were following up every week, not only in email, WhatsApp but also calls us to ensure that we are progressing. That helped us because what happened is after that we took the reimagined, right, the concise version of it, right? Which is very helpful. And we thought yes, this is the go or no go, right? So otherwise we won't do that. Okay, that triggered us and we have taken multiple mocks as your guidance and as per Nataraj sir who has taken the classes, right? Which was very effective because once we take the mock only we understand like what are all the different scenarios that would be because you gave us the basement. Like how it will be but how the building needs to be built and how it needs to be modeled. Those things mock only will do. So my recommendation to Whoever the fellow PMPs who is going to beta, please take mocks. Don't worry whether you pass or fail. It's always a learning. But that's how it's all started. So now I'm a PMP now. So thanks to your coaching and your mentorship and appreciate all the info Career support stuff too also for just pushing us and ensuring that we achieve the goal.

Whatever you have done, is it enough for taking this exam? You want us to improvise any any of these aspects?

No, sir, I think the reimagined content is very crisp. I know you have put a lot of process as well as an efforts over there. Okay, it is very crisp and it actually very much adapts to the timeline, right? So in a day, if you want to complete, right? We are not spending two, three hours in the videos and other things. But I say both the things has helped you me sir. Because that gave me the scenario based not only the content based, because since I was already taken the full part, right? This become a refresher for me just to ensure that. And the agile part is extensively covered here. And also as part of the new PMAC sections Stewardship and facilities and support team.

Thank you for sharing. And so how is this journey impacted your car in your day to day projects or any any takeaways in your day to day projects the way of your work?

Yes sir. It made a significant impact because see what we do is we always align to our companies, right? So based on this project as is, we will do the tailoring. But now previously I was in the listener state where a X manager or a PMO will guide me how it needs to be. Now I am. It's more often I'm analyzing. And also what is a prescribing state. I would say because being a project manager with the PMP right now I can say, right? These are the tools and techniques we have. We can use these type of techniques and we can always question back the pmo. Also like why this process can be adapted. This is how the field is moving more on the estimation sides, right? Why like pert and other things, how we can ensure this estimation can be transverse to the client. That way we reduce the risk and increase the value out of it, right? So that part, it was pretty much helpful and more of an agile mindset per se. Because as you know, right On a day to day basis, right? Even though we do the project manager stuff, right? The old hat comes in, right? Where you take the control and try to do like instruct this type of things, right? But this mindset helps not only me but also my team, right? So they are very much comfortable now and also ensuring there is a seamless progress. They take the ownership and try to do it. We are just making sure that there are no impedance to them and ensuring that there is a smooth towards. And I also work on multiple bits and other things.
