So I just want to hear from you how did this journey started and what challenges you had and finally how you overcomeed it and then had a breakthrough. Okay. And before you start just little about yourself, just share about yourself and so then you can share. Okay. So over to you Arun.

Sure sir. First of all I thank you all for giving me an opportunity to talk to you. I am Arun Sridhar, I work for Elliot Ibara Turbo Machinery India Private Limited. I was when I got enrolled into Info Career. When I tried deciding to getting into PFP I was in Bueller India Private Limited. Then I got a very good opportunity to get into sales. Being a project manager and getting shifting into sales it was a very big jump for me. So now I am a sales manager. Earlier six months before I was a project manager so I had committed myself to getting to the PMP because not only because to get some good salary or benefit but I wanted to be part of PMI Project Management Institute which actually gives lot of pride and prestige and a good amount of knowledge and gives a good networking idea like how to. First thing is how to behave. Second thing is how to think. Third thing is how to apply my knowledge. I literally learned this from Info Career. I literally thank you. Now being a sales manager I'm really able to apply all PMP knowledge as well into my sales career as well. I just kick started six months before it's going on. Well I could plan things better. Even sales team sometimes get surprised how I'm able to do it better than them sometimes then I tell them that I'm part of a PMP team. I'm getting coaching from Info Career. So this is how my journey started for aligning towards the PMP around six months before. Yes, like maybe like any other person I could also got derailed but timely. I used to interact with Mr. Natarajan and yourself Mr. Shhar sir and entire team including Leela and Le. They also whenever I speak for any help or any inputs they actually literally gave some time, made themselves free and then they spoke to me not just like whenever I called, they just like spoke to me casually. They definitely made time for me. They took some good inputs from me, they prepared and then they came back to me. So it was a very nice gesture. That is how I got aligned myself actually. And Shekhar sir, I was a fan of you much before getting into the PMP because many of my friends actually have passed passed PMP via your info Career and they used to make me read and see your YouTube channels which were of 2019, 2020. So I was huge fan of you but I could not make my mind for P. PMP but after a lot of, you know, hearing good things and being with the students who passed from your team I was living with them literally daily at my office. So they also motivated me and I got aligned and joined PMP course through Info career. And after joining it was never a turning back because every Saturday and Sunday I had a very good coaching class. It was not a class actually. Basically they gave a different dimension of learning. I see. And also many a times I used to question a lot but however they used to patiently, patiently listen to me and then come up with a reasonable coaching and guiding of how to think. They never derailed me and they never allowed me to derail also. Especially Shaker. Sir, I have disturbed you many times. Night also maybe 8:30pm 9:00pm you were very patient enough to pick my call and give me certain inputs. I literally thank you. Intro career has been my, you know, very good family association kind of a thing. To be frank, you never made me feel like you are a coacher and I am a student. In fact I was learning along with the team. That is how I felt. And even team members, they were all very professionals and teaching staff. I should really thank. Literally I owe a lot to info career. I never thought I will make it up in this passion and result. Also before writing exam also you spoke to me, you gave me a lot of stuff like how things can go wrong like student syndrome, maybe sandbagging. Those are the last minute very good inputs to me so that I am very well prepared for the exam and I went with the positive mindset. Actually literally Infocareer helped me a lot. Sir.

And I we also want to acknowledge you for religiously following whatever we just said it. Okay? That's very challenging. People who are already experienced know if we say that follow this, we definitely we don't do it. Okay? So but you. You took a lot of trust on us and then thank you for that trust. Okay? And that's what is paid the whatever results or else it's a challenging exam. Without this kind of an coaching and mentoring anybody going and writing they cannot crack this exam easily. Okay? So even after doing all this also there will be hiccup in the exams. So without coaching and then that last minute mentoring somebody going and taking will be little challenging. Okay. And thanks for acknowledging that. And please tell us the the training structure, the content, the road to project success. IC leave how did it supported you? Is it enough or anything else we need to improvise.

Sir, I should really be thankful. Like you engineer the program I should say rather than your schedule the program. In fact it has been engineered and you easily catch up people and try to understand people and then guide for the schedules. Like how we have to prepare for the exam. Be it right from booking the class. I literally thank you because I was pushing myself for taking classes in weekdays. Then you took my profile, asked me where I work, what I do and understood that I work in sales. Then you actually guided me to take weekend classes. That was a very good gesture. I should really be thankful for that. And then again, after getting into my program, I was getting derailed and I spoke to you a couple of times. I told I'm not getting time to read. Then literally you gave me a lot of inputs. Like even while traveling, you can see it when in your mobile you told that actually clicked on my mind because usually I was going blank while traveling, taking all the work pressure and working only work in my mind. But I listened to you only work and only the work to be completed. That statement you repeated, you take it out of your mind for one hour while you travel. Learn and only learn. That is what you told me. That actually put me lot of motivation and back into the track. So I cultivated that habit. Whenever I used to travel, I used to learn, I used to interact, I used to disturb you also at Leela ma' am also. And then again when it was a fag end like I was trying to schedule the exam and I was bit worried, I called you, I called Leela ma' am and leaving I disturbed you all. I told I'm not getting this schedule. So you we were patient enough and with your experience like you asked me to wait, wait for another two days, three days, try in the weekdays and then you will get the exam scheduled by weekends. Don't hesitate to call me, I'm there, I can support you, help you. You told me. Then luckily with the support and Leela ma', am, they were continuously checking the exam dates availability on my behalf as I was traveling and I was skeptical about that. They told me and they are arranged for blacking the exam date as well. So after blocking my exam days, I was bit worried and I I called you many A times I was telling am I really prepared? Then you told guided me actually to take the mock exams. And immediately I took the mock exam and it was around 57%. I immediately called you and you guided me again. You told nothing to worry, you can straight away go for exam. But exam was two weeks after my mock exam. So that also you helped me by extending the mock exam deadlines. You gave me another chance to take some more mock exams. And I could take another two mock exams. Then I called you on Friday, I wrote exam on Saturday, called you on Friday. You continuously guided me morning and evening. You scheduled a calls and even much before getting into the exam half an hour before we spoke. So that way it kept me going and I never turned back and I was never worried. Like yes, I'm all alone or I'm not prepared. I didn't feel anymore after quite couple of talks with yourself. That really kept me going and made me go ahead. And also the way you defined how the exam hall will be. You made me imagine. And I went there actually into the test hall. I didn't feel that it was a no more a new thing. Because I already already had put everything in my constraints. And there will always be constraints you have to perform. You had told me definitely that I kept it on my mind. I took lot of foodstuffs, chocolates and all those things. What you guided me. It really kept me going and energy in a positive shift. Yes sir.

Sir, one thing I would like to say. Yes, definitely people should go to info Career. But before that they should see your YouTube videos. And then they will definitely understand why they have to come to info Career. Because just like that, if I tell people it is very good and joy, people may say I am exaggerating it. But I joined Info career and made my PMP successful only after seeing your YouTube videos. Because you were unbiased in anything. You never hesitate to tell practical things in reality. Because at that point, yes, we may feel that it is different. But when we go through after one or two weeks, yes, we really feel that fruits are coming back from whatever you have been teaching us. It gives us a good fruitful result. Sir. Yes, I really like the way you take us into the reality. Because anybody who is working and trying to learn, maybe after three weeks we try to get derailed. But you will pull us back. You will make us sit in front of the PC or mobile and try to learn and take the readings and learnings. Definitely. I like that. This is by the reason why we have to join Info Career. And this is the reason why we have to join only InfoCare. That is what I feel.
