Okay, so welcome Suresh and congratulations for your PMP certification and I'm happy to see you in this call. I just want to know from you how did this journey started and then what are the challenges you experience and how did you overcome it?

And finally when you got a result on your hand, how was that experience? And over to you Suresh. Just introduce little bit about you, what you do and then where do you work and then you can also share your experience.

Okay, sure, sure. So yeah, this is Suresh. I'm working in Cognizant technology solutions and I have overall experience of 15.5 years and I'm into it for the last five years working as a project manager and I heard this PMP certificate about few years back and from that day I wanted to do the certification to ensure that I'm understanding all the project management knowledge as well as I want to skill up. So whenever I was approaching for the trainings it was really challenging when I was doing online training. So I was fondly searching for a in person training center and I finally found Info Career and I discussed with one of your team member Jasmine and with you also sir. So it was a great experience. After talking to you in next two days I made the payment. I immediately, you know joined the class. I was in the next very next batch. So the journey of five weeks of class it was very wonderful. So end to end knowledge of project management was taught.

It's not only about gaining the certification, it's all about gaining the project management knowledge which was gained in this five weeks of time. So which I really you know appreciate the training center, Info Carrier and everybody who contributes towards that. The material what Info Carrier provided which is excellent because the, the first thing which impressed me to join Info Career is the confident level and the trust which they have on us. Okay. As a candidate when we are joining, when you say that you are certified on the day one so that level of confidence even you know I was keep on talking to my team members also see if you, whenever you say if you clear IC leaf mock exams, you will definitely get the certification. I was always wondering, you know how confidently you know a training center can commit that know if I am scoring whatever the mark, no passing criteria in the mock exam, how can I get the certification? I was wondering but that wonder, okay it become an achievement when I completed the certificate. Okay. So recent, recent change with the pmi there is no immediate result but however when I wrote the exam itself I felt that you know this, this I'm going To conquer this certification this time. So I got this. I got the result on the same day night when I. When I saw the results first I called user. So to convey convey my success. Okay. Because my success is not without you and your team. So it's absolutely. You know, your contribution is more on that. So the. The confident. Seriously, you know, whenever even if I recommend to my friends, I'll. I'll always mention that confident level which you are giving. So that that positive energy is being transferred to us and which is helping us to achieve this certification. Not only this, you are conducting more many more certification other than pmp, right? Probably. I'm also planning to do some other certification from you to gain additional certification. So this is my first step. So I. I only consider this as my first step of success. So many many more way to go. So definitely you know, you are one of my mentor.

So that's. That's going to stay throughout my life. So there is no change about it. And even for some advice related to certification or career progression. Definitely I will not hesitate to contact you, sir.

And thanks for that. And whether the, the materials, whatever we are given. Okay. The road to projects and IC LEAF and the process. Anything you see that we need to enhance or any other thing which we missed it Anything after you taking the exam?

I, I, I'm not thinking that There is some Mrs. In the IC list but only one suggestion would be like some of the questions were repeated. Okay. Because of that repetition. See, either I can answer answer correctly for all the repeated question and get a better mark or else I will make an incorrect answer and the score can get reduced. But that's it's. It's not a big no challenge but it's one or two questions were there. That is one point and when. When we were preparing for the examination. So. So you know. Right sir, pmp their question format is somewhat different. Like there will be enough space for scenario question and answers. Right. Whereas it is not similarly captured in ics. But I'm not telling that as a concern. But that's a. Yeah suggestion probably if they, if that is also a similar way of questioning. Maybe when we take the mock exam itself we will preparing it.

I'll. I'll take.

And one more suggestion, sir. Even this was discussed during our last call. Okay. Now you are Conducting know all the 49 processes. Okay. Separately. But if we have any case study to collately do something on the classroom or online or offline it would be more beneficial to others. Why I'm saying is many people are coming from different industries. And as the agile pitched in many industries could many industry people who are coming in they couldn't comprehend with that idea. Maybe if we have some case studies to incorporate all the processes then that may help them.

Sure, definitely.

I'm currently working on it.

Where you can have your own. Your own project and with some small templates and using all the chatbots like BOD or chatgpt.

So we.

You can. You can see everything on this. And already I'm conducting one program. And this month onwards we'll be conducting artificial intelligence using project. Project management in AI tools. Using AI tools and a lot of. Already we completed eight weeks. Tomorrow is the ninth week we are going to conduct and we will be starting a new new sessions. It's a self learning only. You can also participate. And see I want you to. It's not that I selling but I want you to learn because people are saving lot of time.

Okay.

So we will invite you but definitely you go through. It's a self learning only. Even one hour per week if you spend you can save at least 10 hours in your day.

In your month, in a week you can save 10 hours. There are people are doing proposals using all these tools in just 15, 20 minutes.

And a lot of communication. A lot of things which we are doing in communication. Okay. In our projects and you there are so many communication tools are available and which is making our life easy.

Yeah. I wonder a lot of times a lot of training programs happens I want to attend but I don't have a time to go and attend. Especially Saturday, Sunday it happened. I cannot do it now. Today I have a tool I can register and give a link to in that software and it will attend on the behalf of me and record everything and it will give a transcript and recording to me.

Okay. Okay.

Even that one hour video I need. I no need to go through it. If I say summarize it and it will summarize and it will tell me what it is there. Now I can take a call. Should I see that one hour video or not?

Okay. Okay. Yeah.

So like this it's making so much of life never would have been taught in our mind. Also there are tools already there.

So like this 100I in till now we completed 8 weeks I would have been shared with the people more than 60 tools.

Thanks for sharing it. And how did this program impacted your day to day work? Okay. So I think you traveled two to three months training as well as preparation, everything. And how did it reflected in your work?

So you know, this three months of effort is definitely improved in my work as well as my personal life.

So in my book, my. The work which I was doing, you know, three months back and after completing the training program, it's been recognized by my supervisors. They also feel the difference of the work which is being performed. And I'm. I'm being added additional responsibilities after completing this certificate. I mean the course which is really, you know, I'm happy for them and as well as, you know, with all my family support, you know. Right sir. You know, spending all the weekends for preparing the examination, coming to the classes, courses, you know, even my family supported that which you know, I should also thank them for that. And the same way, same way, you know, I, I now I, you know, in the classroom you said after completing this course, you will see everything as a project. Now that's, that's what running in my mind. Whatever I see. Okay. Yeah, I'm. I'm in soling. A Metro project is going on.

How the project works, how they are doing. Okay. I'm started thinking in that perspective. I'm seeing everything as a project. What? Okay, this can be a project. That can be a project. No, before that. You know, I, what I was thinking is PMP is specific to IT industry. I thought only ID projects can come under pmp. So those people only can do pmp. But that is not the true case. Project is everywhere. All the industries, even in operation team, there is a project. So that, that kind of knowledge, the visibility, what I got from this training.

And I really appreciate that for sharing it and then seeing that view. Okay. And then keep improvising it. And, and that's, that's a new way of looking things. Okay. So that itself will make you to the next level in your career and anything else you want to share. To PMP aspirants.

So. To PMP aspirants in generic. Okay. So the diligent effort, whatever we are investing to learn this course as well as the plan, what we are executing to attain the certification. If we diligently do it by making a correct plan. Definitely this certification is possible to obtain. It doesn't mean that it is very challenging certificate. Yes it is. However with the right plan like you know the Info Carrier. What you guys are providing the right plan and strategy and the confident what you are building. So all these three things will definitely help us to get this certification. So the contribution what we need to provide from our end is dedication.

And what do you like about Info Carrier? The way of working very in. In a. In a short if you want to say okay in about Info Carrier. The process. Whatever you have done. So what do you like to say?

So about Info Career, the people of positivity and the trust. You. You can. We can blindly trust Info Career. And moreover why I'm saying is like I've. I've seen. I've. I've researched for many training institute, okay? But I felt very comfortable with Info Career before I haven't referred by any of my friends. I haven't heard about Info Career so far.
