Yeah My name is Jerome and I work for Tata Communications as a Scrum Master. My designation is manager for Cloud and Cyber Security services. So this Info Career we got information about this institute from one of our common friend so he actually he did a PMP five years back from another institute but he couldn't clear the exam in the first attempt so he took a second attempt and cleared it. So he actually referred us to Info Career where he used to get some videos. So he heard about this institute is one of the best in Chennai. So so I, I and my friend Giridhar we came to Info Career and we inquired about it and we. We got satisfied mainly because of Sheikh Sir's wide experience and versatile experience. So uh. He's almost uh. 16 to 70 years in this field so so we decided to join Info Career the program and the program was really great I should say that because there are three things which I mainly noted. One is the mind mapping session which you guys follow up with us throughout till we complete the exam. So that was a mind blowing sessions that would. I would say because the versatility of the. The knowledge which the different tutors are having day they have, they they. They have transferred those knowledge and it was very very very helpful for me during the exam. So till the day of exam I couldn't realize that benefit but definitely I would say it was very nice. And also the curriculum which Sheikh sir has developed it, it has covered everything. Nuptial corner of PMBOK and the entire PMP exam journey. And last but not the least the mock exams that I would say it was very good. Like it was really tough when I got almost average marks in that the other tutors in progress said this is more than enough to clear your exam. But I couldn't really believe that when I went to the exam center and when I saw the questions it was like really a very easy session for me. Definitely I would say that. So really thanks to all the tutors and mainly to Shekhar sir for me helping me out and not only for clearing the exam but also step ahead in the project management side of my career. It took almost one and a half months after I completed my course in Info Career because I should say like due to my personal commitments after the end of September I took almost a one month break from studies because of my personal commitments and then I came back on November and almost December mid I could able to complete the entire course which was given by Info Career but again due to some other personal commitments like Christmas and New Year I have postponed My Exam date to January 5th along with my friend Giridhar and we both took the examination examine the same same date and I could clear it. And regarding the material sir, like road to success it. It doesn't only contain the exam content alone. It really. I'm saying it is containing all the templates which no nobody can see in their entire career because it has all the required 33 project documents and 18 project management plans detailed. And we have a live template for us so that we can not only for this exam sir, like in our career journey we can use that anywhere else. That. That's very great of you. A very humble of you. And also like the IC leaf questions. I don't know other other. I have taken almost six to seven exams other exams in my technical journey and also in management journey. But I have never seen any institute is giving like each topic 10 to 15 tests mock tests, each topic like almost I have taken like minimum I can say like 60 to 70 exams for mini tests before the mock real mock exams. And one good thing what you are doing is you are not revealing your exact mock exams the full exams until we are confident enough to take them. So that is a very good thing. So that each and every topic we know in and out and then when you take the mock exams we are more confident sir, that's one thing I saw only two weeks before the exam. I just thought I should have seen at least a few more weeks before itself. It was awesome sir. See after. After doing that, after seeing that video then only I saw I thought I will pass the exam. That's what I thought. Because sir, that last mile preparation, what it does is it integrates all the topics and the flow. The flow is not in sequence as you know in pmp. So how to approach the PMP course and the exam and even in the real life management situation, everything you have covered in that almost I think one hour or one one and a half hours last mile preparation video. It was a great thing. After completing that video I immediately called my friend. You should watch that. He said he has already watched it. So that's why to book the exam actually it was nice actually. Yeah, really good. Yeah, definitely sir, like since I'm a scrum master, I'm more into Agile side of it. So the hybrid agile thing has really helped me. Well yeah, because any organization whoever is in agile also they may use hybrid agile concepts as well for certain projects. So that has helped me how to. How to get the benefits of both predictive and agile in this real world. Situations in real world situation only hybrid agile will work more I guess. I believe so Those topics and those. Yeah, those techniques really helped me here. So pure agile, whenever we say pure agile it's very difficult to implement. So when. When I say hybrid agile, that is a practical way to approach any industry. I guess so. In my industry like telecom we are handling more high end network devices in the projects like so in that when. When I when I was involved in some of the projects so I really utilized those concepts and those ideas basically so that it really helped me in people management and also in process management. So what I did was I just blindly followed Shekhar sir's plan. That's it. That's more than enough to clear to be honest, what I should say is the curriculum and the instructions watch whatever you give is more than enough. I should definitely say it's not enough. It's more than enough to clear anything. Like any average student can come out with flying colors with your instructions sir. Really Honestly, I'm saying so like the Last, last minute 1020 minute video which you sent me I heard it in the the exam day morning only so that was that calm my nerves actually. So like yeah, whatever things which I face in the exam center so you have already given me the instructions. So what I did, I went 45 minutes early to the exam center and I saw whatever the means the during the 10 minute break I have already planned what I should do. So that's why after the 60 questions when I took the break I was not in any hurry buddy or any panic situation I was very cool and very calm. That's why I have completed my actual exam 10 minutes before itself so that. That really will be really. Yeah. When I saw that congratulations screen I really should say like I'm very much thankful for everyone who had led me right from my common friend who referred me to Info Career and then Segar sir and my pair programming partner and like yeah, we did programming and the instructions, whatever you gave everything, it came to my mind and I was very very happy. As you said, once the project is success we celebrate, right? I came to that mode and then immediately we got the certificate from the institute PSN Institute and we got that and I uploaded that then LinkedIn I'm now I can say I'm a proud certified professional sir, thank you.
