Hey, everyone. Alexandra here. Hope you're having a great day. So I want to start off today's video with a quote. Life will give you whatever experience is most helpful for the evolution of your consciousness. How do you know this is the experience you need? Because this is the experience you are having at the moment. And then it's by Eckhart Tolle. And I love this quote. It is an amazing quote to really empower us to step into creator and say, you know what, what is going on in my life? What am I resisting? What is challenging me? And to step up and say, bring it on. That every experience is here to evolve our consciousness. And I think when we really come from this place, that even if we are irritated, frustrated, and this is not how we thought it was going to be, or things have changed, or life has thrown us a curveball, whatever it is, we can really be empowered and we can really, really use every challenge in our life to become a better human being and to really grow and to expand and transform and see that sometimes things that don't actually work out for our benefit are there to show us new insights about ourselves, to bring up things that need to be expressed and things that need to be shared. And maybe there's a part of you that's dormant. Life is wanting to bring out in you. So you may have circumstances that feel a little uncomfortable, but it really calls you forth to bring a new quality to your life. I know any of my challenges that I've had, as challenging as they've been, and how. How dark it can seem and how frustrating and irritating and helplessness you can sometimes feel in those moments. As I look back at all of those little spots, I was called to become more of who I am. And they really challenge me to get clear about who I am and what I stand for and who I'm going to be and just become a more integrated human being. So as much as they don't feel great, those times where we really just are in a hard spot, those are the times where we grow the most. And I know we. We've heard that many times, but I think this is a great quote to come back to over and over, anytime that you are challenged, and I'll read it again, life will give you whatever experience is most helpful for the evolution of your consciousness. How do you know this is the experience you need? Because this is the experience you're having at the moment. So at any moment, say yes. Say yes. Okay. This is the experience I'm having at this moment. I say yes. I embrace it. What can I learn right now? How can I grow? How can I transform and just say yes, yes, yes to reality? Because anytime that we resist reality, as I say, and many times in my videos, and I still continue to resist reality, I lose. It never turns out, as Byron Katie says, I lose. What did she say? When I argue with reality, I lose but 100% of the time. So. So anytime that we're arguing with reality, we're losing 100% of the time. So we might as well say yes. And how can we grow from it and say, bring it on, bring it on. Bring all of your dark, frustrated, irritated parts up. Because the more that they come up and we acknowledge them, the more they can be transformed into the light and we can become even lighter and brighter and more radiant. So I hope you have a great day. And anything that comes up that you feel challenges you or doesn't feel fair or irritates you, that you can step back and say, okay, how is this helping me? How is this helping me to evolve and grow my consciousness and to become a better human being? And when we can continually do this every single moment that it is needed, we will become different human beings. We will transform our lives and continue to transform our lives, staying in the present moment and honoring our challenges and bringing our best selves forward. So I hope that that was helpful. I hope that you embrace reality, the good, bad, all of it. And I hope that you have a wonderful, wonderful day. Until next time.
