Hey, it's Alexander J. I want to show you a quick workout for today. This is what I'm rocking on my hike. So you're going to do 15 squats, making sure your knees don't go over straight. 90 degrees if you can. If not, go there. So 15 squats. Then if you have a chair, come and do push ups. 15, exhale on the way up, inhale down 15 of those. Then you're going to come and do some lunges, 10 to 12 each leg. Again, don't have your knee come up and keep your heel planted on the ground and switch 10 to 12 each leg. If you want, you can bring your arms up. Get little shoulders in there. Make sure you're breathing. Cameraman almost fell. Shake it out. Then you're going to do calf raises. So coming up on your toes and down, up and down. 15. Then back to your chair, come down for triceps. 15. That's it. Can either do it one time through one to three times. That's your quick little workout for today. You can always get a little happy dance in there, too. All right, have an awesome day.
