The video is a cooking tutorial focused on a healthy recipe.
Hey, it's Alexander J. I'm going to show you how to make a yummy raw soup today. So yesterday I showed you how to do some juice. And I have my carrot juice base. So we have raw carrot juice, fresh. One cup, two cup. Doesn't it look so good? How can this not be amazing? Three cups and perfect. Four cups and a little spout. Okay, so four cups of carrot juice. And then we have sweet potato. A cup of cut up sweet potato. Raw. You can take the skin off. Doesn't bother me. So I just do that. Then we are going to do avocado. So one avocado. Unless you want it. You want more fat in there. I like to do just one. Give it a little creaminess in there. All right, so your avocado is in there then. I don't always put this in. And if you have it, put it in. If you don't, don't worry about it. Ground up flaxseed, good for the fiber. Essential fatty acids. It's maybe like a tablespoon. Then we have magic ingredient of pumpkin pie spots spice. It is really good. Smells so good. So half a teaspoon. Look at me, I'm getting like a measurement wise. Okay, so half a teaspoon of that and then you can put, if you want, you can put like maybe four to six dates in there. I'm putting stevia in there to have less sugar, low sugar. Or you can do agave or honey as well. We'll just put two in today, double taste it, see how it goes. All right, so that's it. Super easy. Put it on the possum vitamix. There you have your soup. Let's give it a little tip. I'll be careful. Ooh, yummy, yummy, yummy. Super good. So there you have it. Soup. It is called sweet potato, carrot and stuffed soup. Carrot and stuff soup with a little spice. That's a long recipe. Long name for a recipe. Anyways, it's super good. You can have it for breakfast, lunch and dinner like I said the other day. And it's easy. You can just make some of it, have a bin and put it in the refrigerator and it'll last for, for maybe a day or two. So that's it. Have an awesome night and I will see you tomorrow.
