Hey, it's Alexandra J. With Rock youk Goddess Life TV just got done with an awesome trail run, and I'm going to make a yummy smoothie and show you how to do it. So we're going to start with coconut water. One coconut water. And put it to about two cups.
Are you making it for one or two today?
I'm making it for two.
Lucky me.
Two people. And then we're doing strawberries. Yummy strawberries from the farmer's market. Delicious. Then we're gonna put some flax oil. Just do a little. Maybe two of these.
Two teaspoons.
Yeah. See how you might like it, you might not. I love it. Then we have chia seeds.
Why do we put chia seeds in?
Well, chia seeds are really good, actually, for endurance athletes. I just got done with my run, so I'm now an endurance athlete. And it's really good to get the bowels moving.
Oh.
And these are soaked. Chia seeds become, like, gooey and yummy.
There she goes.
I always have to eat everything. And then we're just going to put a little dash of cinnamon.
Just a dash.
This regulates blood sugar. That's helpful if you're doing anything with high carbohydrate, high sweets. Put a little cinnamon. Helps with the blood sugar.
Good thinking.
So then we have raw power. We're gonna put two of these in there.
What's in there?
I'll tell you in one second.
Oh, okay.
So two is like the serving size, but I just like one. If you're gonna make one for yourself, just put one. I like that best. It has hemp protein power, Brazil nut protein power. Maca powder. Maca is really good for regulating your hormones and supposedly for sexual drive. And also goji berry powder, mesquite powder, and maca extreme.
Wow.
That's what we're talking about.
That's what we're talking about here.
And then chocolate raspberry stevia.
We're not messing around with that.
Just going to put a little bit in. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. Six little drops. All right, I think we're good to go. So then we have a trusty Vitamix, which I highly recommend. It's my favorite blender.
We gotta get a shot of the butt.
Hopefully the butt's gonna get in better shape as I continue my running. All right, start it up nice and slow.
All right, you need to do a little taste test.
Just do a little one today.
For those of you who watched applesauce sort of stuff, you know how Alexander likes to taste.
And please let me know if all of you Vitamix people out there actually do this. Put it down and then taste it. I think it's just a natural thing. Maybe I'm off, but I don't know. I think.
So.
Here we go.
Nice.
This one, obviously, will be for me. All right, so that's it. That is the morning smoothie for today. Hope you have a fantastic day and see you tomorrow.
