Hello, beautiful peeps. It is Alexandra. So today I want to share a little yummy goodness on working hard, showing up consistently and rocking your challenges. So we'll start off with working hard. Yay. Who loves to work hard? Alright, so working hard. There's a lot of books and teachings that have working hard. Everything should flow easily and feel good and delicious and yummy all the time. And I don't necessarily agree with that. I think once we make the commitment that we are committed to personal growth, transformation, to our own evolution and growth and expansion and all of these things, that it can be a little rocky, it can be a little challenging and there is, there's mojo that you need to have to kind of get through the bumpy parts. So really honoring that process and working hard. I know for me early in my growth I was a big journaler and I'm still a huge fan of journaling and I love to journal, but I would journal a lot and I'd visualize and just knew what I wanted to be and knew what I wanted to create. And then when it came came to actually consistently showing up every single day, moment to moment, I wasn't very consistent. I was not congruent with my vision. And if I was to give myself some advice, you know, then it would have been this takes hard work. This is a process. You need to show up consistently. If you want to rewire your brain, you need to have these blissiplines. You need to show up fully for your life every single moment, really honor the process and have fun with it. And it may take you a while and there's nothing wrong with that. We have this idea that if we have this epiphany of this is who we want to be and this is what we want to do and create that automatically we are that person and that's how we show up in the world. And it doesn't always work like that. We got patterns, we got beliefs, we got ways of being that need to be released and we need to create new ways of being. And that takes hard work and blissipline and yeah, just love for the journey and love for the process. So I'm all about hard work and showing up, of having your vision and then showing up consistently and working hard and being willing to say, you know what, I'm committed to being this person, I'm committed to creating this and I got my stuff that I need to work through and it's going to be triggered and it's going to come up as I am going forth with this vision. And as it comes up, I'm committed to working through it and I'm gonna do what I need to do to step up and move through it and transform. If it takes me a year, I'm gonna do it. If it takes me 10 years, I'm gonna do it. If it takes me my whole flippin life, I'm gonna do it. So having that level of commitment and self honoring to say I'm gonna show up for my life and I know this is the vision and, and I'm going to keep taking steps every single day. A baby step, A baby step, A baby step. And keep transforming and keep showing up consistently and transformation happens. That happens in the moment that we have self awareness and we notice that we're starting to spiral down, that we can stop it and we can say, you know, I'm spiraling down, I'm out of it, I'm in my little funk. What can I do? This is an old way of being what can I do right now to shift this energy into a more empowering, inspiring way of being that this is consistent with who I want to be? And you're still gonna mess up, you're still gonna spiral down and it's all good. We all have our triggers, we all have our trips and just to really honor it, honor that as we spiral up, we may spiral down a little and then spiral up a little bit more and down. But it's all part of the process and really, really honoring that process and that challenge. And if you find that you're, you know, not in integrity with who you want to be, then just stop and smile and take a deep breath and get back up and start doing it again. If you messed up on your diet, you're not consistent, you're not eating, you know, enough plants or whatever it is that you're committed to. No big deal, shrug it off, step up, start eating the way that you intend on eating. Eat as if you were already the person that you envisioned yourself to be. So really enjoying the process and knowing that there's going to be challenges and just roll through them, get back up, start like there was nothing new, like there was nothing wrong, that this is part of the process and honoring it. So yeah, I think that's, that's it for today. So showing up consistently, working, honoring your challenges and realizing there's nothing wrong with you if you get tripped up and then just get back on and rock it. So I hope that you enjoyed and I look forward to hearing your thoughts on hard work and showing up consistently and taking those baby steps and, you know, manifesting your dreams and your visions and being the person that you dream to be. So. So have a wonderful day. Let me know if you have any questions about anything, and I will see you soon. Thank you so much for watching.
